This shake shack is very expensive compared to other branches. The fries seemed stale and reheated. How convenient for them, located in a terminal without any competition.

Festive Combo & All-American breakfast. I enjoyed most the Festive Combo. Coffee was a little bit warm for this cold weather but overall a good place

Super yummy smash burgers. Loved the truffle burger and the spicy fries were amazing! Service was excellent. Staff was very helpful assisting us for ordering for the first time.

The crews are very accommodating. I appreciate Mr.Jerome for being so attentive on customer's needs. He even notice me coughing and offers me water but i just refuse to. Im just happy because he is so attentive. And the crews are so nice too.
