Hammer Services

We had a bathroom project with Hammer but the communications and back and forth regarding the quote showed too many mistakes were being done all the way. In the end, we didn't select them for our bathroom works because of the lack of reliability as well as some payment terms that we were not happy about with only 5% payment on delivery.

Pls avoid contracting them at all costs depaite their flashy design and sales presentation.
Zero project maintenence after project delivery, they know that the corners they cut while delivering project will come to bite them during maintenence. The Substandard material used falls apart in 6-8 months and Noone is there to fix it.

After paying two times the normal cost of building a pool and landscaping, I have a pool whose chiller trips, lights burn out every time I wash my deck and finally all wires of the outdoor switchboard have melted and cooked off due to dubai heat. (in 6 months)

No experience for landscape but for interior works, I had a terrible experience with this company for a staircase - see the pictures. Appalling wood quality initially (some form of hardboard used initially) then peeling wood and a quite appalling varnish finish which I so obvious now (after coming back three times). They did a great job on my bathrooms downtown in Dubai but for carpentry and staircase never again - I’m going to have to redo it.
Nice people but on this occasion they fell well short and I’m so very disappointed and could not use them again
