Horrible food. We fancied something nice and meaty and thought it is safest to have pesian food. I order a mixed grill for two, it was hardly enough for one person, the rice was old and dry, meat and chicken very old and not tasty, also overpriced. We all had headaches after food.

The portions are large.
The meat is a little tough.
The flatbread is hot and crispy.
The service is good.
The restaurant is large, but there is usually only one waiter.

Went there with family. Tables were empty. No spoon, fork or even glasses on tables! They don't have regular food! It's dog food! When chefs are afghani and Syrian, what else do you expect!? Report these loosers to Dubai customers right.

Surprised by the reviews here I ate at Hatam with my mom today and the food was delicious and the staff was super nice we got complimentary watermelon slices: ')

Very bad experience from the service to the food quality and test besides the bad part is the presentation of the half of dish quantity n dirty plates!
Many customers were complaining about the same.
Not recommend at all.

The waiters are very slow for no reason our food was ready for at least 5 minutes and we kept asking for them to bring it, the place it self is very depressing. Food is below average and not worth it even if it was for free, this will be the first and last time I eat in this restaurant.

The worse restaurant ever.
The manager is so impolite and lies regarding the offers.
He didn’t want to accept entertainer pretending they don’t have it but strangely it was on the app.
Manager became very aggressive when I show him entertainer and after I told him I will call them. He was shouting in the food court.

The food quality was bad, the meat chops is not eatable we had to leave the portion un touched and the other half my boys could not eat it and we told them what is the issue they did not even say sorry and they charged to us,

Very disappointing experience. We ordered a mixed grill, but they didnt give any sauces to go with the meat. When asked, the waiter said they don't have any garlic or even mayonnaise sauce.

Service was inattentive, quite slow and disinterested, as if they didn't want customers despite being a restaurant!

In short, will never come here again - ruined my dinner experience and night out. Avoid.

Nice food, loved the rice with pomegranate and it's the first time I put butter on my rice, it was delicious! Great and fast service, I wanted to try another dish and I got the mixed grill and they replaced one of them with the one I wanted to try they also swapped chips with rice as we asked. Loved the aubergine in the mixed salad and the yogurt lamb!

Not at all iranian, very bad food, feels like they served me someone elses food which got return 2-3 days ago, pathetic

V poor and disappointing food taste and presentation. Chips overcooked, rice barely warm, grease stains around plates, meals missing condiments unless asked. Worst Hatem experience since 2015.

Food served was pretty much at room temperature/ cold. This was not the first time though. Taste of food is nice if served hot.
It's a decent place if you want to try arabic food

We went for a movie night and had dinner here. Food is good, But I wish if its hot.otherwise food is really tasty.

Avoid, this place if you are in battuta.
The only staff in the restaurant, Filipino guy, is so super busy and seems to be lacking service and customer expectation.
When we asked about things well the answer was I am alone.
But does being alone leaves you to do below par service. And do we need to keep on asking for things.
There are a lot more other options around explore them.

Since it’s in the mall ample parking space and people of determination friendly. The food here is pretty darn good. Love their kebabs, rice and mutton stew. The service does need improvement though, had to leave the table to get the attention of the servers. But the food made me happy!

Arrived at 12h10, was told it won't open until 12h30, yet people were being served food before that. That was odd. The food was fine, except the fish which I don't recommend.

Instant dirrhea upon arrival to apartment. The only unpleasant food experience so far in Dubai - the meat tasted odd and was very poorly prepared even if the presentation looked fine. Only logical conclusion is that we were served spoiled meat which would cause an almost instantanious physical reaction such as this. We also used entertainer which seemed to be a hastle for the staff and when choosing the meals half of the menu was unavailable - we visited around 9pm.

Would not reccomend to anyone who appreciates his bowels and stomach. Food tasted weird and was very poorly prepared.

