I'm a Dubai resident who's been using Hang & Wear Laundry for the last 18 months. Whilst I have a washing machine at home I don't have a dryer and some items I just prefer to have wash and dried quickly such as sheets and towels. The guys working here are extremely friendly and the lounge itself is well fitted - solid machines that are constantly well maintained and whatever you might be missing (detergent, dryer sheets etc) they have available to sell. There's also a separate waiting area with free WiFi and Netflix access, or if you want to venture out there's a Costa Coffee, Vietnamese Foodies, Mythos and Nola all within walking distance so you can have a snack or some lunch whilst waiting for your laundry to be done. My only gripe is that they don't have any branches outside of JLT - I live in Al Quoz and wish there was a laundromat closer. I will absolutely keep using this service whilst I'm in the UAE and I'm very happy to use them.

Professional and Punctual. One of my zippers burst while being laundered and they came and collected it and replaced it.

Amazing service. They are just text away. Clothes folded perfectly, washed and smell amazing. The dry cleaning service is top quality as well. Great price and always extremely reliable. Would never go anywhere else!

We regularly get our clothes ironed here. Pickup and delivery is prompt and all clothes are provided in hangars covered by plastic sheet

Always prompt when picking up and returning laundry. Very responsive on WhatsApp and great value

For AED112 they washed, ironed and folded a week's worth of clothes (2 pants, 7 shirts/underwear/socks). Also they picked it up and delivered at Millenium hotel where I was staying for no extra charge. Moreover, owner was flexible and allowed me to pay by bank transfer. Otherwise note normally it's cash only. Finally, owner was very responsive on WhatsApp.

Update: unfortunately ruined 3 white linen shirts which had yellow stains. Were responsive and tried to fix it, but it made it worst unfortunately. They gave me a refund, again good customer service, but I just can't trust them with white shirts.

Worst laundry in Dubai. They staple the tag with a stapler on the clothes. My shirts have holes in it now. Also a bright shirt has black stains as it was washed with dark clothes probably at the wrong temperature. Never again
