Worst evaluation done. They were select by the bank who approved my loan and gave the worst every evaluation of the property. When compared with other evaluators for the same area and property others gave a better or matching market price.

These guys evaluate by not the property condition or area. But asking other agents! Who does that?

What a wast of my evaluation money.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hamptons International for the management of my apartments, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. They adeptly handled all the paperwork and procedures involved, making the entire process seamless and stress-free for me. As a property owner, this was a huge relief as it saved me a significant amount of time and effort.

Their approach to property management is very hands-off for the owner, which I greatly appreciated. After providing them with the necessary authorization, I could simply sit back and wait for the income to come in. They kept me informed at every step, ensuring transparency and building trust

I've been with Hamptons and more specifically Mohamed Eldayash has been my agent for over a year. Mohamed is very courteous, polite and easy to do deal with. Any issues we have faced, Mohamed has dealt with the landlord and used his vast network to quickly resolve the issues. He has always made himself available and communicates well.

I recently interacted with Hamptons International team and underwent the process of handing over my property in downtown Dubai for property management by them. Akshay from the team has been in touch with me all through, and has shown a great deal of professionalism and responsiveness in his dealings. He has been readily available and very patiently took me through the entire process. The entire process was executed remotely as I am not a resident of UAE currently. His professional demeaner kept me comfortable through the entire hand over process.

As a next step, they will be scouting for a suitable tenant to rent the property on my behalf.

Very poor Quality Customer service, they would do anything to get your money/ deposit.they do not answer their emails specially when you have an issue.and when you call them they answer after 100 attempts and they tell you that they can take the time they want to answer your email and that you can do whatever you want to do.

During this Covid 19, my contract finished and requested for someone to come for handover, my agent Walid from Hamptons who decided to reply to my email exactly by the end of the month to send someone to receive the keys and register the condition of the apartment.

The agent came 2 days later and wanted me to sign a document for handing over without giving me any invoice for the cost of maintenance, and later when I insisted they decided to reveal the invoice for double the market cost of the service, and they are expecting me to approve the payment.

Now, they are harassing me with many emails threatening me that I will have to pay for the time since the expiry date of the ejari until the handover of the apartment, while the delay is actually from their end.

But I guess it is all to get my deposit from me, very cheap and very unprofessional.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, as I assume it is the company's technique not only individuals working there.

Avoid this company like the plague. Possibly the worst estate agents I ever dealt with. They manage the property I rent. They take months to fix anything and, years after I raised some issues, they are still unresolved.

Called a rude man answered before i finish he cut the line called again a women answered the way this women answered the phone was unbelievable very rude zero manner.we were wondering how a company make a advertising have no shame to treat the customer like this and no one monitor this below zero service of the call center.they should be please to get the client now

Just to prevent other potential clients from wasting their time - I called 3 (!) different agents multiple times, as they wouldnt pick up from the first try nor call back. Non of them managed to advise anything neither to get back. All the agents details i got from the office reception - turned out the agents were not even dealing with units i am interested in. This poor customer service should be really reconsidered.

No one answers, they take everything very slow. Had to stay out of my house on many occasions 2 of which i had guests from outside the country!

I had the biggest financial loss in my life with Hamptons advise back in 2014 where I trusted that Hamptons will give me the best available real estate proposition. Accordingly I invested 2.6 m AED and now this investment worth only 1 m! This is more than 60% loss over five years? Real estate is a general low risk low return which is not the case with Hamptons advise. Hamptons did not even negotiate with the developer and I have truly been financially suffering due to your advise.really disappointing

Dealing with Hamptons International was great, especially with Mikhail. From beginning to end he was a great help, from showing us apartments to being responsive to every question and securing us a lovely apartment. Would recommend them to anyone and I would go through them again.

I almost never write reviews online but our experience with Hamptons has been so horrible that I couldn’t have not (and if I could give it a zero star rating - I would).

To cut a very long story short - We found an apt to lease through Hamptons and sent the deposit to their account through a bank transfer, only to find out the next day that the landlord had rented it out to someone different. The agent didn’t even have the decency to call us himself and let us know of this extremely important new development, but rather waited for me to call him to follow up on the status of the apt.

Since then, we have been making multiple daily calls to Nabil, the agent, *begging* for our deposit money back. Here are the following excuses we have heard from Nabil and other reps from the company:
- The money will be transferred directly back to your account tomorrow
- Turns out we cant do a direct transfer, we will prepare a check and give it to you in a few working days
- Seems the manager needs to sign off on the check, and he is traveling. Wait until he is back
- We need to get approvals from finance which will take some time so we will get you back your money in a few days

. We still have not received our money!

I *strongly* recommend against dealing with Hamptons. There are plenty of other decent real estate agencies in Dubai - you’re better off doing that than spending most of your time begging for your own money back after a failed deal.
