Very friendly and hospitable staff, I ordered iced tea and didn't like it, so the asian lady insisted that she will prepare for me her favourite virgin mojito cause I already paid and didn’t consume my tea. And mojito was really yummy and refreshing. Thanks Deuti for nice service!

The best ice cream in town served by the best people. Glecie and Nita were very helpful guiding me through tge menu.

Probably, should work on your deceptive advertising. Ordered as per the menu in first pic and received in standard cup.

Very poor service after waiting for more than 15 min for ice cream order the item I wanted was not there there and there was no one dedicated for the stand

It is one of the best brands of ice cream. I really like the flaour Belgian chocolate and the dark chocolate.

I always look forward to having an ice cream here once we are visiting Mall of the Emirates.

As you can see on my videos and photos, different flavours to select from.

They also have some cakes, donuts, muffins, frappes, and lots of ice cream to choose from.

What I really like about this ice cream shop is that their flavours are very good, tasteful and etc.

I was so excited going to Haagen Dasz for dessert with my youngest daughter. The menu looked delish and wanted to select it all. But then I got so disappointed by their dine in experience. The selected dessert looked so unappetizing; thrown on a cardboard plate. The unopened bottle of water came without a straw or cup (we had to ask for a straw) and the coffee was brought in a take away cup. Such a shame if such a beautiful brand.

Clean and great ice cream as usual. Ate the vanilla caramel brownie and it was delicious. Highly recommend for a quick ice cream

Doesn't it look delicious. You don't mind a cheating day with this type of sugar rush.

The milkshakes were good but staff was so disrespectful. They ignored us when we went to pay … did not smile once. So disappointing

I came first time to MOE branche to get some ice cream…but unfortunately we received a reaction from the lady and the guy
Saying its open only for take away which we know…and they kept on saying it its take away only
And we asked for menu and she was staring for long before asking to scan it
Then the flavors was without tags as the picture bellow beside she doesn’t want to tell us the names
Her behavior was so weird
Recommendation: have them trained some ethical manners and customer service
This is last time we will come to…Haagen dazs

Worse Ice Cream Cake ever.
Bought the so call new product - Salted Caramel Ice Cream Cake for AED185.
It is total not worth it. It has 3 layers.other then the Ice Cream Layer, the other 2 layers, really bad. Doesn't taste and they are too HARD.
By the time the Ice cream already melted, the other 2 layers still SUPER HARD.
Totally not worth what I paid for. Regret!

The place makes the best ice cream, but not the best in drinks. Very recommended for ice cream. Ira was our host for today and she's very hospitable and cheerful

Undoubtedly top brand of ice cream worldwide. Here in Mall of the Emirates branch, you can enjoy of course good ice cream but lively view of Ski Dubai just around the corner. Salted caramel ice cream was just yummy beyond imagination!

Highly recommend the Praline flavor and the caramel biscuit & cheese cake also.one of may fav since ages ️

An ice cream lover’s paradise.rich indulgent flavours- not powdered like the cheap stuff- every spoonful is perfect and flavoursome.

There is a huge variety of desserts to choose from and i will be back to explore!

Nice place. Staff are service minded and polite. Product is not bad at all. I tried their freeze mocktails - made of sparkling water with flavor and ice cream. I liked the ice cream a lot, but on the other hand the whole mocktail wasn't as good as expected - there was an excessive amount of ice cubes which made the mocktail quite tasteless. I'd go to try again their ice cream or desserts, but would rather skip this "special" drink.

Haagen-Dazs is always awesome. Alot of choices, both premade and if you want to create something of your own. Staff was polite and nice. Everything tasted like I imagined or slightly better. Little sad that they didn't have all the flavours but that is life.
I hope they have them next time.

My experience:

I came here because I have ZomatoGold and wanted to buy something on their menu —— I have placed my order and, then they told me that Zomato is not accepted!

I mean.really? Is this False advertising or what? I’ll chose Goddivva next time.

Ice cream was nice. But when I asked for the chocolate drizzle on top, the chocolate was not made for ice cream! The chocolate sauce froze immediately and it was a struggle to eat it. I will not be back.

Awesome desserts and ice cream. Tried their waffle sundae and it was amazing. Waffle is made fresh to order. Located right across food court on 1st floor. Seating can be a little tricky in peak hours. Overall good pace. Recommended

Great selection of ice cream and coffees. I never knew you can be so creative with ice cream dishes.
Only problem was waiting time to be served. Otherwise a great experience.

Haagen-Dazs located in MOE, the staff over their was not friendly at all after I showed her my discount card and refused to accept it by reverting back in a very rude way that on public holidays we didn't accept those discount card and other hand when I visited another branch located in Mirdif City Center they accepted my discount card and informed that it was wrong information given to you, we don't deals with any public holidays unless until your discount card it valid. If the staff over their was facing huge crowd of public she can inform me easily.

Customer service was terrible Rachel in particular. She came to take our order and what we ordered was told by her not to get it as it tastes like medicine. At first I lost my quench but after tasting it, it didn't taste like medicine at all. In fact, it was bloody delicious.

Went to Haagen-Dazs Cafe at Mall of Emirates few days back. We ordered two desserts and to be honest, the taste, quality and presentation were lovely. The cheesecake was the best I ever had and the waffle was soft and buttery. One of the best ice cream parlours in Dubai.

Great tasting ice cream but the lady cashier made a blunder and charged me twice for an order. I had to look at the receipt to notice the error, and told her about it. She didn't really seem care. Your staff need to be trained properly!

Alternative the cafe was nearly empty I waited so long to have my order! They are so slow although the ice cream is good!

My oh my, this place is really good. I didn't know they did so much more than ice creams. The Haagen Dazs cafe (not the small booth, but a proper cafe with seating), offers so many choices for sweets, all of them taste really really well. I always enjoy coming here.
