Pathetic experience. Food was not served efficiently. No sauces were served with the platter which was too expensive. Bread was not at all good.we ordered hummus separately because platter was so dry. It was far too expensive. NO waiters were there only one person doing all the work. Not at all recommended. Just waste of money. Worst experience

للاسف من اسوء المطاعم اللي دخلتها في دبي. خدمه العملاء ضعيفه جداً مع ان ويكند والمكان ما كان مزدحم كان شخص واحد فقط يخدم جميع الطاولات وعندما نطلب منه شي يتاخر كثير. الاكل غالي جداً جداً مقارنه بالكميه و جوده الطعام.

طلبت شوربه عدس كان فيها طعم سيئ.
الخبز بارد ومحضر مسبقاً عكس ما نعرفه عن المطاعم الايرانيه الاخرى التي تقدم الخبز ساخن.

لا انصح به للاسف مستوى سلسله مطاعم حاتم في نزول

Lamb chops like a raber and birned I didn't expect this type of food from Iranian restaurant salad fresh

I ordered in Arabian Center Branch they told me it takes 20min, so I went to Lulu in Arabian center and came back after 25min it took 25min more until the food gets ready
I can not say it was over cooked chicken
I was having guest and it really ruined our night
It was fully burned
Can't imagine how they served this!

Food quality is bad and we didn't like the bread that suppose to be better that the original one (a staff member said) It was awful. Furniture looks old, no maintenance there. I ddnt enjoy my lunch at all!

Not what it use to be in terms if service and quality and Quantity. However price is same. Avoid is the advise for all.corona virus effect on the business

I am a frequent customer at different branches of Hatem restaurant however I was shocked by the poor food & service Quilty that I have experienced tonight. Usual persian bread is not available and meat that was offered is extremely hard & not fresh as if it is being recooked as well the salad was mushy somehow. No wonder why we were the only customers in the entire Restutant!

I use to place orders online and I have always been satisfied about the quality of the food. Today, for a change, I decided to take away from the restaurant as I was passing by the same area.
Quantity is less than online delivery, much more rice than meat. Moreover rice is poorly garnished, almost just white. I pointed the exact item on the menu while ordering through the counter staff repeating the order again. It was not easy to communicate with the staff as well. Very disappointed.

High price less quantity specially in grills. All pictures on menu are 10x zoom in actual its 1x. Food quality is okay not recommended for subcontinent food lovers

Super slow staff. We went to eat there today and no body approached us to take the order. We waited for 5 minutes, later we called someone to take order, he said he will come, we waited and waited. He didn’t come. The restaurant was completely empty (no customer was there) and still the staff was nowhere to be seen. We left the restaurant.

The staff was very rude to us for using entertainer and they won't let us buy two dishes and use multiple coupons which we had asked entertainer and was ok to do and we had taken in other branches. The person who took our order was vert rude. Their food is good
