We had such a wonderful experience! The food was delicious, well priced and the service was amazing - Bebi was such a delight, she made the experience even better.definitely recommend this place for families, friends or even going alone, be ready to enjoy a unique culinary experience!

This place so nicr perfect for friends and family bonding the staff is so good especially aung moe who intertained us for the whole dinner thankyou somuch your vibe is verry high and you make us happy see you again if you want to come for family bonding or friends gathering i prefer to come here because the food and the cost of food is really worth

We have been to other Haidilao branches and we are happy with the service in the Dubai Mall branch.
Zun Zun and her trainee were excellent at their work. They are polite, friendly and happy to give suggestions.

We recommend the chicken soup base and the Sichuan (which is spicy but you can choose the spiciness level). We ordered 2 full portions and 2 half portions of meat/fish items and a bowl of rice. It was more than sufficient for 2 pax.

BEST service in town!

Food-wise, its just Okay as its a hot-pot restaurant, however the soup broth (non-spicy) is worth to drink as it is. Yummmeh!

Haidilao Dubai delivered an outstanding dining experience. Our waitress, Zun Zun, was diligent and attentive, ensuring our visit was perfect. The food was delicious, offering a variety of delightful flavors. A memorable evening worth repeating!

Incredible hotpot, reasonable prices and kind staff. However, although the first time we went we got aprons and wipes and all, the second time we went we didn’t and we noticed a lot of people except us did so that was a bit odd, but the food was still great!

Absolutely amazing service, for the waiting they give starters and chairs so the service is amazing and the even more so I would recommend coming here

Absolutely loved the experience and the food we're definitely going there again! Fair warning, though, also confirm the level of spice for the soup base we ordered schezuan, curry, beef, and chicken soup bases. Schezuan was impossible to consume unless mixed with something else that same with curry, but they all tasted amazing. We ordered the Hai Di Lao noodle special and beef as well as black funhus and Pak Choy and tofu l. The flavours of everything were just perfect

We have had a delightful birthday celebration in this restaurant today. The staff was very friendly, especially our waiter Gin!
The food was good, my personal favorites were tomato soup, shrimp balls and shiitake mushrooms. It was my first hot pot experience, and I really enjoyed it! When we ordered the specialty noodles they came with a cool performance!
I highly recommend this place to anyone: from people like me, who eat Chinese food only once or twice a year, to the connoisseurs, who would definitely appreciate a stand with multiple sauces and condiments.

Loved haidilao, it was amazing. Food was amazing. Love the service especially Cha and the manager Sir Billy. It was my friend's birthday and they gave free gifts and sang for her. Best day of her life!

The quality of the food is good but the service is beyond, we have Bebi who was the one who taking care of us. She was really attentive and genuine, she will just offer before you even ask for it.

Superb hotpot experience! Everyone should at least try this place once and you’ll get what I mean. Staff are extra friendly and the food is good. It’s our third time going here and it’s my 2nd time receiving a rose. There was a lady who was eating all alone beside us and they gave her a huge stuffed toy so she wouldn’t have to be.

My first time and first experience with this type of cuisine. Staff were very kind and helpful… Zun Zun and Bezirgan took care of our table, and were super kind and thoughtful:)

Unbelievable experience! I would highly recommend anyone to visit as this was by far the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant.

Firstly, we were greeted by the most cheerful staff named Chu, who assisted us to our table and provided free watermelons, ice tea and even a hair tie for my partner!

We then had a lovely member of their staff named Sajid, who helped us so much with the food choices since we weren't familiar with anything. He made sure that we were okay at every point and even made recommendations on what he thought we would enjoy.

We already believed this was one of the best dining experiences we have had, but it was just getting started. They then provided us with toothpicks and mints.

The manager Rachel also gave complimentary gifts such as lotus chips and even roses! To top it all of she also provided us with souvenir chopsticks as they wanted us to take home a gift.

Finally they also took a Polaroid picture and also gave us a couple to take home.

This experience was truly amazing, and each one of the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. Definitely going to visit again

One of the best Chinese restaurants that I have tried in Dubai, a large area, a large number of employees, more than wonderful service, speed in completion and delivery of orders and meals, my rating for the restaurant is 4.5 stars

What an amazing experience. I went to visit Chinatown in Dubai Mall and an saw this HotPot restaurant. I have always seen these hotpot videos on social media and never thought I would be taking part in these kind of things. But when I realized that HaiDiLao was right next to me, I immediately entered with excitement. The entrance is nice and bright with place that looks kind of like a waiting room. We waited very shortly then entered the seating are which was very nice and energetic. The vibe took you out of Dubai and and really pumped you up. It was busy but that is what really created an energetic atmosphere and mood. The waiters and staff are amazing. Very friendly and hospitable. We saw that if you sit and eat alone, they provide you with a giant stuffed toy to sit with you which we thought was very funny. It was really nice how there was a station with sauces, vegetables and more available for you to grab a plate or bowl and serve yourself without extra charge. This really helped elevate the experience when eating the main dish, which was delicious. I ordered meat, seafood and noodles which was cooked in the soup and had a lot of fun. You can choose up to 3 soups which is great for if you are eating with others and have different interests and cravings. It is very special how you get to cook your own food. The feeling of you having the freedom to customize your food very specifically is very comfortable and enjoyable. There is also a man who comes up to your table and squiggles the noodles infront of you before it is cooked. The food was finished and as I was leaving, I had every staff member next to me say bye as I was leaving and had one of them chase me to give me a bag full of chips. I really recommend this place to anyone as the food is very flexible for everyone, it is delicious, the staff are amazing and the restaurant itself is beautiful. Don’t forget that the prices are also great.
