I booked my session with Yehya because he had a five star rating on the fresha booking platform. My coloring and styling was done by inexperienced trainees and Yehya was only supervising when he got time. If he wasn’t available I was more than ok to wait. I booked my session with him because I wanted my hair to be done by someone experienced. If I wanted my hair to be done by inexperienced Pakistani or I don’t know where the other lady was from, she simply came and started bleaching my hair, no questions asked, I could have paid half the price and gotten my hair damaged in some mediocre cheap salon. I was so upset after the session to even fight or say anything coz my hair is completely ruined. My hair color currently looks like it was damaged by the sun, not professionally colored. I had beautiful curly hair and I am extremely picky about who touches it, and this salon destroyed it. Now I bought a box dye and m hoping to fix the hideous color job I paid for. This was my second time here. First time was good. Shouldn’t have trusted 5 star ratings on fresha. Will never come back again.

Had good experience taking their hair treatment package. Mr. Fadi he did an execptional job and his hospitality is remarkable. Would recommend their services

This is one of the best hair salons I’ve ever been too. Fadi did my hair phenomenally and did so while doing ten other things and yet it came out so beautiful. I never felt for one second my hair wasn’t getting attention and constantly felt comfortable. ️️ Best hair experience by far.

Very professional staff, best at what they are doing. As well as all staff is kind and friendly.recommend fadi and Ayham for hairstyling.
The only issue was they couldn’t stamp valet parking ticket as per them salons in the building are not eligible for that (not sure why?)

Very rude customer service …when i called to enquire about the services the manager (male) was very rude and hung up the fone in between conversation and the reason was i repeated the same question once more …. I would strongly advice not to visit this place as they are very rude

Finally The Right Salon!

A group of professionals who know what they are doing, they listen which is not usually the case in the salons these days, and they give you the best possible solutions or alternatives.

I went there today for the first time and met Hadi & Ayham who were both very honest about my current hair situation (which was really bad and I knew was the case,) but as I hated the look of my hair they both really worked their magic and gave me the best possible turn out.

For sure I will be going back and would highly recommend them to all the ladies out there that are looking for the right color or have had bad experience at other salons. They will fix it!

I availed their promo which I saw in Facebook for AED400/- you’ll get a haircut, oil treatment, hair color, blow dry and styling and full color. Since it is my first time to try their service. I am quiet and observant of the environment. I arrived at 10: 06 am and I saw just 2 ladies customer ahead of me being treated. The place was clean and the staff are welcoming. When I came in, I just said I had an appointment at 10 though he didn’t asked my name nor introduced himself he greeted me with a smile and directly headed me to my place for the next 3 hrs. He asked what I liked and he suggested some things and I agreed. Then a few minutes Elias (Lebanese/Syrian descent) came and did his work with his heart into it. While having my hair done, still observing-each staff helping each other and not one uttered a qualm. They are happy at what they do so the work comes out beautiful. Customers keep on coming to my surprise since it is a working day and office hours. My hair was done few minutes past 2 pm and I enjoyed my time and came out as a satisfied customer. My husband finds the hair beautifully done too ️

I will come back again and suggest this salon for those looking for clean and cozy place, great service, friendly staff with a great team work- try it this might be the glam team you are looking at.

The service was really good. My hair stylist Fadi did a really good job. Really happy with his work and service.

Iam really disappointed, I chosed a beautiful color with protein treatment, in the end I found myself with orange damaged hair, I complained I go back and the guy tried to fix my hair thanks to him but it was really far away from the color I wanted, and my hair still damaged after several color trial.
Now I am forced to spend more money on hair treatment product.
The worse thing in this story, the management doesn’t care at all and no one came and talk to me or apologize, someone contacted me via whatsup that’s it. As a lady I trusted you and I came to ur salon to have a good result so I believe we deserve more attention and care from your side.
You customer service is zero.

I got a hair oil treatment, cut, and color from Hadi and they were amazing. I wanted to do a teal but they patch tested and said that teal color wouldn’t catch on my hair due to a previous coloring job and made excellent recommendations that suited my hair and my face. Elias definitely understands hair and I am so happy that I chose Hadi for my hair makeover!
