Worst experience. Unprofessional, unhelpful, unreliable, unorganized, takes forever to align on requests. They got it wrong even after sharing with them 10 references to what I exactly want. My event was considered a small one and it took over a month to align on everything. Do not recommend working with them at all

HAFLA organized the National Day event and did the National Day event for us. They were very professional with their work and we loved working with them.

Sad to say (because a lot of people recommended it) but Hafla is the worst company and customer service I have ever worked with.

I placed an order for chair rental for an important event weeks before, paid for them, got the confirmation, someone called me the day before delivery to confirm the order.

And then the day of the event: they completely ghosted me.

The order was scheduled for noon and when it didn’t arrive by 1: 30, I started contacting them in every way possible. It took forever to get through to a single person — literally was texting 2 whatsapp business numbers nonstop, messaged them on Instagram, no response.

Finally got a hold of someone on the phone (a different number than their whatsapp business numbers) and they said they would check and call me right back.

For the next FIVE HOURS I called at least 10-15 times to try and understand where the order was. Every time I would catch someone on the phone (after 2 or 3 tries where noone would pick up) it would be a new person and they would say the same thing; we’ll check and call you back.

Not one single person called me back, not one single response to my text messages.

Finally, about 10 minutes before the start of the event (5 hours after scheduled delivery) I got someone on the phone again and he said: your order has been lost and we won’t be able to deliver.

Hafla completely ruined this important event and I will never work with them again, I’m still debating if they are a real company or a scam because even the day after this whole ordeal I haven’t gotten a single phone call or message apologizing or confirming a refund for my order.

Mistakes happen in business, but how you handle them (or mishandle them) is sometimes even more important than the service itself.

What a shame.

Not sending quotation if I don’t share my location… most probably to “adapt” the price to where I live.
It’s a shame! Dubai consumer rights will also know about this

So unprofessional in talking with clients on WhatsApp. I asked for a manager phone number to raise a complain against one of the unprofessional employees and they refused to give it to me.
I don't recommend!

The service provided by team Hafla is really nice. We ordered banquet chairs with stretched cover and buffet tables with skirting white cover, but i was a little disappointed when they delivered buffet table with loose white cover instead of skirting white cover.

The cake they sent is too small and they used PAPER decorations instead of sugar dough. It was supposed to be more professional. I was so much disappointed! As the cake price was 750 and what I received is less than expected! I recommend to order the cake from outside.
Other than that the chairs, table, and clown were good as expected. But the balloons decoration quality was a little bit poor as the butterfly hung on the backdrop was falling down as they used normal tape not super glue.

Always had a great experience with Hafla for my kids birthday, big fan of their water slides and their capacity to find last minute solutions! Highly recommend

I worked with Ashwati to plan my wedding and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! This was planned and executed in just a couple of weeks, she worked with me to fit everything within my budget and the exact style I was looking for. Everything I requested was sourced and executed perfectly. She also did a site visit with me and helped plan the layout. They took care of decorations, kosha, lighting, bubble machine, pyro, and even my bouquet and wedding cake.

The service was great and the prices are very reasonable

Science experiment party was absolutely amazing. Professor Oscar was excellent, on time and did such great inclusive activities with the children. They were so excited and entertained for the whole time and he made my daughters birthday SO special. He was amazing and kept all the kids captivated the entire time. Would 100% recommended and book again!

I booked Hafla entertainment package for my kids birthday party which includes, unlimited games and face painting and anchoring for program. Before the event I was worried about how the things will go? Basically our party croud was Indian and anchor provided by Hafla was filipino. Her complete name is
'Lalain Tan Asaali' and we call her as Ms Lala.

She was completely surprise package for us. All children are really enjoyed her company. Starting from the party till the end she entertaining all and it was really very nice experience for everybody. Perticularly face painting was superb.

I booked for Eid kids table 4 days before the event online and someone called one day before to tell me that the kids tables are not available after the money was already paid and order confirmed It was too hard for me to start looking for kids table one day before and i asked for other option which was not provided and i am the one who gave them other option to provide adults table for the kids and then 10 people called me cause there was paint spilled on the chairs which i didnt see or no photo was provided to me and which i am sure it can be cleaned. I paid money cause i wanted them to stop calling me from different numbers and WhatsApp me. So think twice before you book for your event

I've never begged for something I paid for the way I begged for those chairs.and when they arrived.they were so dirty and rusty, I called for replacement.thankfully they replaced it, but unfortunately it arrived after the event had already begun, although the replacement chairs were equally dirty and unpresentable, I do thank the customer service person for his effort at trying to salvage the event.

I do advice you to hold your vendors to certain standards in order for your business to go a head.its not about delivering chairs.its about communication, timely execution and presentation of the items you are renting.

I really do hope you guys improve on it, coz u have a great business idea here!

The event company with THE WORST AGENTS in the country. They have no sense on how to talk or even care to reply to your messages. They seem like they are not paid enough and take 0 interest in your request. Would not recommend them to anyone, save your time and go to other companies who are far more customer oriented. Im warning, DO NOT get fooled by their reviews

The most unprofessional, nonresponsive company I have ever come across. It has been over a week that I have been trying to contact them and plan my son's birthday and I still dont have a proper answer. The website does not allow you to customize your needs. Someone sends you a message on WhatsApp and then disappears for a whole day. They are supposed to make planning easier, instead they have made it more stressful. Also, my friend hired them for her son's birthday and had the same problem and all the guests noticed that the staff was not friendly. I would not recommend them at all!

Awful business.
Showed up 3 hours late. Event started at 12pm, tried to deliver tables for our event at 3pm.
It has now been 2 months and they still refuse to issue a refund.
I would not recommend this company.
They are very difficult to work with and very unprofessional.

Hafla was able to pull through despite our event being short notice. Thanks to Ms. Anne for coordinating and arranging all that we needed. I was especially pleased with the Photobooth.:) The event was successful and everyone had a great time! Would definitely contact them again for corporate and personal events.

Hafla arranged a beautiful, and truly delicious theme cake for my husband's surprise birthday party. In a short notice of just 1 day, they were able to get a theme cake as i requested, and trust me the cake was rich in quality and not like any other Bakery or Cake shops. I will use HAFLA for all my cake request from now on.thank you so much!

Unreliable company with many miscommunications. We’re planning a wedding & the staff were late by 2 hours. They messed up our quotations multiple times & then stopped communicating with us all together although we were waiting for weeks for a reply. I wouldn’t recommend them for event planning at all.

Very nice company to work with. We rented a tent for 2 weeks at Expo 2020. Delivery on time, great staff and the quality of the tent was very good. Mrs. Karishma from customer care is very efficient, I recommend 100%!

Superb delivery and fantastic organisation of our biggest event to date. Everything from fuel supply, generators, air conditioning was installed and maintained without a hitch! Highly recommend

We rented the Minion bouncy castle with slide for my daughter’s birthday. Hafla were extremely efficient and helpful throughout, the bouncy castle arrived early and was absolutely amazing. The kids had the best time and I thought it was excellent value for money. I would definitely use Hafla again - highly recommend.

Unfortunately team completely ignored my messages that was sent on what’s app, got one response with request to provide my contact details after that no answers at all! Very poor service and not professional! At least if you can not make it, just say it!

We rented a pink bouncy castle last October for a little girl Birthday party, and we were so happy we rented it from Hafla! Very good response from customer service to the men who delivered and prepared the castle! Very good service! We will do it again!

I'm so glad we used Halfa. We rented their children's rainbow chairs and table and hired an entertainer. The entertainer was great! She got everyone involved, even parents. I would use them again
