Poor appointment management system, and client care. Despite having attended north of 10 sessions, they treated me as a commodity and with utter lack of care when “THEY MISTAKENLY” did not confirm my appointment when asked earlier on the same day. They have a tendency to force fit appointments and self-schedule them at the end of each session even when you clearly say that you are not sure and/or have to re-confirm. Please push back and firmly assert your position when facing it. They forget that they are operating in a people’s business, and that people come first, not the other way around.

I am very happy because I chose like this clinic specially with doctor corina, she is perfect in the her work and too care I noticed that from during my experiencewith her in the tattoo removal, I hope any one to go to this clinic because very very perfect and unique

Great experience at Health & Happiness Chiropractic and Physiotherapy (Healthcare City)!
It starts with a very friendly and welcoming team at the front desk (sometimes singing, sometimes laughing, always smiling!), clear explanations by the doctors about the diagnosis and what can be done, and great support from the team to facilitate the claiming process with the health insurance.
I have been treated by Dr. Dawson and Dr. Cardonnet, a very positive experience with both, they took the time to explain, advise and provide a lot of insights based on their knowledge and experience. The physio team is also fantastic, making sure that you get the best out of the treatment (e.g. Advices about stretching, suitable exercises, etc.).
I do not like hospitals and clinics but I must say that I have been overwhelmed by the clarity of the explanations and the quality of the treatment.

Visited Dr Andrew in Arjan branch on the promo package of 399 for 2 session. The first session was assessment done and then they asked to go for an X-ray in other clinic / hospital depending if your insurance covers. Then on second visit they again explained you the results of the X-ray and what you require to fix the issues. I had history of L5 disc bulge which I believe he forgot about it. He put pressure on my back and got the pain of my lower aggreviated which I was not having when I entered the clinic. I came in to resolves mid back and neck pain and end up going to emergency room with a tear disc from negligence of the doctor. Totally waste of energy and money. Very very disappointed.

You may walk out in pain but the following day you will feel the results of the work. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent at listening to how you are feeling and then explaining what is wrong and how they are going to rectify the issues you are having. 5 visits done so far and feeling the results of their good work.

I have been going to Health & Happiness for almost 3 years now.
Dr Dawson and his team works in such great harmony. Everybody has ready smiles. They know the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism.
They keep good records of their patients treatment plans and perform a regular progress assessment. I get a clear picture of how Im improving and what is needed to be done.

I go for chiropractic adjustment for pain management and it is life changing. I will definitely recommend them, any time.

I have suffered of back pain, from a severe accident many years ago, with that I developed a curvature of my spine. I had been going to chiropractors and osteopaths for more than 15 years and they only treated the symptoms.

When I met Tom Dawson, from health and happiness, he sent me for x-rays, which was never done before by any of the other practitioners, like a true guide, he mapped out a plan and four months later my posture was greatly improved. I have no more back issues and feel like a normal person should.

I highly recommend Tom and his team, not only are they very good at what they do, but they offer fantastic service.

Thoroughly satisfied with Dr Matt. The dramatic improvement in my mobility has translated into significantly increased power in the gym. Moreover, I no longer feel the dull aches that once plagued me. Very polite staff as well who are always cheerful.

It has almost been now 35 days since I was told I would receive the refund on the unused sessions by the JLT clinic. Firstly I was told it takes 14 working days after submitting an online refund request which would end on 1st of April 2022. After that I followed up several times on whatspp and I was kept on being told that it’s under approval by management. Today on 5th May I called them and still the same status that it’s on urgent priority and nobody from the management is available due to Eid Holidays! Almost 3500 aed is with them!
Update: Next day Early morning got the amount refunded!

Had a surgery on my right shoulder more than a year ago. Pain started to come back on thr same ahoulder and the left one as well. Went to Dr. Chris for consultation. After 12 sessions, pain reduced by more than 70% and within the next 12 session pain was almost gone on both shoulders.
Didn't really want to go through another aurgery experience and was so glad that I came to Dr. Chris for therapy.
Was an amazing experience with no need for surgery.

