Each and every staff-member is very friendly and when it comes to having Haagen-Dazs it’s this branch that I always go to and recommend fellow residents of New Dubai to follow my footsteps ;-)

Great tasting ice cream, excellent customer service at the counter, Philipino gentleman packed the ice cream in the takeaway bag, and it was good for another half an hour. Highly recommended. Thank you

We ordered 2 milkshakes and 1 ice cream. The milkshakes were way too milky and I had loose motion because of this. For the best ice cream in the world that was an absolute disaster
