Went there this Monday and the service was great and the ice cream selection is good.love the new flavour

Best ice cream, good food, specially service and staff and manager all are very helpful n good behavior, love visit dubai mall haagen-Dazs, worth visit.

It was my first time trying out this brand of ice cream. Little pricey - yes, service quality - good, taste - same as the others. Nothing feels memorable at this place to eat.maybe a second visit will be better but I just went for a few scoops of ice cream, guess nothing much can be done there.

Their spot is very small you can not sit properly also doesn't have AC in their spot, we got very hot so we decided to leave immediately

Hageen-Dazs is the best ice-cream I have ever tried, and usually it is the best customer service provider too. But, the branch in Dubai Mall has the worst customer service. I dont know employee name, who was serving us, she was so unhappy, showing her apathy to customers. When I told that I had voucher and wanted to use it, she was so disgruntled like I was robbing her and using her money to buy ice cream, and she gave us the smallest sizes of ice-cream. IF you want good customer service experience, please visit other HD branch.

Ordered the chocolate lava dessert- used an Entertainer voucher so got two for the price of one!

Amazing dessert- you can taste the rich ice cream and dark high quality dark chocolate sauce- great stuff!

Some amazing mashup of deserts can be checked out at this place. Tried out their sparkling float and it was unique, which consists of a drink with an ice cream on top.

I love haagen dazs and their waffle dream. But i tried it today at dubai mall and it was awfull. Not at all good.

Very Bad Service. We ordered waffle dream in dubai mall branch, it was served in a carton plate, and when we asked for one extra “carton” plate, they asked for extra charge.it was very bad experience that will never happen again.

They provide u with the smallest scope possible, staff are unhappy and never smile or try to please the customer. My advise, go to other brands
