I have been visiting Health Hub Karama for the last 2 years and I can strongly recommend this place for those who are seeking medical attention.

In here everybody been so attentive as always, the waiting time to see the Doctor is much acceptable compare to the other clinic that I've been. Cleanliness of the place is always on top and again it is much less waiting time to collect the medicine compare to other places that I've been.

Above all, special thanks to Dr. Dennis who I've been seeing for the longest time. He is very professional, skilled and at the same time he has a special rapport to his patients that makes them trust him and goes back to the same clinic should there be any health issues. Dr. Ramika needs to become human first b’coz her is totally unprofessional. He needs only care only her patients, If you went other clinics n after that if you went there then she will not involve n she provided basic n wrong information so ladies will be mentally pressuring n taking tension so she can do C-section or caesarean so she will get good person benefits.she told us i will not follow after reports come you have to come here. She pressurize to do all report which was not not required all times. Finally i can say don’t go to her.first she needs to become human.

Visiting here for the first time but the registration personnel seems like he doesn’t like what he was doing. Being the frontline for the patience he should talk calmly. Purely arrogant tone, Lazy and bossy which is reflecting the entire services of the clinic very bad. At least brief them to be calm and respectful. He doesn’t deserve to be the frontman while assisting my Husband for his detail!
In addition, there should be a little Privacy of patient concerns why they visited to clinic not talking loudly.

Pathetic service, they didn't bother to tell me about my insurance status. Never had my medical tests rejected, i guess they lack professionalism. Reason for rejection is they required information which clinic didn't provide

Avoid. Not very much confidence in this organization. GP Dr didn't listen that well, my situation is definitely not an allergy.but good he doesnt indiscriminately prescribe antibiotics too.but didn't inspire confidence. Poor service in the pharmacy.

Very very poor response, from last 10 days i try to caontact with Dr.chaula shangi, this doctor written one justification report and i need some correction in this but this clinic branch people not picking calls. More than 50 times i called them in last 10 days.call center people also not a responsible they always say we will request them to call you but till date i did not get any call and any mail from them.
I feel very very bad, customers will not get here minimum respect.they don't know how to handle customers.i don't know salaries they getting or not.

We were visiting HealthHub karama from 2 years and Dr Hans was excellent he was giving us reports on time, medicine we were getting on time but now service is very bad we have to call and ask for reports and for medicine also we have to call and ask when we will get. Very bad service not expected this.

I would really happy to share my experience with Dr. Ramika Mittal, she’s one of the finest & knowledgeable doctor in this firm. From day one till date her humble behavior has never changed. I consulted know gynecologist in Dubai but all so neglected towards the cause. They will waste your weeks time to do multiple test and then they will prefer discussing the case. But here, case was totally different she heard the entire health issues and jotted in her system for relief she gave mild meds and then spoke to her management to get my tests done in few hours on priority bases and trust me the result is so amazing. Health hub family has really a wonder women who actually solves the problem of suffers, even I recommended many of my colleagues even they prefer recommending her. I’m very delight that I’ve one best doctor in town. Thank you Dr. Ramika Mittal and message to the management (she should really get a patch on back she’s really a deserving doctor)

Thanks I found the right orthopedic dr in Dr Somshekhar. I was referred by a friend and no regrets. First visit was impressive and felt I was truly being treated. He explained and let me understand my condition, his mode of treatment. He listens and goes out of his way and follow up his patient. HE IS AN ANGEL.
Now he referred me for physiotherapy - Ms Ashley who is doing good too.

28 July when my first visit in this clinic. Reception and nurses are organized and accommodating. Dr. Dennis Monzon is excellent and pharmacy is quick to process insurance approval for medication 4 August when I cameback to do consultation with Dr. Somshekhar Mallappa. 1 hour of waiting is not a waste of time as he is one of the excellent Orthopaedic doctor in Dubai. Xray was advised and done with the best RadTech Mr. Danny Dalayon. HealthHub Team Karama deserve to have my 5 stars rate.

