Today i visit to Harley hospital like 4: 15 Pm i ask for the doctor they said doctor will come 5: 30 but i will really sick i wait until 5: 30 but still there was no one then like 6: 30 doctors came Dr. Shahista saif sheikh she check me but they way she speak very unprofessional i was feeling like i am talking with uneducated person at least when someone is sick they need sympathy not only medicine and also from medicine i remember she just give me for flue and cough i have throat infection but i get only that two medicine

This so far is the best clinic I’ve ever been! The facility is very hygienic, staffs are amazingly accommodating, no delays- got my results very fast plus it’s cost-effective! Doc Nitin is very detailed and approachable, i highly recommend this place

VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, when you called their landline it took an ages before they will answer, by any chance you can contact them for many tries of calling then the other option is their WhatsApp but it’s more worst and wasting of energy Im even begging to at least someone will response but NO ONE CARES, I even telling that it’s very important but it’s like I’m talking just in the air just seen my message, are you really care for your patients?

My husband and I always thank the dr Namarata jadave.she has taken very good care of my pregnant journey. She is very professional and has a very good experience as an ObGyne. We are lucky to have met her she is very kind and very calm and we feel safe and sure that we are in good hand and our baby is going to be fine. Now I have already delivered the baby and we are both healthy and safe thanks to our Dr. Namrata for taking good care of them throughout the pregnancy. With complicated issue like hyperthyroidism during pregnancy, the only place where i got relief, assurance and solution was with Dr Namrata. She made my whole journey easy and helped me in giving birth to a healthy baby

I had elbow injury and dr sugested for me physiotherapy where i met Dr.keerthi for physiotherapy. I found her amaizing, when she behaved me very nicely. During my pregnancy journey, my every visit to Harley was hassle free with good service and support from reception staff and nurses. Dr. Munima Habib, my gynaecologist, always motivated and guided me well during my whole pregnancy period and prepared me mentally and physically for a safe delivery. She is the best gynaecologist I have ever met.

Firstly, it's essential to recognize that a great OB doctor is someone who understands that the birth of a child is a pivotal moment in a family's life. My wife's OB doctor “Dr. Namrata” have done an exceptional job in providing excellent prenatal care; this ensured that my wife was healthy and comfortable throughout her pregnancy.

Moreover, Dr. Namrata was listened to my wife's concerns, answered her questions, and offered professional medical advice in a kind and compassionate manner; Dr. Namrata was incredibly supportive and attentive.

Dr. Namrata also demonstrated a high level of expertise during the delivery. She helped to create a calm and safe environment, keeping my wife informed every step of the way. In addition, she provided support and encouragement, making sure that both mother and baby were healthy and well cared for throughout the entire process.

Overall, Dr. Namrata provided excellent care, demonstrating a high level of professionalism, expertise, and compassion. My wife and my family are incredibly lucky to have had such a fantastic doctor.

Would absolutely recommend this clinic and specially Dr. Namrata.have done HSG and it was very smooth and at ease. I was actually scared to go for this test but it went so well with just minor discomfort.thank you doctor

This clinic used to be great once upon a time, we used to come here for all our medical needs since almost 8 years.
But now it has the worst staff with unacceptable & careless attitude.
The doctors are still good, but the admin staff & nurses are pathetic.
You need to wait for weeks to get updates on prescription/x-ray/ anything.
A big NO NO for any treatment, especially if it's urgent.
The nurse Ms. Pamela insults patients and differentiates between cash, insurance and walk in patients.
The nurse (Mr. Abhijeet) does not contact patient for over 10 days after insurance approval to take the required tests
Please DO NOT visit if you are looking for fair treatment and smooth clinic visit.

The overall level of service is extremely good. I just finished my therapy sessions at Harley Int'l Medical Clinic and I'm so thankful for all the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Dr. Sachit (Orthopedics), his nurse assistant, and of course to Dr. Keerthi (Physiotherapist) for being sympathetic and giving me sound care and advice. Dr. Keerthi helped me to understand the causes of my problem and what I could do to alleviate the pain. She also teaches me some exercises. Excellent service!

Dr. Veena’s Medicine has improved my condition tremendously. She helped me to overcome from my condition mentally as well as physically. After consulting so many doctors her medication has worked on me amazingly.

I recently visited Harley due to back pain and as recommended I did physio with Dr. Keerthi. It was amazing, thank you Dr. Keerthi for get rid of pain

These 5 stars are for Dr. Namrata Jadhav. She was referred to my wife and I by my sister after we frequented several other Gynecologists and remained dissatisfied.

We recently had our baby and are soo very glad that we opted to go with Dr. Namrata on this journey. Not only is she approachable but also patiently addresses all the concerns / queries you may have, which is a key quality for such an intimate and overwhelming process. She leaves all lines of communication open, and is readily available for calls / messages.

She has been (and continues to be) very warm, cheerful, and friendly in every single appointment (both antenatal and postpartum).

I had an episode of hypoglycemia during the delivery and Dr. Namrata not only helped my distressed wife calm down and deliver the baby safely with proper guidance but also promptly offered medical attention to me.

To sum it up - she is THE doctor to go to as she not only takes care of the mother and unborn baby but also the father

You NEED a face you can trust during such an overwhelming event and Dr. Namrata is just that!

It was early morning when i was in labor room and your miraculously enter into the labor room at the right time is super hit entry like *Salman khan *as your vibes gave me the power for normal delivery!

Four stars are for the clinic experience however our experience with Dr Namrata has been extremely nice, besides being extremely good at her job, you get amazing vibes and warmth from her that is much needed from a Gynaecologist. She is also a VBAC supportive that makes her even a better choice.

