We spent 900k aed with Gutmann for our house in 2018.
At the beginning we had a lot of issues during the installation
- sliding working badly
- bad quality closing mechanism on the door
- door locks didn't close and are misaligned
- handles falling off and almost impossible to open or close the doors.
Eventually, after writing a bad review, the team got in touch and positively surprised me. Both Mohammed Matar and Ahmed Al Mousa spent a lot of time and effort rectifying all the issues and all handles at no cost, even though the warranty period of 1 year had expired.
Given their belated positive approach I have changed this review. If I had gotten the same response from the beginning, I would have given 5 stars, but to be honest, I would now recommend them, and suggest you deal with the 2 gentlemen mentioned to ensure smooth operations and communications.
