The ice cream was so delicious and fresh! The staff were very accommodating and kind as well! 10/10 over all experience!

I visited Haagen Dazs Mercato Mall today, i was AMAZED with their service i felt comfortable and they treat me well. Good Job to Manager Norman and Czarina also to their very accomodating staff Soni and Puja. Keep it up and continue to share Good Vibes.

We went there last night, and it felt like a true experience thanks to a certain person named Joshua. When we usually go to an ice cream place, we select the flavors, but Joshua went out of his way to give us suggestions and give us samples to ensure we got the right flavor. Haagen Dazs is super lucky to have someone as dedicated as Joshua working for them, and I have nothing but praises for him!

The quality used to be better. I tried the watermelon refresher and it was to this and the taste wasnt good

You have to go very early for them to have the bubble waffle batter but very good tasting icecream and quality of ingredients is always good.