I'm taking time to write down my reviews here as I was once looking for reviews from people about Chiropractices. I was suffering from tremendous pain in my right hand from neck down, this had been since the past 6yrs and grew worst lately. I had visited two doctors and both had suggested a surgery since one of the disc in my backbone was pressing into one of the major nerve of my hand. I was facing numbness, pain and culd bearly do anything with my right hand.

As suggested my a friend to try Chiro before doing any operation I was searching for a doctor.
I am so thankful for the reviews here that I decided to vist this clinic. Thanks to Dr. Alali (Chris) for treating me and for also the emotional support when I was losing hope of a cure.

Not to forget that staff, the name of the clinic is so apt.there is so much happiness and warmth each time I visited the clinic. Sùper caring staff of Health & Happiness! Amazing team, thank you for treating me I can use my right hand now and was saved from an operation.

Believe me when I say this, they really do know your bones. I happened to come across the ad for the clinic through Instagram, and went there for my cervical issues. IT was a good decision, indeed. Dr. Matthew and Dr. Oak both are well-trained, especially Dr. Matthew and his way of patient conduct.
I am half-way healed, a few more sessions to go!

I was a bit skeptic when I went to the clinic, but the staff and Dr. Chris were very helpful. They made sure I understand the process and I felt way better than before. Day 1 already showed improvements until I finished the 12 sessions. The staff along with the physio were very helpful!

Last week I could barely walk, I needed help to get out of bed and my back pain was unbearable. I arrived to Dr Chris’s office unable to sit my spine was curved after 2 treatments I could stand straight almost all pain was gone. I started compression therapy and 4 sessions later I’m good as new. I can’t thank Dr Chris enough for all his hard work and compassion!

Such a wonderful experience. I had to make an emergency appointment because I was experiencing severe lower back pain. After getting an X-Ray it was determined that I have a herniated disk. Dr Chris did an excellent job of reassuring me and making me feel optimistic. Within a week of visiting Dr. Chris I feel so much better and have gained so much mobility in my back.
The customer service is unmatched. I was worried that my insurance would not cover the cost of my treatment plan but the staff worked it all out for me and even found a doctor that was in my network to write me a referral. I highly recommend you to come here because they are amazing!

When I met Dr Chris I couldn’t properly walk and I looked like Leaning Tower in Pisa. He examined me very carefully and set up a plan for recovery. After only few sessions I started feeling way better. He answered all my stupid questions and explained in details what he is doing which made me really comfortable during my sessions. Great experience, I recommend Dr. Chris and Dr. Paulo and staff is very kind and careful. I had neck and back pain result of many years of bad posture, migraine, aging etc, Then I found Dr. Chris in an advertisement and decided to try. Now I am 95% recovered after 3-4 Months treatment which included decompression, posture adjustments, exercises, muscle relaxation, physiotherapy using nice tools like treatment with niddle and machine to relax muscle I did not even know it exists. Amazing.

I have been today and couldn't get my consultation on time.this place is such mess, ppl waiting their appointments for long time, I should read the reviews before coming there. So obvious that they care about quantity than quality. I just left that "happy" place.very weird stuff and unpleasant place.

Very disappointed and not worth it for me! I visited the center after a shoulder pain, they mention that you have a massive discount for 2 sessions but is not true since the first one you just speak to the doctor for 3 minutes, after that will send you for an X-R test. Only after the result you will have the first actual session. Somehow to resolve the issue you will require at least 12 session (package offered) however the receptionist very kind verified with my insurance the coverage of it, and confirmed that out of 7100aed I would have get back 80% of it. To cut it short and quick i just received back 2000aed as it was the limit of my insurance (not been informed) after 9 session I stop as no a minimum of benefits were seen, and disappointed from the entire Sistem, the chiropractor adjustment literally last 5 min, and before and after you have to deal with different people sometimes I had to tell them what I did last time. I just asked the refund of the sessions not utilized and since may they keep on ignoring me. So I spent a lot of money and still I had to go to a different doctor. It’s more a fast food clinic if you consider how quick people get in and out, however with all respect I don’t judge the knowledge a d experience of the doctor.

