I love this company. They have been with our family since our first fur baby was added to the family. Staff is amazing especially Anthony he is our pets favourite my dog and cat are both groomed by them and the experience overall as owners and as pets is really amazing.

Jonier was very professional at grooming my lovely persian cat Cookie! He did a very professional job! Team is amazing! More than amazing! If I can give more than 5 stars definitely I will!

A level below '0' experience with the mobile grooming service team. Booked an appointment for my 2 pets. The team never showed up. Upon checking they said the appointment was not in their calendar. Second run, we accepted another time same day later in the evening. Guess what? Team didn't turn up again. Very consistent in not showing up is what I will give them 5 stars for!

I love their grooming services. This was my first time and the way the staff handled both of my pets was outstanding. They made sure that my three year old feline was calm before they proceeded with her nail clipping and my 10 month old puppy was so scared but they petted her and comforted her before proceeding with her ear cleaning.
I’m so so happy and satisfied with your mobile services that I’m going to make you our official pet groomers from now on.
Keep up the good work guys! I’m definitely going to put out good, no best, words for your services among my neighbours and friends!

Our groomer was Donnie! He treated Simba with utmost care, he had attention to details as he pointed a scratch on the ear of Simba, he is also very considerate and super professional! Very bad service before they were better today I was shocked by the bad service, I asked them to shave my poppie a little, and they removed it completely?

Absolutely loved the service Happy Puppy Grooming boutique provided to my pets. The groomer Alex was Absolutely amazing my pets loved him. He was very gentle and friendly with them.

What I like about this place the most is the great response to the customers and amazing care about pets! Royce was very happy to receive a gentle shower and super hair trim! Thanks to Robert for professional approach to my little boy! Definitely would recommend!

Superb grooming by the main groomee Mr. Donney and his assistant Mr. Joner.
Very kind and polite. My dog is quite scared when it comes to grooming but he settled in very quickly.
Only one thing they can improve is to put a nozzle on the dryer as it's very very strong.

Have used Happy Puppy (Robert is the groomer), many times now after switching from another grooming company. I have a large, VERY fluffy, double coated dog, and Robert always does a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time trying out their service with my two cats and i surely don't regret it at all. My cats came back as i expected and they smelled good as well and on top of all it was all at my house which could not get any more comfortable. Definitely recommend checking them out.

Groomer was very nice and gentle with my dog. Although he missed a few parts of her hair that he didn’t shave evenly.
My dog is very calm but he kept insisting that I should leave and come back when he’s done which made me uncomfortable because my dog needs to stay under my supervision due to an injury.

This was my first time ever using a mobile grooming service. One of my dogs is disabled and the other gets a bit nervous. I stayed in the van with my boys and the groomers were wonderful, kind and gentle with both my dogs. They took their time and were constantly talking to and reassuring both my dogs. When they were done, both my boys were all wriggly and happy at how clean and fresh they felt. I'm very happy with the service I received and will definitely be using them again.

I've been taking my dog to this grooming center for maybe 2 years or more and my dog and i love them! Even when I was living in Sharjah, i would drive all the way to their location just so my dog can get groomed with little to no pain or bad experiences. He has gone through bad experiences with the previous grooming centers we went to so I didn't mind driving so far just for the best experience. But now that i'm in Dubai and they offer mobile grooming it's been absolutely incredible! They are very gentle with my dog and really show that they care about animals. I would highly highly highly reccommend them! Additionally, whenever I would take my dog to their center, they would let him play with the other dogs there after he's been groomed just so he can calm down. Really amazing service, guys!

An excellent home service by Happy Puppy grooming team. I searched about pets grooming home services and found out about them. Just called and scheduled a full grooming service for my cat. They came to my place the very next day took my cat to their very well equipped truck which was parked at the back of my building. I went down with them just to keep an eye but after looking at their professionalism and equipment I somehow felt relaxed and came back to my flat.
After an hour the guy came up and handed over my lovely casper.
They did a splendid job as they were told about the hair cut we want.
Loved their services and the way they carry your pet.

The stylists were very professional. They offered me a special rate since I had three cats for grooming. I instructed them to do crocodile hair cut for two of them and it was well done. The cats were behaving very calm after the treatments.

Even though the groomers were very good but I didn’t like the place. My dogs should have the feeling that they go to a spa not just a space where there is a bath tube to wash them and cut their hair. Needs lot of improvements

We dropped off our little girl for grooming and they did a great job! We didn't have an appointment but she was done in less than the estimated hour and a half. Check in process was a breeze and her groom is very well done. She was very happy when we picked her up and seemed to really like her groomer. Great experience and we will definitely be back!

Love this place! Friendly staff, welcoming, knowledgeable, awesome with the pets. So glad we found a home for Daisy and Hexane, after too many disappointing (and expensive) places. Definitely recommend! Great job, guys!

I have been using Happy Puppy grooming services (both in shop and the mobile service) and I think they are fantastic.

I also recently left both my Maltese dogs at their kennel this summer for 3 weeks and I think they did a great job.the dogs came back happy and active and truly full of love. I imagine this is because they were given a lot of lot and affection even though they lived in smal cages. Personally the small cages don’t phase me as long as they are given attention which they definitely seemed to have. Thank you Happy Puppy team!

Super impolite staff! Over the internet it is mentioned that they close at 21.00. Guess what? They called me at 18.30 to tell me that they close at 18.30! I had to rush from al wasl while having them call me every 5 minutes; I arrived at 19.29 exactly and the were closed. Now my cat is stuck in there shop till tomorrow. By the way, when I called to ask when they would open, they mentioned 09.30. After checking the web again, it is mentioned that they open at 09.00.
Not recommended at all. Perfect case of some employees ruining the reputation of a company.

I called ahead to check if they could groom my dog right away and that there weren't any other dogs being done as I had an appointment to go to. They said yes they could do my dog right now and as small it would only take 1-1.5 hours. I then found another dog being groomed when I arrived, along with another waiting. I was told not to worry as my dog is next. I went back after 1 hour and 45 mins only to find my dog in a small cage and not even been started as they took their lunch break. The groomer said "I am having my lunch and I told you I would call you when it's done so come back later". Again I repeated I don't have time, took my dog and left. I wasted 40 mins driving there and back and 1.40 hours hanging around in Motor City like an idiot.

If you want the mobile groomers to actually turn up and your dog to actually be groomed, do NOT use these incompetent company! We've been using them ever since we got our dog which was over a year ago, and now I don't know if they've got a new manager (who is probably the most incompetent out of them all), but they never show up at the agreed appointment time anymore and tell you on the day when it's past your appointment time and when YOU call them, that the groomer isn't available. And this isn't the first time it's happened. TERRIBLE SERVICE! Use a company that actually values and cares about their customers because this one definitely isn't it.
