Early this year I visited Dr Nicole Blanc ENT Specialist and was diagnosed with a sudden hearing loss in my left ear. It was Dr Nicole's timely diagnosis and immediate intervention that restored my hearing completely at the end of the prescribed treatment. At every visit Dr Nicole has been extremely thorough in her history taking and examination. I would without hesitation recommend Dr Nicole Blanc for all your ENT related problems.

Dr. Naima was amazing at explaining and preparing me for the procedure. She gave me the tinest of details before doing anything which give me a lot of comfort as I was prepared for what was coming.

The best team. Dr Nicole is one of the best ENT in Dubai. Additionally to her experience and professionalism, she takes her time to explain you condition and the best way to solved. Her nurse, Benny, is the sweetest nurse in Dubai and very competent.

I even wasn’t given a chance to see the doctor! My appointment, booked two weeks in advance was canceled and the information was passed to me four hours prior to my appointment. No words of explanation, nor a compensation - just take it or leave it! Yes, I was given an option, either to see the doctor same day but way earlier or else - someday! Like people do not work, no commitments, no plans etc! No, you need to be available and ready for sassy doctor either will see you or not. Two weeks in advance wasn’t enough for waiting! I had to call four times to update the situation, some said it was still on, some said it was on hold, and some said it was canceled! One of the receptionist even raised her voice! Yes! These bad, awful patients who pay their salaries dare to ask for an update! Anyway, like in all Dubai’s medical tourism no one really cares. The management never gets to work, you can speak to a “shift manager” who asks you the same questions without even investigating the case with receptionists nor a doctor. So I wasn’t given a chance to complain to the management. How very middle eastern is that? I was promised a call from a manager, but it never happened. So no matter what names they have, how modern is their equipment don’t go there. It’s a medical tourism facility. No one really cares about you, someone else’s money are better than yours, and what else you can do to them but not going there? ! And I won’t! I can only imagine if the management is that incompetent and unreliable, think about the staff! Good bye.

There is only one dermatologist in UAE whom I trust (and visit) and that’s Dr Berger. He is quality all the way, his expertise and experience extends beyond simple things like administering Botox, hyaluronic acid fillers, PRP (vampire facial), mole removal and skin tightening procedures such as Ultherapy. The atmosphere in the clinic is always great too, staff are super friendly and supportive which makes it a five star rating from me.

Health bay clinic advertised vacancies on website careers so apply thier jobs but still No response from Hr and employers

I was impressed with the his professional interaction not only with me but also with other patients who were waiting in queue and his ability to answer all their questions. Love my Dr Ursula Rolef.she is the best dr.ever in dubai in gastroenterology fild.i didn't find a good doctor and in action like her. Right to the point.always figure out the illnesses.usually treatment right.checking you with altrsound direct on spot to figure how is your stomach.very informative i haven't seen one like her. All nurses are good and supportive especially Ann.trying there best to make patients satisfied. Many thanks for having me in today without appointmen. Am so satisfied and so happy that my dr.is back and treating me again. Very comfortable now and differently recommended to see her.

I had an appointment with Dr. Thomas Berger, Dermatologist - booked over a month in advance. Yet, Dr. Thomas managed to keep me waiting for more than an hour. Due to some apparent delay with a patient - which makes 0 sense to me. I would imagine that the Dermatological issues are rarely life threatening or requiring immediate attention, and even if they were - this is a clinic not a hospital.

I will not visit this clinic again under any circumstances and be sure to recommend my family and friends don’t either.

The clinic is professional and the staff are helpful, Dr. Zrinka and her nurse Abigail are absolutely brilliant. I only wish they had a system where the laboratory would send out the lab results as soon as they're out. Right now, you need to wait for the nurse to call you to inform you about your results, it's not very efficient because the nurses are overloaded and literally running around all the time.

Terrible experience in terms of patience relationship. Trying to reach our doctor since days to get information about our test result and medical recommendation. Doctor is never accessible and nurse never calls you back despite many calls and follow up by our side. Far away from professionalism and patient care.

