We just have our lunch in hatam dubai mall everything was perfect the hostess the staff food was so delicious especial humos with fresh bread

I had visited this place 3 times at the past few years, but seems it is trying to achieve the world worst record every time we visited this place. I am not sure why is this place still open in Dubai Mall. We had ordered one plate and we were astonished with 2. The waiter doesn't speak English well and can't explain the menu, We had not wanted the waiter to pay the cost so I had to pay both. Unfortunately, the food though looks good, but it's not eatable. In addition, tables take hours to be cleaned, so restaurant cleaning is disastrous, obviously 2 people can't service the full restaurant. This is my 4th mistake, as I was hoping things had changed after covid, but seems it didn't. Avoid!

صراحة كنت ابي البيت البوسني بس بالخطا دخلت المطعم حاتم وكنت من الاول ما ابي اروحه بس لحبط ودخلت حاتم بدال البيت البوسني بس بالحقيقه اقل من دقيقه وطلعت من المطعم تعامل جدا سيئ من المصري كرهني بالمطعم قبل ما اعرفه وبالاخير اتفاجا اني كنت داش المطعم الخطأ

Very bad food.no taste. I ordered soup, chicken and rice and al taste so bad and i lost my money for nothing. The worst food i had in my entire life.

The food was good, the chicken specially but the meat was dry, the service and atmosphere were really nice and it has its own private part of the food court

I ordered "Baghali polo Mahiche "It was the worst one I ever tried! Middle of Mahiche was frozen! Shame on you! Selling old frozen left over food! Never ever again order from you, even if I die of hunger!

The one at Dubai mall is their worst branch, spoons and table filthy, to be noticed at the table takes ages, they delivered 2 dishes I ordered one

But the food is ok. Managment need to notice why it’s way behind than other branches especially the old time

We couldn’t find tables in food court, so we thought to sit in this Hatam restaurant.which was fully empty… and it was empty for the reason… very rude 2 girls at entrance for welcome.for order we called and they were not bothering to come.they give half order and served cold… 4 people but 3 plates they give.and for 1 plate we had to request alot of time. Pathetic food and service

It was my first time there, after 25 minutes of sitting and calling them 4 times to take our order, didn’t get response, so got out of there.
This place is suspicious cause they’re trying their best to give you the WORST service, impossible and unbelievable thIS restaurant in the middle of one the most modernized cities in the world and it’s service is like 50years ago of an undeveloped country. Really disappointing.

We sat for 10 mins at a dirty table and this guy kept telling us to wait. I approached the desk to order and this rude so called manager kept telling me to go sit down. I asked for his name and he said no name. So I snapped his photo. This guy should not have a job working here. 4 other women were clapping as we l3ft because he was apparently rude to them as well.

Very slow, tastes bad, none of the ingredients were available, horrible service.

At first, they refused to take our order and told us to wait for 10 minutes (mind you we were already sitting for 15). Saying that the grill was full. None of our orders had anything to do with the grill.
On a thursday evening, 5pm, supper time, they had no chicken, no fish, and only mutton.
They got our orders wrong, they had missing ingredients for two of our main courses. And the food was extremely spicy when we specified to not serve spicy food.

If I could, I would give them a 0, but 1 star is the least you can give.

الاكل عادي جدا ما يسوى السعر اللي اندفع وهذا غير الموظفه اللي تنظف ترمي السكاكين والملاعق بقوة ازعجتنا

Horrible experience for us, we were unsure about the hygienic condition. The food was not cooked enough and it was tasteless. We couldn't even finish it. The attitude of the employee in the pay desk was very rude. Definitely, don't recommend.

Service so bad and super slowly! U need wait 30-40min to get ur order and after we get main dish, we found out they forgot make a salad!

They wiped the plate with a damp smelling cloth and while eating the food there was cockroach on the side plate. We were disgusted so we asked to leave and the waitress apologized and said it was ok for us to leave

Horrible. Hatam is dead, it's not what it used to be 2 years ago. The staff is depressing and some even aggressive in Dubai Mall (specifically, a guy with green eyes). The restaurant is dirty and the food is very low quality. Greek salad without feta, although it shows on the photo. When I told the waiter he laughed at me. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Too expensive, staff has dirty hands (black nails), forgot our bread. Were out of almost everything! We should have left instead of eating there. Rice was without Zereshk! I was very disappointed!

Wir haben 40 min auf Essen gewartet und am Ende ist nur ein Essen gekommen! Sehr unfreundlich und keine Interesse an Kunden. Definitiv keine Empfehlung!

Fantastic food amazing and beyond brilliant service. We had a lovely time enjoying the cuisine and we hope to come again soon however I’d like to point out that the Hatam at Emirates mall is not the same. They do not serve hot bread and the food is not at par with the experience we had here at Dubai mall. Keep up the exceptional cooking

المطعم تغير مستواه للاسف طعام سيئ اللحم سيئ الرز بارد وغير لذيذ ونوع واحد والدجاج عادي سيئ وماله طعم والحمص باهت وغير مطحون جيداً ويفتقر لكل شي فقط اسم حمص. والعامل المصري يصف الملاعق والسكاكين في دروج المطعم حوالي عشر دقايق بطريقة مزعجة للزباين تدعو للتطفيش

It was a very authentic Iraqi food record restaurant that had a very home made feel to its cuisine, would recommend it if you miss your mom's cooking.

