The store of Kite beach - Umm Suqeim - Jumeirah 3 - Dubai is amazing . They have a plenty of varieties of icecream which personally impressed me. The ambiance was also very cheerful.Also,The behaviour of staff was mind blowing. Especially there was a staff whose name was ROHIT or something like that ,he was very friendly,humble and very helpful. He made me feel so special about to this place . So i recommend all of you to visit once for the amazing experience if u ever visit nearby it.

One of the best brand for icream lover. The flavour is fabouls i enjoyed every bite of it.its like my stomach if full but still not enough for my heart. The hospitality of the staff is so adorabole i was overwolmed by there customer service received from the staff i remember his name ROHIT. The personality his services and the flavour is what i feel to visit again in future and i urged the icream lover to visit the place once to feel and enjoy the wonderful atmosphere and taste of it.

The place and location is good and ang very strategic one. Having Häagen-Dazs is a plus factor in Kite beach specially after swimming. Their ice cream has always been my favorite in terms of quality, taste and flavor variety. # 1 brand for me. The staff are very welcoming and I was honestly surprised with the kind of service they provide in their shop. Amazing. Special mention to CARVIN the staff. Very professional. Thank you also the Manager Ms Jhunica. She was also very professional, very dedicated and very expert to her products and the Company itself. Also beautiful. Hehehe

First time to try the crunch ice cream and it was really good. We ordered the macadamia caramel one & the other was brownies with chocolate sauce. You can choose your favorite ice cream flavors of 2 scoops. Nice vibe as it is overlooking the beach, and the staff their are really so kind, helpful and very friendly. Highly recommended for those who go for a walk in the afternoon or evening times by the beach.

I ordered a cappuccino. The lady took the order and since I wanted the coffee in 2 cups, I know it is difficult for her to make it in 2 cups. So I asked her to make it first and then give in 2 cups. She was quite rude and said she cannot. After sometime she said she can give me another empty cup. I guess that's the way she speaks. When she delivered, she gave me the coffee split in 2 cups. She said since I explained she gave that way. Interestingly I noticed that the previous customer was wished good night and sweet dreams by her and to me, she was cold. But the coffee was awesome.
