We had a great experience with our nanny Cela who stayed with our 10 mos son for the first time for him. Cela was swift to establish a good contact with the child, and he was happy to stay with her, play with her and seemed to feel safe to sit in her arms while they were walking outside. We also appreciate her readiness to reach out to us in hard times (like when he’s crying a lot) - this builds the confidence and trust! As other review mentioned, hard to miss their great customer service through WhatsApp: always there to help, quick and right to the point.

Very fast and helpful when came to booking. I have never had a nanny/babysitter in my life so I was very cautious as it was my first time but they made it very easy and even let me look through their available babysitters, provided information about them so I could make a better choice for my son. I ended up choosing Adelaida and I’m so glad I did. The second she walked through the door she started interacting with my son. He has just turned 3 and usually takes a while to warm to people, other times he will not be happy around some people so I was worried incase he did not bond. Adelaida was so sweet and kind and my son was running around with her within a few minutes. She was so helpful and lovely with him it was so nice to see. If we ever need a Nanny again it will 100% be Adelaida. Since she has gone, he keeps asking when his friend will be back. Im happy that he was so happy with her. Thank you for you services ️

We were very lucky that a lady called Lynie was assigned to take care of our baby who was 11 months old at that time! She was professional, approachable and friendly. My experience with Happy Helpers was “babysitting at hotels”. We had Raquel for our two toddlers and she was super nice and friendly. My kids liked her so much and enjoyed playing with her even though they were so attached to me and not used to other people taking care of them.

We were on vacation in Dubai. I was quite nervous about leaving my three kids but as soon as the nanny Gracie arrived she was very pleasant with my kids. She kept us informed of my kids while we were out with pictures and constant updates. If you are visiting and would like some time out please book this company. I stumbled across Happy Helpers online, as an interim measure whilst we searched for a new Nanny. I have found the service to be professional, reliable and straight forward. The first point of call are the customer service team. They are prompt in making the bookings, sending confirmation and following up. I have used three nannies over the past month on a regular basis. Each one has shown great initiative and have been great ambassadors for their company. As a result of our experience we will use Happy Helpers going forward for the rest of the year.

This was the first time we hire a nanny outside Japan, so we were kind of worried at the beginning.

But now we realized how much lucky we were because the first nanny.was Shirley!

She was kind, hard working, and even precise!
She constantly sent us the photos of our baby so that we could see how she was doing
Even our baby didn’t stop crying, she meticulously reported it to us and we could together work out how to solve the situation!

And the person in charge at the office of this Happy Helpers were wonderful too.
When we had to make an unexpected change for our schedule, she immediately responded to our request and arranged it for us.

Our experience with happy helpers was a very positive one. We had 2 babysitters over a number of days and they were both great! My son is 7 weeks old and I was nervous at first to leave him but he was very well taken care of.the ladies were experienced and followed milk timings and any instructions given. We were travelling and we needed help with my 6 year old son and 5 months old baby. Juve was amazing and very caring. She has two kids similar age as my kids so I could feel she was a mother with motherly love. She spent the whole afternoon with my son at the lego shop and went through all the games he wanted to do and built few lego figures with him that he loved. I would recommend their service. Kind and caring.

I used the nanny services for an ad-hoc booking and I was very satisfied. Rosalyn was very attentive to the needs of the baby and played with him all day. They replied immediately and professionally to my emergency and surely I will be using them again!

I tried 2 nannys for my baby more than twice and both are really good, very clean, professional and they are trying to help in house while my baby is sleeping although I didn't ask them to, but they are very keen to make use of every minute.

Responsive, responsible and reliable. They're a great team that accommodates their service to customers' needs. My friend and I took their service to care for 3 children (9 months old, 3 years old and 5 years old) as we had a dinner party. Juvie, the nanny sent to us was good with the kids. Even the baby who was usually scared of strangers got along well with her. The team was also helpful when we requested for a time extension as the party ran quite late.