Food wasn't tasty, I recommend to get something fresh from grill instead with rice and arabic. Stick to a Iranian menu! Kebab and soup is worth to try but the price is higher than other fast food in dubai mall.

Feel so sad about the waiters!

I was just there yesterday. The restaurant was so busy full house. When we enter no one greeted. The cacher was cleaning tables. I aske him can we sit. He show me a table. We sit and Wait patiently 20 minutes to just a get the menus. I saw one waiter was very bussy.he was strongly handling so many tables.
Finally he took our orders.
We was wondering how stupid the management it self can't give enough ppl even the Friday.
I saw many ppl shouting at him
Those ppl dont have time to wait

I was imaging how inside the kitchen staff struggle.

Really feels very sorry about those Waters.
I wont give 2 star even. Because of the waiter i give this 2.

I am one of the loyal customers of Hatam, today, I am unhappy with the service and food. This is really disappointing.

No No No…. What did they do to Hatam! Quality of food, presentation, service! What can I say about the service.actually lack of service! They need major management shake up and wake up call. Not going there any time soon. See you maybe in 2022 a year from now!

من اسوا المطاعم الي ندمت اني طلبت منها امس كنت فيه مطعم حاتم الي بدبي مول السلطه مقدمين لي خربانه الاكل مو فرش عدم الاهتمام والنظافه سي جدا ولما كلمت مديرهم يقولي ماكنت اعرف وراح نغيره لك

Cheap food quality. The Ghormeh Sabzi did not taste like Ghormeh Sabzi at all. The restaurant manager was unprofessional and when I ordered a bottle of water by accident and wanted to refund did not take care of any of the matters. The plate of Gormeh Sabzi also first went to the table next to me, the plate borders were touched and then it came to me. As an Iranian customer who went to Hatam for years, I’m never going there again.

If this restaurant was the last restaurant in the whole world Do not enter, the waiters are so rude except the girl with golden hair, their food was NOT GOOD AT ALL oily and smelly, and don't let me start with those dirty cups. Also, there's no air I couldn't breathe while I was there.

Is this how a take-away juice is served? This is un appetizing despite hygiene concerns due to the unsealed (water) bottle. Awful food quality not the standard of Hatem AT ALL.

Overly salty food made by non-persian chefs. Absolutely do not order Persian food from this branch if you want authentic Iranian food - this is the equivalent of a Chinese knock-off

Hatam Iranian Restaurant has a long heritage in Dubai. It had one famous branch in Deira Dubai. Customers flocked to treat themselves for a variety of authentic Persian food.

Nowadays, you could find Hatam in most shopping malls in Dubai like Dubai Mall, Burjuman & Deira City Centre.

Again, whenever I visit any of its branches, I order my favorite dish - Sultanti Steak.

As with the customary Persian traditions, the restaurant serves greens leaves, olives, onions and white cheese with freshly baked bread.

And while you enjoy the hot bread with cheese and mint leaves, your steak with Saffron rice arrive.

I usually order more grilled tomatoes to slice them up and mix them with the rice to make it more juicy!

I gave this restaurant four stars because I’m reserving my five star rating to another Persian restaurant in Dubai!

Hatam is a very famous restaurant in Iran. Hatam in dubai but has little to do with Iranian food. It is a cheap copy of Iranian cuisine

مطعم ايراني يقع داخل المول يستحق التجربة و الاسعار مناسبة تقريبا و طعم الاطباق ايرانية جيد و باقي الاطباق لاننصحك بتجربتها

I like their style in grilled meat, one of the best. But I noticed some differences in taste between one branch and another, I ordered the same order in Ibn Battuta mall's branch as I ordered here in Dubai mall's branch and the one in Ibn Battuta was far better. But in general I like their food and their prices are not bad. I recommend trying this restaurant.
تعجبني طريقة شويهم للحوم، احد افضل المطاعم في الشوي. لكن لاحظت بعض الاختلافات في الطعم من فرع لآخر، طلبت من فرعهم في ابن بطوطة مول نفس ماطلبته هنا في فرعهم بدبي مول وكان طلب ابن بطوطة مول افضل بكثير. لكن يعجبني اكلهم بشكل عام واسعارهم ليست سيئة. اوصي بتجربة هذا المطعم.

Slow service. The staff seemed to be really lost. Everyone is running around serving all tables-nobody seems to have their own area. The food came really late as a result of that. The server kept dropping stuff on our guest. Saw many faces of disgruntled patrons. Will not recommend until the staff has been given some form of proper training. Also, note that the manager seemed to be bossing all of them around from one table to another, without bothering to check on the guests themselves. Feel bad for the servers. Apart from the mediocre service, the food was tasty.

One of the worst experience in their Dubai Mall branch inside the food court. The restaurant had a buffet during the holly month of Ramadan. The disaster was that the area is small and was over loaded with tables and chairs where I was stuck with my friends inside three other tables surrounding ours with no access to go to the buffet and bring food. We stayed for 15 minutes sitting down trying to reach the buffet with no success. They are loading people in to get the most money they can without thinking about people, if they can reach the buffet or not, sitting comfortably or not, having their privacy or not. What a shame! I would never do it for their Dubai Mall branch, probably not to any of their branches any more: (
