Hatam Restaurant

The restaurant's food quality and service fell far below expectations. Despite the food being reheated, it arrived cold, and the salad was overly saturated with lemon, even after multiple attempts to address the issue. The underwhelming dining experience left me dissatisfied and unlikely to return. I hope the management takes these criticisms to heart and makes necessary improvements.

Food is so bad, never order mutton related items, service is poor, entertainer works only on few items, total waste! Never ever.

One of the baddest service and baddest food after ordering and finish last minute they reject our entertainer coupon too. No one visit this shop for never regret

Hatam is the iranian restaurant inside the outlet mall. We had mixed kabab, Food was good. Entertainer offer was available here.

The worst food ever, Firstly I have been to other branches of hatam restaurants and I know the serving portion in hatam outlet mall they charge full but qountaty is 50% only plus cold food is served

Worst restaurant ever. Food is very very old. I wonder how they last in Dubai. I will file a complaint against this restaurant for food safety and hygiene.

Hatam was always a favorite place to go since 10 years, however this location has ruined whole experience! First time I see this portions in Hatam, but what’s worst than the portions is arrogance of staff!
Asked for a Manager, waiter said he is busy…

Bad service with bad tast, the meat has Bad taste, very low quality, 2 stares are over than what they deserved

So this evening we went to dine in but they cannot take our order untill 30 to 40 minutes we asked them to give us food to eat for 30 to 40 minutes and we can eat untill the computer issue is resolved and they can make invoice in their awfull computer for us to pay and leave but he wasnt coooprative and he was acting busy on phone although my idea is great and all restaurants do that, we pay at the. End but i dont know whats wrong and I wouldn’t come again to out let HATAM aLthough i love their food

After sitting for 25 minutes no waiter arrived. When visited counter they advised will come one by one. No iftar arrangement like date water. Not prepared for Ramadan iftar

I went before Iftar with 45 minutes and getting delayed and missing Orders.

No way! The food is not nice. The grill is burnt and the service is very slow. Not to mention that we asked kindly to put for takeaway, they got us 2 aluminium foils to pack ourselves from the table Never ever this happened to me, not even in a fast food!

This outlet (Outlet Mall) is run by bunch of unprofessional and rude staff. Worst experience! Diera Branch is good!

There is no soup, and we ask for yogurt they charge as 15ead plus vat? Food are expensive so its look like food tasty lol.soup we understand but for yougurt oohh common? 1st time ever lol.we like Iranian food but for this we suppose look the food as amazing bcoz we tired and hungry but in opposite side.we dont get have different taste like we dont want to have.anyways thankyou life is like this they are not friendly for costumer?

This is the worst hatam I've ever been, this and that are unavailable. Juice unavailable. We left our game card and went back after half an hour, the card was thrown. Well common sense you have to keep at your counter for lost and found right? I believe the owner just doesn't want to continue this business anymore. That's the scary thing to see.

Average food, average seating area open to the mall, feels more like a food court rather than a separate restaurant, hygiene, atmosphere and cleanliness need improvement. Friendly and helpful staff.

We were out bargain hunting at the Outlet Mall when we came accross Hatam. They have the Entertainer voucher so we went in and gave it a go. We ordered the Tikka and Kabab, mixed rice and Lamb Baghla Polo. The mixed rice was awesome. It was my first time to have rice with pomegranate on it. It was served on a platter including butter on the side in 3 variations: saffron, with beans and with pomegranate bits. The tikka and kabab was just ok. It wasn't bad but I've had better. What I liked the most was the Lamb. It was very tender, fall-off-the-bone goodness. I would love to go back and try something else next time, especially the desserts.

Stale food. Salad and cheese served was stale. Only 6 items on their extensive menu was available. 2 types of kebabs - chicken and lamb. Fattoush salad, moutable. They didn't even hv hummus.

Looks like the Outlet Mall branch is treated as a stepchild. Horrible experience.

I ordered a lamb dish from Hatam Dubai Outlet Mall branch. This dish was my favourite always and today it felt like lamb boiled in water. Soo watery! Tasteless! I will never buy from this branch anymore. Compromise on taste and quality. SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Always loved the food at Hatam but unfortunately never recommends the outlet at Outlet mall. First of place is empty on a weekday and the staff are sleeping. No one wanted to attend to our order and half of the menu is not available. That was the general answer! Totally frustrated.hope the management will look into this.

To the staff- why do you serve your levant arabs first and asians last? Avoid this place like the plague if you're asian. We were the only asians here btw and the servers barely took to our orders.

I was standing there for more than 15 mins without any attention. I went up to the waiter and I asked for a table for two, but the answer that I got is “okay” and left me standing for another 10 mins. I walked away and nobody could care, and i got served from the opposite restaurant which was pretty good service, welcoming, and satisfying

I have been in the outlet mall hatam restaurant today but I feel so so disappointed from the food quality. I have ordered 2 main course one chicken and one lamb. The food was extremely bad, not tasty and the meet was extremely hard nearly unbeatable. The waiter never asked for feedback or customer satisfaction. They bring a plate of salad only with 2 olive inside, that was incredible. Never again

It is an Iranian restaurant. Ambience is good. The food quality is average. I felt that the price is little bit high. The hospitality of the staffs were good. This restaurant is located in the ground floor of outlet mall.
