AED 2,226.00 paid for detailed blood work for insurance purposes and when I contacted the clinic to request report discussion with a doctor, I was informed to book a chargeable consultation.
Need I say more? Not surprised with the negative reviews, clearly the clinic ownership/management does not do much to address any of their paid customers' (not patients) comments/feedback.

Every time I go I find the doctor having lunch and they asks you to wait 15 minutes, while it takes much more longer

I had the laziest, irresponsible service by the receptionist lady in Bursha branch, I called her four times to contact the Dr.to update information requested my insurance and she totally ignored my calls, and i am still waiting for that to happen

Terrible! I went there just today to have check up, I have cough and phlegm. While understandably, the GP is in lunch break it is perfectly fine to wait. But it’s unbearable to stay there because of the strong smell of adhesive (smells like rugby). The receptionist said that there is maintenance ongoing sticker placing on walls. The whole place smells bad. Really bad for health of patients! Why during operating hours? !? ! Cant that wait after? This is really terrible. I had to leave and find another clinic!

Best physiotherapist i have ever taken treatment from.i had severe low back pain.took so many pain killers.injections.nothing worked.i just took 5 sessions of physiotherapy from Dr Richa.till date i have not got pain again.highly recommended.definately a very approachable person and gives excellent treatment!

I've had around 10 sessions with Dr. Richa, and I can't express how grateful I am for the guidance and caring I have gotten. My lumbar spine was giving me excruciating discomfort, which was distracting me from my daily tasks. There was constant worry that if I did something excessively, it might get worse and thus leading to mental exhaustion. My pain has already started to reduce thanks to Richa's advice, subject-matter experience, and customized exercise regimen. She is compassionate, empathetic, logical and flexible. She provides the right amount of challenge without instilling fear in her patients. I look forward to a robust and active professional and personal life. Thanks to Richa for all her hard work.

There orthopaedic specialist is the most incompetent doctor I’ve ever met. He had taken an oath and does not stick to the doctors oath no care about people or pain that they’re in I believe is in this only for money. I begged him to loosen my bandages on a cast on my foot as I was suffering in such pain, and he told” me I’m sorry not until I get x-rays” and I’m leaving now for the day!

I ended up in emergency 48 hours later with a serious condition of compartment syndrome! Where I could’ve lost part of my foot and three toes! I had a huge infection which could’ve came poisoning to my blood but this doctor said I my shift finished at 5 o’clock, I will give you until 5: 15pm for the x-ray report, I looked at my watch and it was 5: 12pm

He gave me 3 minutes! And left. With not a care for me in the world.

I’m fighting a huge infection now with major complications. Due to this drs lack of care and and dismiss.

Stay clear!

I am very grateful to Harley International Medical Clinic LLC Barsha Branch as well as dr. Sigi Jeswin who is very friendly and professional, of course. She has treated me in February. Until now I have no more problems/pain in my teeth. And also nurses and staff who are friendly and welcoming. Once again I am very grateful.

Just want to share my experience with Dr. Namrata (GYN/OBS). She has been awesome since day one. I had few miscarriages then Dr Namrata helped me with her treatment and procedures to stop getting miscarriage. If you are looking to get pregnant and want to have health baby (which is more important than anything) I highly recommend you to visit Dr. Namrata. I want to take this opportunity to Thank one more time Dr Namrata️️️….

Unfortunately highly dissatisfied with the team at Al Barsha. After 36hrs have to make 20 phone calls for getting an x-ray report which was supposed to be sent in 24hrs.

After that they have excuses for internet being down. Highly unprofessional team at Harley Medical International Clinic - Al Barsha.

He is a very nice doctor polite and efficient in his work.
I recommend to all.

I had good experience with doctors, but reseption, never answer phone, or always busy. So I can't change my appointment. But even I do so, I'll spend 1 hour of wait. So what's the point of appointment?

I would thank all the staff there, the service was very good and the clinic clean.
Special many thanks for Dr. Ashwin Porwal he was very professional and patient with my case and he act with all the points and details with caring… i was very satisfied.

Doc n physiotherapy are really nice n helpful. Front desk is very rude n nurse are quite unknowleageable. Appointment is 2 o clock but they will call u after 1 hr. They never answer the phone called. Bad experience.

I went to Dr Nitin Gulabani at Harleys yesterday in sever lower back pain & agony, and like a magician with out any test he kind of new what it was, gave me 3 tablets, after the first dose the pain substantially reduced and after the second it completely disappeared, his diagnosis was on bulls eye.
I highly recommend Dr. Nitin, he is well experienced, matured and well rounded, and very supportive doctor, God bless him

The Harley team are efficient and organized. Dr Nitin was thorough in his consultation and arranging blood tests to X-rays. The reception and nursing team were friendly. Two visits were needed and I received all follow up results via email. When feeling ill, it's challenging to think about the insurance requirements, and the Harley team made it as easy as possible for me. Thank you!

Not only is Dr. Priyanka a great Dentist with knowledge of her expertise and skillful workmanship - she is also a incredibly lovely soul.

Dr. Priyanka was quite thorough with her explanations regarding the procedures, as well as addressing any doubts that I had.

