Great service and knowledgeable team - would highly recommend for GP and specialist services. In my experience the Nursing Team and Doctors have been great and genuinely tried to provide a personalised service and approach.

I wanted an appointment with an ophthalmologist in Jumeirah. The lady recommended an appointement in Motor City as Jumeirah were fully booked till next week. Went to MotoCity and find out she booked me with a general practitioner!

I have known Dr Keyvan Azzimi for more than 13 years, he is one of the best doctors I have dealt with and is trusted by me and my family. I would recommend him to everyone.

All round Medical Centre and Dr Gehad was extremely professional and the treatment and follow up from the department was timely and efficient.

Not a reliable doctor, focus on patient’s concern was terrible! Did an allergic test which is out of the concern, waste of time! Waste of money. I totally lost my respect against this human.

Dr. Kayvan is kind hearted, knowledgeable on his practice. He is very gentle and takes time to listen and understand the concern. He is normally spot on to diagnose and prescribing medication. You can trust him when he sees fit to refers to correct specialists if necessary.
Overall me and my family are very happy
. And lucky to have a Dr. Kayvan as our GP.

Great facility, services and treatment. I have been seeing Dr Gehad since 2021 at health bay villas and I will definitely recommend the professional and state of art facilities of Healthbay Clinic. Dr Gehad and Nurse Margaret as well shows care and professionalism towards the patient. Overall very satisfied!

Nice facilities and staff in the cardiology department. Dr Gehad is very knowledgeable and explains results clearly and outlines expectations for the future without me needing to ask for further details. Would recommend.

Excellent experience at Healthbay Clinic. DR GEHAD is an excellent physician and all the staff are attentive and friendly.

They are FRAUD. I visited them for wellness check and I was told that the treatment is covered in my insurance but it will be on pay and claim basis. However the claim was rejected by the insurance company since it was not in the policy. They took almost 6,000 from me and when I discussed the matter with HealthBay, they simply answered that as per our general terms and conditions, we are not responsible for this.

I have recently visited the doctors from HealthBay Verve branch for health checkup, and I am very happy I did so. The staffs and nurses are very accommodating and the doctors are very helpful and answered every question I have. Definitely coming back for my annual health checkup.

Not professional. I have requested a check-up for me and my family members but the clinic was not able to deal with the insurance. Appointment is scheduled but no other details are provided. Not happy at all for their service.

I visited Dr. Gehad and had a nice conversation about a healthier lifestyle and the effect of family history on health problems. Explain further treatment well.looking forward to a full checkup

Decided whilst on holiday to get the full wellness health check up done, was a good decision as I was treated like a vip for the 2 hours I was there doing all the various tests and then before I left had my complimentary breakfast. Would highly recommend anyone to use this fantastic clinic, special thanks to Rachel who arranged my appointment and also Dr Gehad who's the coolest Cardiologist I've met

Everyone in this clinic displayed professionalism at its best. The nurses and receptionists are friendly, helpful, accommodating, compassionate and gentle. I have been going to Healthbay for over 10 years. Though from time to time I might need to visit alternative clinics and other doctors, Healthbay really exceeds expectations in the quality of customer service and great doctors. I would highly recommend Dr. Farah Faiz for all you GP needs. Very caring and takes her time to understand your issues, with follow up care like no other.

I have recently visited Dr. Maya Kabbara (Endocrinologist). She is highly professional, friendly and Knowledgeable. She was attentive to my health issues and has addressed them all. Highly recommended if you are looking for specialist. Clinic Staff & nurse were nice too.

Dr Amber syed misdiagnosed me and performed the surgery she had zero clue about.straight after the surgery I went to a specialist doctor and he told me it looks like this doctor has not done anything and I need another surgery.she was nice until the surgery was done- after that completely different story, rude and unprofessional.waiting time is the only plus- you can book an appointment for next day, while you have to wait weeks for another doctors in the clinic. I can only guess why.

