The quality of ice cream was delicious and the service was fast. The only thing I would say that wasn’t up to par is the size of the scoop as they seem much smaller then other ice cream establishments.

We have order our special ice cream and it was extremely good. I hope that they will add it on their menu. The team is friendly and supportive. The location is good inside the mall and the seatings are nice and comfortable. Their ice cream is one of the best in the town and the quality is high!

Pathetic. Absolutely 3rd class service and treatment from Amaley. Their website says open till midnight but they close at 10pm. We went at 925 and he refused to serve us properly.
I recommend going to any other place. Even the milkshake was pathetic.

It was a very small setup with few tables. However, the service was brilliant. The ice cream scooper was offering multiple samplers encouraging us to try even when we were good. Wish Häagen-Dazs trains all it's staff to provide such warm service.

In terms of product, their Mango raspberry and Caramel biscuit and cream were a bliss. The icecream had a perfect note of sweetness. A must try

I have been to Haagen Dazs quite a few times and this is one of the best dessert / ice-cream franchises in Dubai. The quality and taste of their products is worth a try. The way they present the food is also great. Prices are reasonable and offers great choice in variety of flavours. Highly recommended for all the ice cream lovers.

Not great ice creams. I feel its just a big name and no good flavours. The different sundaes are also not that great. You get better options in cold stone or baskin robins at cheaper price.