I highly recommend Harley, and especially Dr Ram Lakhani. He is great in diagnosis and has a wonderful bedside manner. No matter where I am in the world, if I feel unwell, I call him and he is so responsive. It’s amazing to have a doctor like that.

I also have to commend the nurses and lab technicians - they are very competent and caring.

I had visited this clinic the first time as my daughter had insisted i visit this clinic. The best clinic I have visited till date in Dubai. The staff are very attentive & friendly. Most of all I was so happy to have found excellent doctors Dr. Ram & Dr. Babu Mohan. They are doctors who listen to you patiently, explain to you in detail & gives the right diagnosis & perfect treatment for quick cure. Amazing doctors. I would strongly recommend this clinic. However, The only negative part is that no one attends to the call & don't get a call back either which can be a bit stressful.

Quick service by welcoming staff. Dr. Nitin keenly listens, observes and understands the symptoms and treated my 5yo daughter, who recovered in a week’s time…. After more than a month of allergies ‘treated’ elsewhere. Am grateful to my dear friend Manish who recommended this dedicated Dr.

Very slack.lab reports take forever and difficult to get.despite various follow ups. If it wasn't for dr. Ram I would think twice about going back there

I'm not so comfortable with how they handle their patients. Apart that we've waited for an hour after the appointment time before we see the doctor, I didn't see them practicing proper hygiene before handling patients. They didn't sanitize before touching my baby. I will not consider coming back to this clinic ever again.

This clinic has worst operating service. I called the clinic to share my xray report over email three time and confirmed my contact details everytime and they dint share. After 24 hrs I called them again the operator is pathetic and rude, I called them to follow up on my request to share report and she said I will check and confirm after 10 min. 10 min after I called again and with politely I asked that after confirming on details still you are unable to share us there a problem and with out replying anything she dropped my call. Again when I called the operator put my call on voice note and when I called again thats what's the issue of dropping call with out answer and her reply was we are busy and when I asked her name she drops the call again. I mean really gear up your services first.

HARLEYS is the best clinic I can trust. I have been associated with them for the past 15 years and the doctors snd staff apart from being the friendliest are also the most professional in their work

She is treating the patient with full care and with good

This clinic should never have the option of appointment.
As they don't care of know the meaning of appointment.
Wasted my time waiting for 2 hrs after taking an appointment.
Only to find myself waiting till the very end or closing time.after more than 10 people have finished their turn.
Was informed 15 min, 10 min, 5 min, 2 min etc.
Finally 2 hrs in vein and frustration I have to leave.

Respect everyone time. I will never recommend this place. Wish I can be compensated for the loss of time, as I had travelled from far also.

I have faced a major issue of NO ONE ANSWERING the lan nbr 04 3986677. This is always the case even after complaining in person no one seems to care.

Very friendly reception, great staff, promt service, excellent doctors and nurses. Got my ear piercing done with dr.shahista Shaikh and it was painless great experience.

I wouldn’t even give this horrible place 1 star! Horrible service. The doctors don’t even seem qualified. The staff is absolutely rude. They charge you for things that you didn’t do to rip your insurance off. DO NOT GO HERE! The nurses don’t even want to help the doctors because that’s how bad the doctors must be. In front of my eyes, Dr. Ram (also not professional) called out to 2 nurses and they ignored him, laughed and walked away in front of me! This is a joke of the hospital. DO NOT TRUST THEM

The doctors are very professional and comfortable to speak with especially Dr. Ram and Dr. Nitin however, there is an employee seated at the receiving area named Sneha and downright rude to the patients. Does she expect patients to be well when they go to the clinic? She should be the one adjusting for the patients, she doesnt care about their queries. I tried asking her something she didnt even respond to me then when i asked again she gave me unwanted attitude saying "you should go to the nurse" with an awful looking reaction of her face. She is not supposed to be there please she is not fit for her job.

My visit to HMC was excellent, Dr M. Wahid Zaman welcome me with his excellent knowledge and experience. This hospital had all facilities under one roof including Lab, CT Scan, MRI, GP, ortho, drama, and gyne all specialities found there.
Over the top Dr Wahid inspired with his outstanding hospatility and speciality.

I visited HMC and consulted Dr. Wahid Zaman. He is very professional and makes you very comfortable with his care and treatment. Overall staff and facilities are also good with ample public parking available.

Dr. Wahid Zaman (General medicine, Diabetologist) is the best doctor for diabetes. He’s very polite and gives the best treatments. I would recommend anyone who has diabetes, to go to Dr. Wahid Zaman!

I would like to thanks to Dr. Alpha because of her medication works on my husband snoring was controlled.

I met Dr. Wahid Zaman (General Medicine), and he is very nice polite. The way of his treatment is very nice and he is very positive.

The Dr. Rajoosh dermalogist prescriped for me ZENIAC LP FORT an intensive skin care product with a concentration of AHA and salicylic acid to apply for 2 months, after exactly 11 days of applying on face, neck and chest, I got burned in neck and the skin become very dry and red. I called the clinic after 3 days of suffering (I didn’t call earlier because Dr told me that he is traveling).
When I called the Dr. Rajoo, told me WHO TOLD YOU TO APPLY ZENIAC ON UR NECK OMG change his word and try to make the faulty, the Dr. Even wasn’t helpful in the phone and told me that even you are planning to visit me tomorrow I’m fully booked and you have to pay again.
He left without any help or suggests any cream to apply to treat that area.
Soooooo disappointed from him. His mistake and his responsibility and I’m now outside the country trying to figure out the solution.
Not Recommended at all.
