Hanaaya Restaurant

I just had breakfast with my sister and boyfriend. The restaurant is so beautiful and gives a peaceful feeling overlooking the lagoon, such a lovely atmosphere. The staff were soo attentive, helpful and polite. I fully enjoyed my time there, even the food was perfect! A huge variety. Visited Hanaaya for dinner. The food was delicious with a great spread. There were quite a few cuisines on the buffet menu. A great spread of desserts too.
All the items were great. The view of burj al arab was amazing from the restaurant.
The staff were friendly and the interiors had a great ambience.
Would definitely recommend a visit.

Had my dinner birthday here. Everything was perfect from food, service and guys singing. Even we just arrived at the lobby all of them are very accomodating. Thank you for making my birthday great! Will dine again

I always have the best experience in the restaurant in terms of buffet. When i stayed at mina salam, i experienced this buffet and ever since i always crave this restaurant. I visited once again last year for my anniversary and my tummy becomes overfull coz all the food is the best. Believe me, ive had multiple restaurant buffet in UAE but I can say they provide the finest buffet ever. People who know me they tell im very critical and its once in my life that i gave 5 stars for a restaurant

الاطلالة اولاً، اطالته جميلة جداً ، خصوصًا اذا كان الطقس مناسب و ليس شديدة الحرارة وجلست في الخارج قريب من البحر وباطلالة علي جندول جميل، الطعام كان متنوع في بوفيه رمضان، العاملين كانو في غاية الاستعداد واللطف ، مدينة جميرا بفنادقها ومطاعمها دئماً في قمة الاداء والتميز

I went to the Iftar Buffet today and the food options were good, food was also good in terms of quality
One thing I didn't like about the buffet is water is chargable (if you want a bottle) otherwise you have to go fill your glass from the drinks station - the water is fruit infused not event pure water -, not sure who want to do that when they are having Iftar, at least make some waiters to pass by and fill our glasses or give us bottles of water specially when we paid 250 AED for that iftar!

however the reason for 1 star that it was really disappointing to find the restuarant serving alcohol in Ramdan!
what a shame really, how come they call it Ramadan Iftar Buffet when you serve alcohol in this holy month and in the same place where fasting muslims have their Iftar, we felt disrespected in a way

I think they should have informed us when we booked or they shouldn't call it Iftar buffet.

It was bad for us as muslims to see alcohol in Ramadan being served in the same place we are sitting!

The bad experience in Dubai.staff not customer oriented contrarily to the connection restaurant in Jumeirah beach.the waiter is requesting us to pay before we finished eating and the person who is in charge of parking insisting that we need a stamp to recover our car.we will not recommend.
Please note that our reservation was today for dinner coming from another Jumeirah hotel (yours).

Highly recommend this restaurant, food and customer service both 1st class. Special thanks to Ravi (restaurant staff) he is so kind and hospitable. Hannaya should be very proud of staff like him for bringing customers back to this place.
We had our two dinners of our 5 nights stay in Dubai here.
Will be back again hopefully soon.

Great buffet in Dubai. If you dine outside, you will get awesome views of Burj Al Arab. Service is excellent. Water is not included in the buffet.

Very disappointed with the Friday International buffet! The food quality and variety is very poor! The taste is almost bland for hot and cold items. If compared to other buffets with the same price range this is a very low standard! Even the music by the Arabic band was extremely loud and very cheap! We complained about this bad ambiance on the way out! The noise makes it even hard to speak! We were regulars in hanaya before the pandemic but now this is a different place beyond recognition?

Pleasant ambience and good food. Buffet option isn't available now due to the Covid 19 situation but Al La Carte is good too.

The highlight of this place is the view, the outdoor sitting and that piece of quietness despite being next to vibrant Madinat jumeirah.

A good buffet that does not feel commercial with a variety of options suiting all tastes / preferences.
A good price level for the offer itself.

Disappointed with the service level, it used to be better.

Choose Hanaaya to celebrate our 6th Nikah (wedding) Anniversary on 24.01.2020. As many have already mentioned in their reviews place is decorated beautifully and give you the Prince of Persia vibes the moment you step in (lol) service was 4* would have been five if I didn't had to wait 10 minutes in line for the BBQ. Coming the food, was very tasteful as every dish spoke for itself. Selection of chicken and lamb kababs was very good - suhsis' were amazing. We were presented with a complimentary anniversary cake as well which was good in taste too, staff was very well behaved and courteous noticing our occasion some of the staff members themselves asked if we wish to click pictures. Over all it's worth every penny you are paying and indeed a very level place for your special occasions. Thank you Team Hanayaa! We are Happy

They kicked us out after 10 min only because we did not ordered food (we wanted drinks only).
Not to mention that they lied to us that the table we wantdd was reserved (there was noone in the restaurnt and there was no reserved sign).
Also, it took 3 personnel to come and serve us and did not tell us we were not welcomed. The third one finaly told us to llgo in another place. Terrible experience! I would mever go or recommend. Awfull

(BRUNCH) Massively Downhill!

The Hanaaya brunch was the first brunch I ever attending in Dubai back in 2015, back then it was simply amazing, and in my opinion, was the best brunch in Dubai. I went a lot of times over the following 3 years even including Christmas day in 2017 (Which was great) it is simply one of the best surroundings for a classy brunch.

I decided to go back to Hanaaya to celebrate my mums 60th birthday 2 weeks ago, oh, how times have changed.

The brunch lacked atmosphere, the drinks selection was extremely poor, we was constantly chasing for waiters to clear our plates and top up our sparkling wine. We was in the sun for 85% of the time with no initiative shown to help provide shade or a fan - everything was an effort for the staff. The music/band was average and didn't get the mood going. It was a complete let down - there is no surprise that the numbers have fallen.

For the price of this brunch bubbalicious is in a different league. I'm very disappointed to of seen how this has turned out after having such fond memories and recommending it to so many of my friends.

A lot of effort is required to return this brunch to its former glory.

The staff are great here nothing is too much for them. The variety of food is very good and plenty for vegetarians

تجربتي كانت لبوفية الافطار انترناشونال بمعنى الكلمة خياراته متنوعه لدرجة تحتار ايش تختار حتى الايسكريم موجود انصح به وبشده يستحق الزياره. الستاف كانوا خدومين ومبتسمين فيه واحد من كازاخستان كان مع اطفالي ويلبي رغباتهم وبكل سرور فيه جلسات داخلية وخارجية مطلة على القنوات المائيه لمدينة جميرا وبرج العرب طبعاً موجود فيه فندق ميناء السلام
