I wish if there was less than one star to rate this, they have 0 respect for time and dates delay after delay on shipping dates, they give you the cheapest rate and worst service guaranteed
I had an excellent experience with Ms. Jenny from customer service at the Hapag-Lloyd service centre in Deira. She was very courteous and had a constant smile on her face. She helped guide me as a beginner in all the steps needed to clear my shipment. I would recommend Ms. Jenny as their customer service team leader or manager.
Pathetic service and non supportive customer service ever, better use services like MAERSK and MSC who are professional and dedicated to their work and also provide support even on non working days.

Worst experience here same. Just wanna revise the BL call 5 times 5 different people told me different story to waste our tune and any delay will raise the demurrage. No one here can help to service and guide us out of issue. First time meet situation like this only we wanna is to solve problem but they can't help
This is the worst shipping company in the world. They are very slow in acknowledging your payment for DO charge and Detention Charges. By the time they respond you are facing your next detention charge. This cycle continues indefinitely. The company has designed its processes with the goal of fleecing importers of their hard earned money. I have had to specifically ask my suppliers to not use them while sending us goods. Deal with them at your own peril.
They're the worst shipping line ever, they rip you off and make you pay for damages you didn't cause. Its my first time dealing with them a d definitely the last. I have attached the photos they claimed are damages caused by us. I also have attached the older damage that they have fixed saying we caused the same. These people want you to pay the bill of other people's mistake and at the end you will have to pay in order to stop paying other charges. This is the worst shipping company we ever dealt in Dubai Uae. The staff who call them customer service are very lazy to answer any question you raise and it took us more thank 2 weeks to get information on how to clear our container still no luck to get a clear information.we are not recommending to any one this Shipping line take a note from our experience

I would like to give a negative rating to this shipping line if possible. Its the worst nightmare of an experience if you unfortunately end up moving a shipment through them. The customer care centre is completely unfunctional, they do not respond to calls or even 35 emails sent! Their delays costed us demurrages and still they put extra penalty charges on us for late documentation even though the delay was from their side of 2 weeks to issue the document. Avoid at all costs! I am writing this review so that other people do not end up with the same fate as us

Bad service do counter person how to talk with customer behavier ruddly and no body pick up call any time we will try all company no person answer call.plz i suggest you not using this company.after u want take any service they will treat u as a his personal servant.they don’t do work they only kidding and playing.
