I contacted them as I needed a custom sized board and was told to come to the shop the next day to share my specifications. I drove all the way to the shop and the “boss” who i spoke to wasn’t there and no one spoke English. I called the boss to ask him to explain what I needed (a very simple board cut to certain measurements), which he explained the carpenter. Carpenter told me it would be ready in a couple of hours and then i spoke to the boss again to check on cost and he said he’d get back to me. After several follow ups I did not hear back from him. Such a waste of my time and I’m glad I won’t be giving them my money.

I've had two things done with Haneef Carpentry. One was a toy shelf from scratch, an idea on paper that turned out way better than I expected. The other was a varnishing job, although it was something simple for them, they did an excellent job, made sure to understand what I was using that piece of furniture for so they could recommend the best type of finishing. Their service is great, the staff is super friendly and very helpful.

Sent them message, still waiting answer for several days now. Tried to call the mobile, the person just hang-up. Tried to call land-line, not working. I don't think this company is still open.

Owner does not answer, repeated calls and messages. You have to constantly follow up, and in the end, not interested in even doing the job.

Very unprofessional in their communication. Had to chase them many times, don't know why they just said they were not interested in the job. I simply can't understand this behaviour when clients are willing to pay for their service and they just ignore you.

Quick, careful, excellent finish on the project I Gave them to make for me.
Good value for money and very good in terms of ease of business.

Have ordered two custom-made wardrobes and on Saturday. The guys have completed manufacturing by Sunday and delivered on Tuesday. I am impressed by the professionality of the team. You rarely find such a service here in Dubai.

Requested a custom made cupboard due to non standard size requirements. Team visited our villa for measurements same day, and delivered and fixed the produced shelf the next day. Price only slightly higher than a comparable Ikea product but solid wood. We will work with them moving forward on multiple projects. Highly recommendable!

I called the shop and the person who answered was polite and responsive to all inquiries. Some businesses will just tell you to send the details on WhatsApp and they will respond, but not at Haneef Carpentry.

When I get there, one worker gave me water and made sure that we are welcomed. The quality of the wood is very good and the sizes were precise to what I asked for. The price is cheap compared to ACE Hardware and other stores selling wood.

I highly recommend Haneef! Visit them!

-Poor Workmanship (detailing, corners, use of glue, small details) - I spent 2150AED on a 140x80 desk, you would expect better results for such a price.
-They missed the point of the project. I was not looking for a desk that can "Hold a 1 Ton load", I was looking for a desk with a high end design!
-Poor Followup with customer: I politely explained that I did not like the desk and asked them to come pick up the item and that I will pay FULL PRICE again to redo it from scratch. They did not send anybody to collect it even after 10 days have passed, they did not even take proper ownership of this issue. In general I was very disappointed. I did this small project with them as a test before proceeding with another 5 projects. But it did not work out.

With all due respect, my Opinion/Conclusion: Suitable for low to medium caliber projects.

Truly excellent service, these guys made our picture frames for our large painting. The quality is amazing and they are a delight to deal with, as an English expat i highly recommend them. Patrick

It was my first experience with Ashwani's team and they delivered the service professionally and on time. I've requested some custom work to craft and fix wardrobe's shelves for all bedrooms and assemble another big wardrobe and they delivered/installed it the next day.

To get some architectural displays done, i was looking for someone with credibility, quality and tardiness. Haneef carpentry went above and beyond my expectations.

Ordered 2 mahogany display cases, so far received good services and kept updated. Not delivered yet, will update after.