I suffered a back injury late December 2019 and a friend recommended I try his chiropractor. I’ve tried many chiropractors over the years and they have, at best, been short term relief.

I am happy to say that the Health & Happiness team, led by Dr Thomas Dawson, Dr Dean Schwartz, Dr Oak, and the team of experienced physiotherapists have not only rehabilitated my back, but have also corrected my posture, eliminated back and shoulder pain and tension, and my eczema.

I had a recent bad fall, and they provided close attention and intensive treatment and after two sessions, my locked shoulder had been released and within a week, i am almost pain-free, after starting the week with 3 bones in my neck counter-rotated, and 4 bones in my middle and lower back out of alignment from the fall.

I highly recommend the team here - they aren’t into short term results. They provide chiropractic care for overall wellness.

They heal you without medicine and with the help of technology. Mr. Binod introduce to me to this place and it's great place for chiropractic and Physiotherapy.nstaffs are so helpful. Disappointed. Had two visits and despite the kindness of the staff i recieved the minimal treatment regardless of the severe pain i was in (which i left as i am in pain). I discovered it was all about pushing me to go for a complete package. At the end i switched to another genuine chiro clinic and i got better from the first session. Totally bad experience. Sad to say!

Treatment is ongoing and I can see my pain getting reduced. Great atmosphere and the receptionists are so welcoming!

Best Chiropractors in the world, amazing team, got already much better after only four sessions for my neck pain with radiculopathy to the right arm. Dr. Oak, Dr. Dean, Dr. Chris and Dr. Thomas are very competent, knowledgeable, lovely and fun to talk to. The Physios as well, I got help from Jourdain who is one of a kind.
They have a clear treatment plan and made each step very clear.

If i could rate this center with NO star at all i would have done it as this was the worst center i have ever visited, In fact i have never encountered an arrogant person such as Dean, was so arrogant, unprofessional and incompetent to even face a client/patient's concern which made my wife cry because of his approach with us as he have been manipulated by the front desk staff (proofs available).
No consideration for patients, 0 Customer service level and 0 professionalism, Although I had a good phone call with Tom before visiting the center and see the true colors of the so called Friendly staff.
I will never ever recommend this center to anyone!

I can highly recommend this team of dr’s and the support team. From the moment you step into the particle and meeting the friendly reception staff which by the way are extremely supportive with appointments giving you directions and attending to invoicing with your medical insurance to experiencing the dr’s. Great experience and best of all the treatments working out!

Dr. Dean schwartz was a kind, competent, and excellent diagnostician. When I went for initial consultation he gave me a hope I will be back to normal without any surgery. I was suffering from seviour lower back pain with slip disc I am unable to work properly. Before consulting Dr Dean I spent lot of money on physiotherapy and I visited so many orthopedic doctors all suggested surgery. At last I was searching for Chiroprator luckely I got this clinic details on facebook. Dr Dean and Dr Thomas explained me how they treat to get back normal. I referred some of my colleagues even they are very much satisfied. I highly recommend this clinic.

AMAZING CLINICAL IN CLUSTER F JLT, HDS TOWER. 26TH FLOOR. SORTED ME OUT IN NO TIME! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

This is a Chiropractic clinic which is located in JLT, Dubai and deals with Treatment for Spine related issues like Neck Pain, Mid Back and Lower Back Pain. The team of Chiropractors (Dr. Thomas & Dr. Dean) are patient friendly. All the procedures from making an appointment to consulting the doctors is handled by the clinic staff. The treatment offered is based on Packages with Insurance Reimbursement option. However the results of the treatment are not Guaranteed, they vary from patient to patient and symptom to symptom!

