Our Häcker kitchen is simply amazing. The design, the product, the Miele appliances and everything else is of the highest quality and standard.
There was one small miscommunication, where we were told the installation team would come the next day and the didn’t, but except that everything was very smooth.
A big thank you to Kenneth, Cassidy, Daniel, Rhys and everyone else who assisted us and did a great job during the process.

We have a good experience with the Hacker team and their services.
Their service was amazing since first approaching them (Mr. Rohit Hacker - Senior designer) for designs.
Mr. Rohit was so patient and kind to us to follow with and visiting our house several times to understand and deliver whatever we need. Mr Rohit and Mr. Mark, they were coordinating with MEP and installation team with Daniel and Technicians on site. Also Rhys, Steve, Jax, Bhavesh, Ramesh were installing the parts. Thanks a lot guys! You showed you are perfect.
Also they are checking our kitchen after their installation to be sure everything is installed perfectly as our confirmed plan.

I decided to make a kitchen- bar in my new office in Dubai. Attention to details is where perfection is achieved, and that is my signature. I chose hacker kitchen to deal with, which is where I met a kitchen designer named James, who helped me to design and find the right materials for my kitchen- bar. From this platform, I would like to thank him a lot for his support in any updates and Service. It was an amazing experience, he is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He is also someone who shows great passion for his work and treat customer as a king and there where the professionalism is.

J'ai décidé de concevoir un bar-cuisine dans mon nouveau bureau à Dubaï. L'attention aux détails est l'endroit où la perfection est atteinte, et c'est la où ma signature. J'ai choisi hacker kitchen ou j'ai rencontré un designer de cuisine nommé James, qui m'a aidé à concevoir et à trouver les bons matériaux pour mon bar-cuisine. I had visited the showroom and was amazed at the range of product selection and the services provided. I had the luxury to meet an employee named James who was very knowledgeable and very helpful in understanding our requirements. I would definitely recommend visiting to other prospective customers.

I do not recommend hacker to any one. For the high amount of money you expect to have professionals dealing with you but it, s not the case at all, very late and not responsive. By the way, it seems the five stars reviews are fake!

Hacker have been amazing with fitting my new Kitchen in Arabian Ranches 2, the after sales service was awesome and I could not recommend them highly enough for quality, support and service!

Don't go anywhere else, Trust me! We live on the palm and see their vans working in our neighbours villas regularly. I did extensive research on all of the luxury kitchen brands in the UAE before ordering my dream kitchen from Hacker (I'm very hard to please!). Their staff and service really sets them apart. From the experienced Designer in the initial stages who took alot of time and care to understand my exact requirements all the way through to the professional installers. Hacker kitchens really are a breath of fresh air here in Dubai. A luxury European brand with luxury European service from start to finish! I cannot fault them. Thank you

Terrible aftercare service. I paid a high price for a product I was told would have a 10 year guarantee and aftercare service. Response time and communication has been very disappointing to say the least.

Great place! We loved their service in the showroom. A girl named Cassidy did our design and we could not have been more pleased with the entire experience.

We decided to change our kitchen before moving into our new home in Arabian Ranches. The kitchen is the heart of the home and as we would be spending most of the time as a family there, we knew it would be worth every penny we spent on it.
Hacker kitchens was the obvious choice for quality, functionality and elegance, and we knew we were going to be in good hands with the project manager keeping a watchful eye on the project, making sure everything went to plan, and providing advice and guidance all the way.
Our kitchen lived up to everything and more we could have dreamed of, and just as we thought, it was one of the most loved rooms of our house, and we have so many happy memories there! Fast forward 3 years, and, for personal reasons, we relocated, and we are renting our house. Hands down we were able to attract awesome tenants thanks to our amazing kitchen! And it looks just as good now as when we first installed it!
Our Hacker kitchen has been worth the investment from the very start, and if I had to do it again, I would do it no other way!

Extremely unprofessional service and FOLLOW UP from James. We were very close to proceed with the kitchen and closets order after paying 5000 aed for the design upfront (no other reputable company will charge your for that.) and how glad i am that we didnt. We went ahead with Siematic, though also came at a high price their professionalism is also included in the quotation, unlike Hackers.

The sales team (Tarek Dawood in particular) was amazingly helpful. Communication was always prompt. If a problem arose it was dealt with immediately.
The MEP plans were detailed and easy to understand, allowing potential problems to be identified and rectified prior to the kitchen being fitted - courtesy of Daniel Rycen.
Installation was well planned, professional and seamless. I’ll definitely use them again for future projects.

Hands down the best kitchens you can buy. The Hacker sales team are wizards of design and inspiration and they are empowered by a world class product that will leave your jaw dropped and heart warm every time you walk into your new kitchen. No need to go anywhere else.

WORST EXPERIENCE with “German” company in Dubai.
Late with shipment for over 2 months, bad mistakes in design and full irresponsibility from side of project manager Daniel. Feels like I payed 200 euro and my kitchen is made in the basement. Awful, awful experience for a sky-rocket price. If you, guys, want to lose money, be stressed and nervous, running after them to finally get what you payed for tons of money - be my guest and order from them!
After kitchen finally arrived in Dubai, they are coming up with thousands of excuses why they cant install it in time, switching off the phones when you are calling and just ignoring you. Amazing, right.
Definitely gonna solve the issue with lawyers.

NOT ADVISING you to have a deal with these guys!

Seems like good reviews here are just bought $$$ and do not fit reality!
