A very friendly, caring, open, and well-organised school.

In addition to seeing its holistic education to the kids, as a parent, I am also pleasantly surprised to the lots of support provided. The whole community seems in a quite positive partnership.

Truly a global school, the higher grades have good faculty especially in fashion, architecture, music and sports. Alas, the only disappointment is the very limited school transport. It does not cover far east Dubai- Al Nahda, Qusais. If the school management can expand the bus reach, it would give more students access to the school. Despite securing admissions, and so looking forward to studying there, it remains far fetched for this very reason.

Hartland International School management, I'm writing on behalf of many parents, which have faced similar challenges as I did wit Kids Dxb who are running their weekly fitness classes in your premises.
This institute is fraudsters and giving lucrative offer of one month free trials, and in good faith when parents book their free trials have to give credit card info.
In return, kidsdxb, without taking any prior permission, or call from parents charging parents upto 3 months of membership which is newly 1200 AED.
They keep sending parents emails everyday, which eventually parents ignore after first couple of week and Kids Dxb sweetly send one reminder for renewal and auto renew for 3 months.
After refusing to take this membership they offer 3 months forceful credit note. This is kind of fraud with poor parents, and if you read reviews of this academy there are various cases of it.
Since you are reputed, high end school, these things shouldn't be allowed in your premises.
I hope you listen to our request and stop these sort of deceptive activity by Kids Dxb.

Regards,

I'm a student in hartland and I can say its very bad, the students are cool if your friends with them. Bullying is still a problem sometimes its fights going on over something it not good for the child experience fighting or being the one fighting another.

Our children are very happy at Hartland. We have seen them develop both academically and socially in the short time since they have been there. The school has students from a very diverse range of nationalities and backgrounds. It is a friendly, caring school with a community feel. The teachers get to know each child, their strengths and weaknesses, and work with them accordingly to help them reach their full potential. It helps that class sizes are small and there are teaching assistants in addition to class teachers. They cater for special educational needs and gifted and talented with each child's talents recognised and encouraged. There is a great range of after-school enrichment classes, such as sports, art, music and others, included in the fees. The arts are also valued as part of the curriculum. Parents are encouraged to participate in various school events and communication with both teaching and administration staff is great.

I like the school and have got to see around it a few times since i came to see Diverse performance and did Sylvia Young Drama School here for four days. It's a well maintained building with clean classrooms. It's very hard to approach because it's in [goodness knows what] and [goodness knows what] is in the middle of nowhere, within miles and miles of sand and dust - some more experienced offroad drivers had to assist other people who weren't as good with driving in sand and those who had no clue where on Planet Neptune the school building was hiding. Kindly staff. But my complaint is it's more a hotel than a school, and i dont like it. A school, from my perspective, is a building with classrooms inside, a playing field, basketball pitch, auditorium and reception. However, i dont like how a majority of schools in the UAE try to show off with fancy design. I'd rather good education than fancy designs and light fixtures and auditoriums and fields and whatnot. This i'm not in love with the idea of, and i think they need to stop with their boastful ways. There aren't NEARLY enough parking spots for the thousands of people who visit the school everyday, and they need more. It really kills me to think why they have SOOOOOOO much room around it and they don't do something about the parking. I saw work-vehicles and lots of them in and around [goodness knows what], but surely whatever it is they are building doesn't need what, half of Dubai's remaining land to build! As i do not attend this school, i'm not really bothered about what happens to it, but i definetely think it is one point to work on. The classrooms are less fancy and they have all the necessary equipment. I imagine it has good education. There's cafeteria with insanely priced goods, so perhaps something could be done about that too, though I still like the school.
