It seems the building's management isn't interested in helping the new businesses coming to rent in this tower.
The process of application for NOC for fitout works is unclear, expensive and totally unreasonable. Example: They must provide you with the drawings of the existing unit. They charge for it, but actually they don't have these. They "recommend" you the architect who will do it for you. So, you have to pay more for something you absolutely don't need.
In reality, you pay a lot of money and run around providing sometimes the same papers again and again for each step and still there's no progress as new demands keep coming.
All we want to do is: repair the ceiling, without touching any structural fixtures, and resurface the floor.

The current state of the unit is quite horrible and even dangerous for visitors, but they don't care, and let it be like this. AC is leaking, toilets not working, ceiling is falling.

Conclusion: don't be fooled by the outside appearance.

Beautiful lobby. Clean and well kept floors. State of the Art Music studio coming Alive. Parking could be a damper. Patience is the virtue here. Rest great location and close to the metro station

من اجمل الأبراج والمباني العالية بدبي في ابراج بحيرة الجميرا، بتصاميمه الجميلة وبناءه العالي الرائع المتميز
المبنى للتملك، أو الاستئجار، يوجد فيه مكاتب جميلة ورائعة للشركات الكبيرة والمكان مناسب جداا الرجال الاعمال ، إطلالات جميلة وجذابة على بحيرة الجميرا ونادي الغولف ، مواقف السيارات متوفرة وسهلة ،
يوجد أيضا مقاهي ومطاعم ، حمام سباحة ، صراف آلي في داخل المبنى ، الأمن موجود بشكل دائم، وعلى مدار الساعة ، وكاميرات مراقبة، ويوجد عدة مصاعد.

COVID-19 protocol in place at the entrance, reception area and the lifts.
RTA parking within the tower entrance area is limited, however even in peak business hours, parking could be found with a little bit of patience in the vicinity.
Floor corridors are constrained for space, however this is subjective and depends on individual requirements.

Building has an aesthetic beauty to it like all other jlt buildings. Cluster f has far better parking options compared to cluster w or i.
Security is slightly weak compared to other buildings. Interior is beautiful.
