Great experience as a first time visitor. the food quality and taste and quantity was excellent. A good mix of Arabic/Iranian dishes on the menu with pictures to ensure you are making the right choices. Service staff were helpful. good discount with Zomato gold. will recommend to others. Was not too busy on a Sunday afternoon.

Only the rice and muscle and okra stew was great, but they don't know how to cook chicken at all! Grilled chicken and grilled chicken was very bad!

I wished I checked the reviews before eating here. Such a disgrace to Iranian food. Terrible service and food. Avoid this place like the plague. If you have the unfortunate experience of eating here, I guarantee you this is NOT what Iranian food tastes like.

I think they should have a better and more professional service so they wouldn’t hurt the brand if Hatam. Where is the grilled tomato with Kabab?

The food was decent, I had mixed grills with rice and lamb chops with fries. Portions were really good. The Humus with meat was decent. The only thing that let me down was the taste. There were no flavours in the food at all. Fries are good when they are hot other than that rock hard.

The poorest service quality I’ve ever seen, in fact it’s even worse than street food service, just wondering how they still call this a business.

I remember this place from the time city centre Diera was the place to be in town, decent well priced and well staffed.it might have fallen too fast or gradually over the years but what is sure is that is has fallen far.

Poor service! Staff doesn’t even appreciate guest presence.i visit with my wife and nobody even welcome us and didn’t not even presented menu. So we left the restaurant and they did not even bother to ask why we left. I don’t recommend this.

Worst Iranian Restaurant in Dubai! Have been to better places in Dubai like Sofreh, Shabistaan! The food is not Iranian at all! The staff is really terrible! They definitely need to look at training the staff! I don’t usually give one stars but this was below one star. Nothing was good. Disappointing!

I used to like this restaurant a lot, but in addition to the high prices, the taste is no longer the same as before. We ordered mixed grills but the rice tasted off. Also, the meat tastes not like before. I know that the return of previous prices is a difficult wish to happen, but I hope at least that keep the good taste that was before. Thanks

Located in Deira city centre 3rd floor, choosing Hatam was meant to be more of a refreshing change from our usual spots. The restaurant had ample seating and a good atmosphere.
The service was not upto the mark. The servers weren't too positive or cheerful.
The mix grill options were good and items were brought in quickly after a slow start.
But compared to most grill specialty restaurants, Hatam didn't match on levels of quality.
So for the moderately high prices, the good didn't match up to it.

Additionally, even though we didn't face too much of a delay, customers next to us were complaining about the slow service and were planning to leave.

I invited friend to Diera city center Branch, we ordered mixed grilled, The quality of the food was Not good at all Nor it's value for money, Diffently will Not try it again. Very disappointed!

I used to eat at Hatam frequently before COVID times and it seems they have dropped their standards a lot in recent years. The servers did not greet me upon arrival, their service was very slow, and the food was not even warm or tasty! It appears that the shop manager is also incompetent as he gave the wrong change back and started fighting over it. This restaurant needs to change management or go somewhere else. Deira City Centre is a much better place and should not entertain these kind of businesses.

Such a terrible dinning experience in this branch and a disgrace to the famous name of Hatam restaurants. I don’t know from where to start, the waiter was extremely unprofessional and rude while taking the order, and to top it off, he stated that the order is a lot for us!
Secondly, the waiter is no where to be found and all the tables are just waiting to the point that people got out of their places to call the waiter.
The table was very dirty, wiping it with a napkin was shocking as shown.
Serving the food was basically having the waiter throw the food on the table, with no regards.
So, what a disgrace to the famous name of Hatam restaurant.

Even the taboleh is nothing like a decent and authentic taboleh

Food is not fresh. Rotten muttable. They served old fries. In picture it shows with tomato but didn’t serve like that.

The koobideh kabab was raw. The kabab Barg was too stiff.it was hard to chews.they brought ketchup sauce with the kabab Instead of tomatoes!
They brought hot fresh bread with cheese and vegetables.the quantity fo rice was not good.

I went for lunch today around 1.00 pm thursday 30/06/2022. The gave us macrowave heated rice with old kebab. Taste was very bad. Now i came up and it seems my 5 years daughter got affected by their old food. Last time to visit. Better to say we dont have food if its not ready. We were the second table and no one was there

Mistake of my life going to this restaurant, they should have raids from dubai municipality for giving expired food to their clients, not clean, unfriendly and rude staff, got food poisoning next day from their food. They should be officially SHUT.

I was in Iftar, They do not have Iftar Menu. French Fries was not fresh. But at least i could use Repeat Offer 25% on Total Bill.

