Great service. My dog stayed over the weekend And he seemed to be having a blast. My pooch was so happy to be there and I felt very comfortable leaving him. Wil definitely use them again.

Awful service. Told us to come visit anytime. We got there at 3.30 pm after a 40 minute drive and they turned us away, saying visiting hours are until 2pm.

Before I start, to put into context, this is our second time visiting Happy Buddies. First was with a rescue dog when Happy Buddies first opened their doors, and now with our own fur child who is a small timid pup.

We had a good impression of this daycare/boarding facility the last time with our rescue as the place was brand new and the owner had a reputation to build so all was well. We had a few daycare days and a good boarding experience.

Now with our 7 month old puppy, we didn't think twice but to take him to Happy Buddies for his very first daycare in his life. We left him for 4 hours only.

We pre arranged this visit with the owner and all seemed well until we arrived and felt so awkward as nobody welcomed us or said a word, owner standing there with a blank look on her face. Quickly after, they wanted to snatch my pup away and send us off. Of course I sternly refused and insisted on seeing the facility (again after more than a year). Reluctantly we were let into the back where we found the once before sparkling facility has become so run down and dark and over crowded with big dogs who seemed to want to escape.

Our pup was put into what I believe to be a newly added room, too small for one pup let alone the 6 small-medium dogs that were housed with my boy and no sunlight, no fresh air and only an old sofa in this four wall enclosure to entertain the dogs. I won't comment on the fact that they do not host assessment days, the words of the owner were that they simply see how the dog fits in with the rest upon arrival. No surprise that my boy was traumatised as the other dogs pounced over him. He's only 2.4kg, and I guess the larger dog was minimum 10kg. I regret my decision to not have pulled him away and left immediately.

We arrived back promptly 4 hours later to the shock that nobody seemed to know who my dog was when the receptionist went to the back to collect him. When he eventually got handed to us, he looked blank in the face and took a good couple seconds to realize who we were.

Based on that alone. Never again. Do not recommend this facility. What a shame.

Ps. I asked to see the boarding rooms for potential boarding (before all my disappointment) and the reluctance was high. Until now I do not know what the 'rooms' look like. Very suspicious.

All our rescues under their care are well taken care of and thriving while they wait to be adopted. A company with a heart of gold.

My dog Noah honestly has the best time at happy buddies, they pick him up for me in a pet taxi and drop him off and every single member of staff are so kind and caring. I feel so comfortable when Noah is there knowing he's in good hands.

I always get photo updates every single day without fail, when I ask for information about Noah they tell me what he's been like and I just love what they do there - LOTS of enrichment, snuffle mats, they'll put movies on (see photo lol) so they get their downtime. It's not huge and is quite close knit which my dog prefers as he's been to some overwhelming daycares.

Booked my girl Pacha into Happy Buddies while we travelled back to the Scotland for 3 weeks. Pacha had a great time and was taken care of very well. Had daily pictures and videos sent to us. They even have doggy movie days! Pacha also received complimentary bath and nail clip as she was there for over one week. Would highly recommend and will be using the service again! I have recently moved to Dubai and Happy buddies have been brilliant helping my dog settle in. I have been using Happy Buddies doggy day care facility 3 times per week so my dog isn't left home alone and she loves going there. I have also used their boarding service recently as well.
Each day, whether day care or boarding, I receive pictures and videos of the days activities which are always varied and engaging for the dogs. My pup especially likes movie Fridays. I love the fact the dogs get to socialize and play all day and are not just kept locked up. I know she enjoys herself as when she gets home she falls asleep immediately. A special mention must go to Happy Buddies team. They are all so welcoming, super friendly and clearly love all the dogs that come to visit.

Happy Buddies are brilliant with my dog Poppy. She has been going for day care and staycays since May 2022 and has always come home exhausted but clean and happy I receive daily updates such as videos, pictures and messages about her general well-being. Poppy is collected and dropped off in their pet taxi and she is always super happy to see the driver and jump into the van!

Great dog boarding home. Staff are kind and attentive and my dog loves staying there as she gets lots of attention and has fun playing with the other doggies.
