Very old customer of them. Hankook the Korean made are the best that is the reason my all 3 cars carry Hankook tyre's never had any problem with them.

Al Dobowi has a great team and are really good in their work. They have a very friendly attitude towards customers. Their work is very satisfying.

Call before visiting so they can keep the required tire ready. Excellent customer service and very polite staff. Price given was much better than the online offers.

My experience with them has been very good as their employees are very friendly. Best part is thattheir services are very, i got all four tires and battery changed with in an hour without prior appointment. Their prices are also reasonable.

Deal at Carrefour Mall of Emirates buy 3 get 1 free for Hankook tyres. Came in almost 300aed cheaper than nearest best offer. Arrived at 330pm. Ready in 40mins. Laser alignment offer 100aed for all four wheels on 4x4 took an extra 10mins. Super friendly staff, Wi-Fi available upon request in air-conditioned waiting room. Accepts platinum card.

So I went there, and asked to wait for 45 mins for my turn which was very clear there was a car on the jack and one ahead of me waiting, when It was my turn they told me there is another car ahead of me! I was from what i see and asked there was the only 2, from the look on there faces it looked like they where lying, and said incant put my car on the jack! And I have to wait another 45 mins! The manager didnt even get involved! I'm never going there again!

Highly recommend Hankook, I has James Greenwood who looked after me when I had an early morning puncture not too far from the garage. His come recommended from others too on a famous Dubai Facebook group. I can see why, his very knowledgeable, lovely chap and very good at ensuring everything is done quickly and efficiently.

The guys working on the car were fantastic too and very polite. Although only in because of my tyre they agreed to look at why I was getting the brake pad light even though I had plenty of material left on the pad, turned out to be the brake sensor had torn off, part ordered and I’ll be back to get that sorted.

Alex was also there who I remember from Sand Dance. His came out and did a mobile fit for me a couple of years ago, lovely chap! Highly recommend them and much cheaper than going to auto pro!

I got my 4x4 Car Tyres from MOE Carrefour. They have a Kiosk and they had really good offer. I Got 500 dhs discount on my Tyres buy 3 get 1 free and also I got Carrefour share points. Do check their deals.

Steer away from this place! Average prises but horrible work. Stripped two of my wheel nuts. Can’t recommend them.

They provide excellent service, have been regularly visiting them from last 4 years in Sharjah and Ajman with same quality and service for both my cars. If you happen to go to the Al Qouz branch then ask for Ms. Sharon who is really helpful and helps by going out of the way. Just replaced tyres and battery last week and highly recommend them for professional service

I bought a Groupon voucher to get 30%discount from Al Dobowi 2017 excess stock, I checked online and found the same Hankook size tyres but 2019 stock for exactly the same nett price after discount, Even better the other company came to my house and fitted / balanced the new tyres for no extra cost! Dont buy from Al Dowabi, shop around you will get a better deal