Through the seating Dr. Priyanka showed great amount of consideration to my needs, being especially patient to my pain tolerance. She would often talk me through the procedures to help keep me relaxed, along with giving me apt amount of breaks to help with the pain management.

Dentistry aside Dr. Priyanka saw to other details of connecting with me as well.
She’d play my favorite tracks to make the experience more calming, while giving me time after procedures for a little chit chat as well.

Truly a exceptionally great experience which has expelled any ‘Going to the dentist’ fears I had prior to being under Dr. Priyanka’s care.

I visited Ortho specialist and was shocked to hear the consultation fees of Dhs 525? It seems this clinic is not competitive at all.
So i suggest one should check the fees and then go forward with treatment.

I went to the clinic today for my medical condition. The GP was helpful and patient in listening to my symptoms and he prescribed me a blood test.
The nurse who was going to take a blood sample from me inserted the needle in my left arm in a way that no blood came out. The way she inserted the needle in my arm was very painful. Then she asked me to try my right arm, which she did but it was even more painful and after a prolonged period she said she could not take blood from my arm. Then she called another nurse to try to get a blood sample. The other nurse again inserted the needle in a different location which was so painful and I was trying my best to sit still without showing my pain but in the end she could not take blood out of my arm. To be completely frank, I have never had this issue before. Blood samples have been taken several times before without any difficulties. My only conclusion that the nurses who tried to take the blood samples are not vey competent.
I am now sitting in pain because that I was injected 3 times without any fruitful results. I strongly urge the clinic to take serious action about that and not let patients suffer like that next time.

Quick service by welcoming staff. Dr. Nitin keenly listens, observes and understands the symptoms and treated my 5yo daughter, who recovered in a week’s time…. After more than a month of allergies ‘treated’ elsewhere. Am grateful to my dear friend Manish who recommended this dedicated Dr.

The clinic has some very good doctors including Dr. Abhay Pande my cardiologist however the infrastructure and operations need to be improved.

I appreciate how Dr. Nitin has checked me up. He was a kind of doctor that i could say have compassion with his patients so i could give him 5 stars.

But NOT how the reception handles queries on insurance issues. I have been waiting for their call whether the doctor's new requested blood test is approved by the insurance or not but never heard of a call so i decided to call my insurance provider who informed that they never received any requests. I informed my insurance as well that 2 weeks ago i have paid a CRP test because the clinic's reception told that it was not approved by my insurance which my insurance confirmed that CRP request has not been received as well. I called back the clinic to explain this and they told me about tariff issues which they never mentioned before, they just said its not covered by my insurance. Had i not call my insurance provider and follow up with the clinic i would not get immediate feedback which i direly need because of my pains.

I suggest them to at least explain to the patients well, clearly and simply that because of their tariff issue they cannot request approval from the insurance and Not informing the patient that the test is not approved by the insurance which they never requested at all. It seems to me that they are more concern on money and not the health of the patients. Its disappointing! Providing accurate information about insurance issues is a big help for us patients and I remember this is done by the reception staff in Al Noor and Amber clinics, they usually suggest the patient to go which clinic they could be covered otherwise its their discretion to pay if there is no option.

It's with absolute gratitude that I'm thanking Dr Nitin Gulabani from Harley International Medical Clinic LLC Barsha Branch for saving my husband's life when he was very critical 2 weeks back. He's the best doctor I've ever known.

My husband was battling against the world's demon COVID, high fever, acute bronchitis, infection, gastro-esophageal, and an injury of 3 stitches, all at one go. He was very weak, couldn't move much, fainted 2 days when he was trying to walk and was in a very bad condition. Luckily and thank God I was provided with the contact details of Dr Nitin right on time. I called him, explained to him the situation, he was very reassuring and right away told the driver to get him and the nurse to our hotel. I assume at that time for a great doctor like him it must not have been easy to get everything prepared for a home visit, injections, nebulizers, IV treatment, liase with the driver to reach here in only 45 minutes. But he did it. He's the greatest doctor of all time who knows how each minute counts for a patient in a critical condition. Without even thinking twice he made us his priority at that time. A true example of what the best doctor should be.

For my husband and I, Dr Nitin is no less than God and our savior. We are in the safest and best hands on earth. The nurse came for the treatment 4 days and my husband kept on getting better day to day. He's now back normal and the joyful, healthy person he has always been. Dr Nitin is a blessing to us, he was always available on call for any query we had, anytime. He did such a great job, showing a reflection of his greatness. I'll never be able to thank you enough Dr Nitin. Very few can do whatever you do and this what distinguishes you from the rest, making you the best and greatest! Anyone can be the sun that lights up the life of others but you're the moon who can shine on everyone during their darkest hour.

Very conveniently located the parking is available easily and doctor is always available and very good advice never been disappointed.

Staff have been very professional. Been coming here for over 4 years now. The Dentist, Dr Alka is a real professional with very gentle hands, has done my root canal, wisdom tooth extraction with extreme patience and meitculousness. Dr Saima, is my go to for all my skin concerns, under eye bags, Skin facials Hydra facial, carbon lazer and yet very holistic apprach to healthy eating habits, water intake etc. Thank You for your hard work and efforts.