Just wanted to appreciate the service I received while doing my Mammogram & Ultrasound, the technicians Areej & Ivory were just amazing and Dr Dana was awesome, from the booking to the results a hassle free and high quality service can’t thank Health Bay & it’s staff enough ️

Dr. Stephan and physiotherapist John are great professionals and really nice people, if you are in doubt who to go to regarding and orthopedic related issues - these 2 guys are for you!
Regarding the clinic and their organization, if I could give 0 starts I would.
It's like they don't even want to earn money. It is impossible for me to schedule my physiotherapy, they just don't care.
I have couple of sessions left, and I'm giving up, even though it's already approved by the insurance. Ridiculous. It's like they are doing me a favor, and not the other way around.

I did have good experience with the clinic and Dr. Gihad cardiology. Staff were nice and professional, the appointment was at the time it was supposed to be and the doctor was professional and nice. Can only recommend.

Had a very good experience with the doctors and physiotherapist here. The nurses are understanding and treat you well. The admin staffs are also professional.

Had a colonoscopy with Dr Neil very good, nurse prep good procedure with Dr Neil explained everything put me at ease

I was terrified I wouldn't wake up don't worry u r not fully k ocked out only in a light sleep so you just don't remember anything it's a good thing to do here it's the third procedure and gives u so much confidence knowing fully UK trained

Only let down was the valet car park opened my car door on the wall and said it was done before I rate the car park people a minus 1

Very impressed by the service at Healthbay clinic. The staff is very friendly, attentive to patients’ need and make sure that you are comfortable and not in pain. Doctors communicates clearly and patiently. Thank you HB clinic.

Utter Joke…
Came in for a pcr test to find out that they messed up giving me a false positive.

Had to pay 300dhs (150x2) to redo 2 tests at different pcr center’s just because this place can’t do them properly.
The main reason for a false positive result are laboratory error and off-target reaction (cross-contamination and more).

I don’t know if they are in charge of the laboratory but they messed up giving a false positive.

Lost time and money.

Terrible experience for kids pcr testing. They ask you to do preregistration and then you wait in the queue to realize that the staff are registering you agaain (asking same questions). As such, the wait is just because they can't put one process in place and they continue to ask same questions. Poocr clinic management. Should be more cautious since it's a kids pcr facility

Yes more expensive then other clinics, but doctors are paying more attention and find the best solution. Dr. Keyvan Azimi is very professional.
Yes redemption still a bit mess but it’s doesn’t affect medical care.

Have visited this clinic multiple times for PCR tests and they are are very reliable, I received my test results within and sometimes even less than 24 hours.

Very bad service, you have to call multiple times to get an update on your approvals. Calling them a lot of times and I get no answer or no call back at all

I do not recommend this clinic at all

All they care about is money and business. Charging exams to insurances and not informing patient of diagnostic or possible treatment. The best example is when they refer to patient as CLIENT. Very sad that health became such a business and not able to trust this clinic.

Really happy to be a patient of Dr Nurgul. I came after hearing her name recommended many times and it is understandable why.
She is a great doctor who really knows how to deal with her patients well. She has a lot of patience and knowledge. She made me feel very comfortable and explains everything very well. Her nurse Ricca is wonderful too! It was easy to get appointments and the reception was always friendly on the phone and in person. Even answering calls and attending to concerns without an appointment.

Very pleased with their doctors and service. Wish they’d work with more insurances though. The only reason I avoid going is the fact that they don’t do direct billing with my insurance.

HealthBay Polyclinic is a good hospital equipped with doctors and clinical facilities. Entire staff is very courteous and friendly.

Healthbay Polyclinic got an overall neat and clean facility. Their ambiance and services are excellent. Staff, nurses, the floor in charge all are very kind and helpful here. I strongly recommend this hospital.

I have been a patient at HealthBay for 10+ years and the service quality went down significantly over the years.
It used to be an intimate clinic with excellent medical professionals and proactive service. You never had to call twice, care was prompt with limited waiting times and with personal connection to the doctors and nurses.