I was told over the phone that I can use 4 Groupon vouchers, so we bought 4 vouchers. My family, our friends and friends from Germany had Iftar last night (21/4/2022) we are 17 people in total with 4 Kids.
When paying our bill, the Manager told us that they ONLY ACCEPT THREE VOUCHERS and doesn't want to accept the 4 vouchers we bought for specific purpose. FYI Mr. Manager, you've just rejected 17 customers from your restaurant!

The guy at the counter spoke no Arabic and very bad English

Food was horrible especially the fish which was defrosted and grilled with a lot of water inside and quite rubbery

Hated it. Spent 102 dirhams and went straight to McDonald’s after that!

Authentic persian food without any persian staff
The bread was wonderful, Although as a persian I am not fully satisfied with tasted of the kebabs. In general it's good to have healthy food around.

There was a time when food in Hatam was worth the price. Now they have lost the taste in their food and are far more expensive. The worst part is their menu price differs based on their location and moreover the staff are inattentive even if you call them several times.

Horrible experience! Used to eat on this restaurant very often, however I think I will not do so in the future. After 30 minutes after we place the order, of course, they forgot that my order includes also an mixed grill, apetiezer was brought first. Seeing the fact that the order does not come, I have asked. I noticed they they went to check my order, run very fast on the kitchen, and bring me this burned and hard and cold meat in the plate. Not even an single word of apologize. Have requested to speak with an supervisor, I was told the supervisor is off. Such a shame and lack of professionalism and lack of customer service. If I could give -1 star I would be happy to give it.

I am not satisfied at all.the service is very poor.i buy coupon and order as per my limit and they serve me only half of the dishes as they mention they will not serve in the coupon and will never to any one to buy cupon for them as waste of money

I went there last night & the ingredients were surprisingly fresh! We went late at 10pm, so it was shocking that the meal tasted like it had just been prepared for us. The server was very nice, prompt & polite. Our food came fast. We ordered tabouli, hummus, grape leaf rolls/wareb aineb, fries, & chicken tikka. The olive oil was pure and of high quality! I was in heaven on that alone! The only reason I deducted a star was because it took forever for someone to greet us and hand us menus when we sat down. I would definitely go there again!

I ordered 10: 00 PM they delivered 12: 30 AM. Very Rude Restaurant. My order was cold, impolite staff.

We went to hatam Deira city center to eat but very disappointed the food taste old so we just immediately decided to pay and leave the place.

This review is about Hatam Restaurant located at the first floor at Diera City Center Mall. They have out of the restaurant seating and inside. Its for Arabic food lovers, to be Exact Iranian diffused with Lebanese cooked cuisines. They have very poor to horrible customer service starting from having, old, angry, not willing to work staff and few good ones are affected by the bad staff. The food tends to be on the expensive side, for the very few items to be selected, and the old waitress, who will keep saying not available till you selected what she like.my experience the food quality is acceptable and for those who are trying it for the first time, they won’t know if its authentic taste or feel the difference. Good place for couples, business lunch but not for large groups. They accept cash and card payments. Oh, please bring your own hand sanitizers and what can keep you safe from Covid-19 as I saw little been followed here.

The food is cold, bread is cold as well, Chiken testing like a left over for a previous costumer, we did a mistake to eat there, bad experience, you scn try just beside of them terryaki boy or nandos the food is more tasty and much cheaper, I did try many restaurants in Dubai but this one is really bad.

Minimal quantity for the price I paid, compared to other places with similar cuisines, when ordering a meal for four they do not supply any humus, or soups like the others. Overall disappointing experience.

I am very much angry today, In dubai first time i felt too bad. I ordered and taken parcel of tikka with biryani rice and chicken tandoori with green rice. Really after spending this big amount.being too hungry i opened and started eating biryani, ruthless people they packed spoiled rice, it was too smelly.
Yak if I would have there I would have given nicely. Because I stay in sharjah it was a great escape for them.
Please guys if any one finds out this type of food please raise complaint with dubai municipality. Teach these cheaters a lesson. It's our hard earned money after spending why we need to spoil our health.

The sitting facility is good, and the prices are acceptable to justify the food taste and quality.

We've been there yesterday night for dinner to get some quality time. But unfortunately we had horrible experience. No body ready to take order or serve us inspite of repetitive calls.

Food quality was good, but worst poor customer service which we had experienced ever.

Better to opt for other restaurants like nandos or Chili's which are nearby.

Wonderful Persian restaurant in Deira City Centre. I visited here with my family and liked the place. It is very spacious with comfortable atmosphere. Hatam Mixed Grill is highly recommended, it comes with yogurt chicken, saffron chicken, mutton and chicken kebabs. Freshly baked tandoori bread is on the side. Customer service was also very good.

An excellent Persian restaurant with very tasty food, located inside the city center mall. Prices are reasonable with good portions.

The food is absolutely rubbish, don't waist your money in that shitholle