Visited for dinner. The taste was fine. The customer service was not good at all. We waited 20 min to order a bottle of water and no one bothered to ask if we need anything else or not.

Food was very good but the quantity was not at all sufficient comparing to the price, the Lamb meat smell was not good to our taste and a bit fatty but the chicken and the rice were very good, staff were friendly and the place was nice and tidy

I ordered online. After 2 hours waiting, they said they have technical issue and they cannot deliver. They just spoiled our day. At 4 o’clock, we had to get food from other Resturaunt. If you cannot run the business, just close it. For a very average food, they just make customers wait for long time and then say sorry we cannot deliver. From my previous dine in experience, their food does not taste like iranian food. I do not recommend it at all if you want to taste iranian cuisine.

It was the one of the worst experience in Dubai.
The food was pathetic and service is terrible.

The waiter ‘Cynthia’ doesn’t have etiquettes to talk to guests. We ordered 2 drinks with free refills. We asked to refill the first one and after sometime we asked to refill the second one once it was finished and she was like why we can’t ask her once to refill both at the same time as its hassle for her. Unbelievable!
Initially we were happy with the food but due to worst customer service, don’t want to visit this branch again.

Quality and taste of food is excellent but quantity is much less then you get in other Persian restaurants. Service is ok neat and clean thou.

Only the Arayes was good. The rest of the dishes like the lamb and chicken mix grill were simply not worth the price in terms of taste, texture and the quantity. The salad was disappointing and the service could have been better to make the guests feel welcome but instead made us feel like we were an inconvenience.

Authentic Tasty food but not like outstanding Persian cuisine they might provide better taste, quality was ok thrn quantity was much lesser then normal Persian restaurant. Inside of ibn e batuta mall.

Food was alright although it came in intervals, the naan came first, but there was nothing to eat it with, by the time the kebabs came the naan went cold. Also the kebabs in one dish came in intervals. Food is not too bad at all, it's the service that really needs to improve, no acknowledgement from the staff, you have no idea whether they've understood you or not. Our waitress also served us like she was really angry about something, maybe she was tired, but it was only one in the afternoon.

I used to eat in this restaurant before, but I tried 2 branches now and both underexpectation, the salad ok but the meat smells we order Sultani it was not Not chewable, we order also grilled its smell like fish. Very upset and sad as it was one of my favourite restaurant before.

The food is nice, however, the service in this branch is very much deteriorating, no smiles, no guests welcome, late in taking orders, weak hospitality, It is busy during the weekends and they look like running understaffed. We loved going to this branch before, but it seems the management changed.

The appetizers were good, also the bread. But that is about it. The food was either undercooked and burnt. Not up to its value. I definitely tried better Persian grills and would never come back or advice anyone else to try it.
I don't why such famous name is poor quality.

The food came burnt, considering this is a good restaurant which is not a cheap place. I am surprised by the burnt meat and chicken that I received, and surprised mostly by the customer service who basically tries to convince you the food isnt burnt and is ok and you are making trouble for nothing.

Located in China court of Ibn Batuta Mall. Casual restarted with lots of types of kebabs.
We ordered 1 soup and mixed grill kebab.
Minced meat kebab and yogurt kebab were nice, but other meat one was dry and hard. Although we enjoyed the tandoori bread, which they bring as a starter.
The portions are small for their price. Do not trust the pictures on the menu, in reality meals do not match it. Overall impression is not bad and also not good.

The price of hatam at the malles i think its higher than the other branches. The food is good but the portions is very small, i think they need to review again the menus and the complimentary dishes, they have to give the guests the option to chose the side dish, not to force foe certain dishes only like fries.

Extremely poor quality of food, very late service. Will never order from this place again. Just surprised they are able to get municipality’s clearance to serve this and charger for it.

I visited this restaurant long time ago I decided to dine this time the place is the same place other than that is not the same the food was not what we expected the service is not bad but the staff is not skillful l think this company changed the professional and used lower categories.