Now it feels very commercial, like a hospital with an anonymous call center, no appointment under 30min waiting time, you have to follow up multiple times for approvals, results etc.

They still have very good medical professionals, all Western trained. But the Customer Service has suffered a lot and admin and management processes are becoming cumbersome.

This clinic seriously needs better receptionists, they are so confused.i booked an appointment with Dr. Katia (endocrinologist) for 9th, my appointment was confirmed a day after, then I received 2 diffrent calls to reschedule my appointment to 10th after much hesitation (and literally begging for 9th) I accepted, then today I woke up to 7 missed calls and a message that my appointment on the 9th was confirmed, what on earth! When we book a doctor it's because we need to see a doctor! Not from mere boredom, this is really unprofessional.

Because it’s such a LARGE clinic you are easily forgotten about. I was appalled at the treatment I got when trying to make follow up appointments with the hormone specialist. She went on Emer leave and I never ever heard from them again

On the plus side:
- Nice and clean building, well equipped doctor's offices
Disadvantages:
- High prices for basic medical procedures and tests
- If something serious is happening they will tell you to go to the hospital (Our own experience)
- Once again (despite assurances that the results and doctor's note will be ready next day) waiting for several days for test results (blood test for example!). You have to call, ask, remind yourself - this is not service at the level of such high costs that you incur.
We've tried few times but this time patience is over - never again.
Dear HealthBay staff, it's time for additional customer service training instead of another machine with free coffee. Keeping fingers crossed!

If you can survive the horrible service and lack of comprehension of the people at reception, you will be fine. I've had great experiences with the doctors, but my experience with reception has been deplorable. Other clinics have reception staff that know how to handle insurance policy related questions inside-out, here they are absolutely useless with basic questions. I also agree with many other reviews - punctuality is a bit of an issue, which can be a challenge when I'm already taking time off work to go to an appointment.

I’ve called 3 times regarding my daughter’s vaccine and was advised that I’ll be receiving a call back from vaccination nurse regarding my inquiry! Third day now, and no call back! Unexpected for a renowned establishment. Very unprofessional.

Very efficient - short waiting times as well as responsive and flexible appointment management
Friendly staff - service with a smile from doctors and nurses. Admin staff was okayish.
Good location - close enough to E11, but far enough to easily find parking space. Not much shaded parking though.

The doctor I saw seem to only be interested in how’s many tests you’re willing to let them do and claim under your insurance

Conveniently located on Al Wasl Rd and with parking fairly easy to get, this clinic is a fresh change from the usual. John Baker the physio specialist is outstanding.

I did my medical yesterday here. The doctor and the staff are very professional and friendly, especially Nurse Miss Charmagne who assisted me all throughout the procedure. I was catered before my appointment time and this pleased me a lot as I didn’t wait for a longer period. Truly an amazing experience and I definitely recommend this clinic. Thank you ️

I have been a patient here for 3 1/2 years and have had no bad experiences. Doctors are professional, personal & well-trained. I rarely have to wait for any extended period. Very pleased with their service.

Extremely frustrating experience dealing with the receptionist. Cancelled booking for a mamography while I was there for a slight delay caused by confusion regarding the exact location of the clinic. I had to stop by the 2 other Healthbay clinics on Al Wasl before reaching. While I was filling the form. I have been told in a very rude and unconsiderate way that I need to reschedule my appointment by the receptionist.

I love my Dr Liliana Skorski and her nurse Melody, all my pregnancy they were so helpful and professional.

Dr Amber syed is a great obgyn friendly reassuring and an excellent dr, as a dr myself she’s exactly what I would want and how I want to be treated and is always thinking about the best for patient rather than about insurance etc which you’ll find at some clinics, she implores noninvasive and holistic approach to medicine which I appreciate esp when pregnant in a country where c section rate is high!

Good doctors, very good physios, bad service. Overall waiting times are long. Clinic management is poor.
