Probably the worst restaurant in UAE. Row chicken smell. Very dirty. It’s recommended to close.

دائما استخدم قوقل العظيم لمراجعة المكان وتعليقات الناس. هالمره راهنت على جودة هذا المطعم في هذا المكان بالذات لسمعة المطعم الطيبه بالرغم من التقييمات السلبية من قبل الزوار المحترمين ولتجربتي له اكثر من مره في السابق ولكن.

الطعام بارد انتبهو للنقطة واسمعو كلامي الطعام جاني بارد بتاريخ ٢ may ١٤٤٣ ارجو من ادارة المطعم الام التدخل والحافظ على ماتبقى من سمعة المطعم

They simply have the worst chicken kebab you may ever try. The guy microwaved the chicken kebab with the rice. It tasted disgusting. Waste of money. I hope this helps others.

Don’t go there, food is not fresh at all (specially during covid time). Had the worst experience ever. Wont come again.

Went out with friends at Hatam Jumeirah,

Taste wasn't great, food choice was not great (granted we were late for dinner).

Price was not worth the experience. They even charge 25 for hammus which taste like stale and which was supposed to be free with grill.

Overall, a BIG NO for future outing.

(This is for mall of Emirates Hatam branch) Excellent ingredients, good quality meat, salads, but best of all their customer service is wonderful. The employees working there are very kind, friendly, generous and all that with a warm heart and smile.

Flavourless, too expensive, everytime we ask something on the menu it's not available, the menu claims they have free refills on fountain drinks and ice tea but they don't. Don't get the fruit cocktail it tastes terrible, won't be visiting again.

The resteraunt smelled, the waiters were untrained and the food was the worst of all hatam's branches I have eaten. Usually I love Iranian food but this place is a terrible experience and total waste of money.

The waiter insisted to write an view after we finished immediately and we were in hurry, also he was stairing on the phone to see what we gonna write! He does not know what privacy is! But the internet data was not strong, so we could not write our view there.

Also there was no wi-fi in the place!

Also we asked for cold water and we got it room temperature.

Also the bathroom was very dirty, you can vomit from the scene.
For sure I will not go there again.

Service level is very poor. Waiters call bell does not work and waiters does not check for more order. Very casual attitude waiter (Asian).
Manager has tried to make up waiter bad service. Do not recommend this branch.

HATE THIS PLACE! Very very rude service, actually there is no one to serve I had to go get the menus my self and beg the waiters to come and serve us! Even though we went during iftar time and as the picture shows the place is completely empty! The waiter is extremely rude and he doesn’t even respond when I speak to him personally! I told him I’m going to write a bad review and he couldn’t care less! I attached a picture of the guy that was so rude and I asked him several times to give me the managers number and he refused! Never coming here again and the worst experience ever!

I had taken some of my guests to Hatam for lunch. We went through the menu and placed the order. Lunch arrived in a few minutes, an assortment of kabab dishes. It was average compared to some other Iranian restaurants at this price point. Don’t get me wrong, average is good. I don’t mind average. Coupled with good service average can be a really nice experience.
What made this a bad experience is what came after. In every Iranian restaurant I order for black tea at the end of the meal and I did the same here. I asked the waiter who was serving us and he said he would check and let us know. Moments later he came back and told us that they do not serve tea at this branch he also went on to say the other branches serve but not this branch. I noticed he seemed hesitant, how strange I thought but his hesitation could be because he was worried about disappointing us. Never the less this sparked my curiosity, I needed to know more and therefore I went to the guy at the cash counter. Guess what his response was, “We don’t have stock, I have placed an order but it
hasn’t arrived yet”.
Two things come to my mind. First, how can they run out of tea and why not pre-order when stocks are low. Wouldn’t that be better than disappointing customers? Second, why did their stories not match?