Wow, Mr. Thomas (i won't even give him the respect of referring to him as Dr.) is an absolute scam artist. He offers a AED 470 rate for consultation plus first treatment visit. Which the consultation is useless without treatment. After the consultation, I pay and confirm the payment is for this consultation AND my next visit (my first actual treatment). Then they inform me Thomas won't treat me without X-rays, even though its not needed for my case and theres no structural damage of any kind. Luckily I had X-rays of my head, neck and mid-spine, so I forwarded to them, he never got back to me even though I called, whatsapp'd, and emailed because my appointment was the very next day and I wanted to know if my appointment was still on. I show up today, and they informed me the doctor had emailed me, which he hadn't. Then they realized he had only sent it internally within his own office. So at this point Ive taken time off work 2 separate days, paid for valet parking since they don't offer parking in the very crowded building his office is in, spent hours on the phone and emailing them back and forth. And this guy has the nerve to literally stick his finger in my face and tell me "YOU should read the terms and conditions of my voucher" even though I never received or discussed any voucher ever. He said he needs Xrays of my entire body. I told him this is all costing me too much, the issue is just my neck and I already have Xrays of my head, neck and spine, and none of this was told to me before, so he starts telling me about the college he went to and how much it costs.as if that matters to me in this moment. I even remember he said Palmer college and $123k, because it was so bizarre to me why is he mentioning this. The X-ray paper he gave me mentioned "referred to by Dr.thomas" and they told me a specific place to go for the Xrays because "they know how to do it" (aka he gets commission for making his patients run around and unnecessarily spend money there). The front desk ladies were nice enough and honest. They accepted it was their fault for not informing me of appointment cancellation. After he refused to treat me and going off on his rant, he says "I've got about 10 more seconds for you" while peering at me from the top of his glasses. It actually sounds kind of funny to me now, because of the audacity of this guy and the whole situation, but he was completely unprofessional. When i first went into his clinic, I informed them that my insurance doesn't cover this treatment and the financial component is a very important aspect of this. To be honest his office was offering cheap treatment, which is why I chose them, but he didnt even treat me and refused to give me a refund, stating terms and conditions and that "he doesn't cut corners" but after peeling the layers back of this thomas fellow, its evident why he has some bad reviews and why he's offering a cheaper price. You won't get whats promised and will end up paying more. This is a classic bait and switch scam. "Hey heres our offer, come and get it! " then you go and its completely something else.

For a man audacious enough to name his practice "Health and Happiness" he sure doesn't mind treating his clients like a complete scumbag. Spend the AED 20-50 more per visit and find yourself a proper clinic.

The place is so friendly and professional, I made an amazing progress, managing any kind of interaction with the staff has been nothing but friendly, swift, to the point, Dr Thomas and Dr Dean are a perfect example of what professional behavior is, always explain in detail your case, what to do, what will be done to heal well, thank you all for the life changing treatment and unparalleled experience.

Both Dr Thomas and Dr Dean have a wonderful bedside manner, if you are looking for great Chiropractic care with wonderful Doctors this is the place to go!

Went for consultation and x-ray to decide how to correct my wonky spine. Very friendly and attentive but haven't started the 12 to 18 sessions of correctional stretch and manipulation sessions yet.

I have been coming to H&H for over 2 months now. My experience with Dr. Thomas, Dr. Dean, and the rest of the team has been wonderful. The flexibility in my neck has improved drastically, my migraines have reduced, my lower back doesn’t hurt anymore - only a slight stiffness persists. But, I’m sure I’m on the road to full recovery. Everyone in the office is a delight to see, and the treatment has been nothing short of excellent since i started.

I am have been visiting Health & Happiness clinic for severe lower back aches and posture related issues and I must say the entire team is amazing, super talented and full of energy.

Dr. Tom is immensely gifted and talented. I have to mention this incidence during the treatment when I did something I wasnt supposed to & I could barely sit or move sideways. Only by examining the problem area he could precisely tell me which movement caused the pain.

Dr. John is my physiotherapist and just like the others have menrioned, he truly is gifted. I have always always felt immediate relief after a session with him.

Special mention of Ms. Putri. I feel 10% better already when she greets me every single time on my visits. We love her.

I’ve been getting treatment for a frozen shoulder with Dr. Tom. I’ve improved significantly after one month of treatment and know I’ll be fully healed soon. The physiotherapist, John, is wonderful. I think he has magic hands. I found Health and Happiness after trying orthopedic physiotherapy for six weeks and seeing no major progress. Do yourself a favor and schedule an examination. I very highly recommend them for treatment of stiff neck, poor posture and frozen shoulder. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I truly look forward to every visit!