Doctor Ursula Rolf in heath bay clinic Al wasel is an excellent doctor I have ever seen, I was in bad condition when o reached to her before 4 years and she took me immediately leaving everything behind, just conserning my case and did to me an urgent colonoscopy and treated me with medicines, she is so kind, helpful doctor I ever seen, I am now feeling much better because of god of course first and doctor Rolf after, I don’t know how will my heath be without such an excellent, well experienced doctor like her, thanks for her and her team Crisha and Anna, as they are nice, kind and helpful always. I really recommend this doctor.

Excellent experience with Dr. Ursula Rolef and her entire team. The process of a first colonoscopy was fully explained and demystified in advance, giving me greater peace-of-mind. The appointment did need to be rescheduled 1-2 times but the reception team was professional and communicative. On the day itself, the nursing and anesthetic teams talked me through every step and the actual procedure was completely painless and brief. Dr. Ursula is one of the best physicians I have encountered in the UAE after 20+ years here - highly recommend her for a colonoscopy.

Another clear vote for Dr. Rolef, she is my doctor since she diagnosed me 2014 with celiac and additional autoimmune disease of my thyroid. She is kind, efficient and professional.
After a long odyssey with different doctors and IBS treatment she finally found the reason for my misery with a simple blood test, but i needed also an endoscopy to confirm the diagnose. It was done at Health Bay, good experience, felt nothing, nice and professional team.
The only problem is Dr. Rolef's full schedule, she is always busy and it is difficult to get an appointment on short notice.

In my case Dr. Ursula Rolef literally saved my life by finding my inflamed appendix in an abnormal position. I had pain for 2 days, went to 2 hospitals and nobody could find anything. My boss at work recommended her and they accepted me as an emergency although her clinic was extremely busy. She found the problem within 5 minutes with her ultrasound scan. Afterwards she organised my transfer to the hospital and informed the surgeon. He knows Dr. Rolef well and spoke highly of her. Since my surgery i see her once a year for my IBS symptoms and she is always brilliant, knows the newest stuff and explains everything.i had also my children checked by her, she found fructose intolerance in one of them and solved the constipation problem of my girl. I recommend her to everyone because she is the best Gastro Doctor i ever met.

I have been their customer since the opening most of their doctors are very good and all nurses except for the gastro department and mainly Dr Ursula Rolef and her head nurse Cristina! How can a doctor refuse to see a patient where she has an appointment after waiting for a month for this appointment and in pain! They kept me waiting for 40 mns without telling me anything until I have asked and realised that the dr took a patient instead and refuse to see me she disrespects me and my friend when asking why she doesn’t want to see me raising her voice and asked for the security for me as I was insisting to tell her she has to see me as I have an appointment and I am in pain and I was referred by her colleague to see her as I need a treatment before I travel in few days! Very strange behaviour and indecent from a doctor though it was my first appointment ever with her.not to mention that she had learnt since over a month that my little girl had a gallbladder stone after receiving her results and she refused to see her on urgent base or even talk to us for reassurance or any treatment until the appointment can be taken! Too bad! I do believe in Karma!

Dra Suzana, dermatologist is great. She is lovely and spend time to know you and talk to you, explain pros and cons of treatments.

One of the worst clinics in Dubai, non qualified doctors and no communication between doctors to understand patient history. It is all about getting money out of patient's insurance.

Good doctors - efficient and to the point assessments. However, lot of followups required to get test results

Having completed the contact us form thrice, received autoconfirmation of receipt email from the clinic, yet no one calls or even emails back after receiving an enquiry. When I called myself, I was told that a medical expert will call to answer my query which never occurred. Update: One and a half month has passed by and still no response to completing the contact us form, when same is mentioned to their call centre team, they speak over me, are rude and show no regard or regret. Customers service is 0. I eventually used their clinic as it was a cheaper option, but despite arriving 15 minutes earlier than another patient for registration and completing all tests before them, doctor made me wait for 45 minutes and called the same other patient before me to see him. Other patient didn't even wait 2 minutes to see the doctor. We were there for the same service. Staff at the reception and payment counter have no knowledge of particular service, paperwork involved etc. To cooperate with the response I received to this review, I once again communicated my contact details but no one has contacted or apologized.
