Excellent filters. It is a gift from God for those who had nightmares about finding your wife's stray hair in their food. I know it's not my hair because - it's so long. I even had itchiness in my balls everyday, only to discover that there was a stray long hair in my underwear. I'm not sure how the stray hair ended up there. To cut the long story short, big changes occurred a few months after using the filter; I no longer see fallen hair on the floor, whereas previously our floor was always covered with my wife's fallen hair. Believe me, it's not the shampoo; we've been using the same bloody shampoo since last year and the changes only began after we started using the filter. Thanks to the filter, I love my wife even more because I see her glowing everyday.

Having the right shower filter is a right choice!

It is an extremely good option for people that are living in UAE buildings since, very rare for apartment units to have designated water softening systems, so adding a shower filter to your household is such a smart move and investment for improving your water quality and your well being.

The only product that has helped me with hair fall and itchy scalp after moving to the UAE. It combats hard water and I can feel a noticeable difference in my hair and skin. I have purchased filters for the whole family!

Shower filter does not fit in my shower despite their customer support telling me I need to unscrew a part of the shower that does not unscrew.

I had two maintenance teams to come and visit both who advised the part will not unscrew.

Extremely unhelpful support and would not recommend buying this filter unless you are definitely sure it fits your shower.

Zero stars for customer service

This is the worst experience ever. All lies i only bought this month ago and the water started smelling like Onions my body my hair everything it also irritated my scalp bigtime problems i never had before i bought it. You know i cud sue you cuz ur product is the opposite of whats promised.

Good product, easy to use and filter works effectively producing clean and fresh water for use.

Very satisfied after using this filter. Initially I thought all filters are waste because of my earlier experiences with other filter. So casually bought this but after using, i have become a repeat customer and highly recommend it.

On my second filter now. My shower is powerful. When I connect the filter it is still powerful but after 3 weeks the water comes out slow with no pressure. Clearly the filter gets blocked or something. This happened twice now.

I really appreciate the productss and employees working in this company but however having a conversational experience with the managing director was really un professional and unmannered act shouting on phone is really un-ethical and illogical way of thinking.sorry to say but will never recommend you products to market. To all employees think twice if you gonna stay of leave. Mocking people is not really good at all. God bless you