Dr. Ramika is such a professional doctor! Explained everything well and been so helpful regarding my case! Highly recommended. Thank you to all the staff as well esp to the nurses who are so friendly and knowledgeable.

This was the first time I have visited the karama clinic branch but unfortunately it has been my worst experience as I had taken out time from work to visit the general physician Dr Mehnaz fatima as per the scheduled appointment I waited for half an hour at the door of the doctors room when it was my turn and the doctor kept going in and out as I was told that there is an emergency patient just disscussing where to shift the patient and there is no regard or courtesy for the patient waiting right in front of her door to atleast apologies to them as there is an emergency so she cannot cater to any patient at that time. I fail to understand that how come being a clinic they do not have plan Frame designed to cater to emergencies or they just plan to leave all the other patients unnoticed. And at that time there were only 3 patients in the whole clinic. And even after the vitals were checked I did not see any patients going or coming out of the doctors rooms and I had to be waiting for 20 minutes just to be called to got and sit in front of the doctors room.

I have had the opportunity of interacting with Dr Hans for the last 7 years. When he csme to thia facility I was apparently the first patient and was struck me the most is the decor the funky style and modern look of the clinic.i think it today's day and time there are many medical facilities in dubai but this one has a personal touch detailed care and regular follow ups. Hans is very methodical in his approach qnd the staff at the clinic is very personable. Reports on time insurance handled well and pharmacy also very adequate.truly enjoyed my experience with the clinic and specially Dr hans.

The best clinic i visited in dubai for almost 14yrs of living here. Clinic is very clean and well sanitised/ Staff/nurses are very polite and helpful Doctors is the best to whom we visited Dr. Hans Muhammad. I visited visited with my wife and father who is 89 and even my father is so satisfied with doctors treatment and how he spoke to him and was listening my father so patiently. Dr. Rajiv Kovumal - Specialist Paediatrician and Neonatologist is one of the best pediatriacians we have met in Dubai. His way of dealing the children's problem in detail and suggesting the best medicines for fastest cure is extraordinarily excellent. I have been consulting Dr Hans Mohammed for years and he is one of the Doctor whom I would suggest for anybody for any health condition including chronic diseases.

Dr. Ramika is very kind and very helpful to me. She is very caring as well. Facility is very clean and the staffs are nice.

Me and my husband have been frequent patients of this clinic in Karama, due to the weather conditions this year. And our main reason for going there and introducing our friends and colleagues to this clinic is Dr. Hans. He takes his time to understand your concern, won’t rush you, doesn’t prescribe what’s not required and always assists on call even when we are traveling. Health hub has always been my first choice in terms of any medical emergency.
Since childhood I have been visiting Dr. Hans Muhammed, and he has been one of the best doctors and the best medical care I ever got soo far.

The clinic in Karama is very clean and tidy. The staffs and nurses are all very friendly. I went to visit Dr. Ramika couple of times and I highly recommend her, she's very knowledgeable and she's very accommodating so you feel comfortable asking questions.

The clinic is clean, staffs are friendly and i love my doctor. Dr. Ramika Mittal, she is professional, she’s giving time to explain everything i need to know and when there’s a time that I am nervous she know how to calm me. She’s recommendable to all the pregnant clients.

I have visited this Clinic 2 times, first visit was for personal reason & the second visit was to accompany my friend.

The staff is friendly & helping, doctors are good. The setup is good & the waiting area is also nice with all the interiors.

However there is one important thing that I observed during my visits. The waiting time is enormously long nearly 2 hours or more.

The clinic needs a lot of improvement on patient turnaround time.

For my personal visit I waited nearly 2 hours, during my second visit my friend & myself waited nearly 2 hours again, they just had one GP post 7pm and the GP would take on an average 30 mins for each patient.

If a patient has to wait for nearly 2 hours just to meet a GP it gives a bad impression on the overall service of the clinic.

If you wish to visit the Clinic make sure you have ample of time at your disposal, because of the longer waiting time.

Overall the clinic is good and has a good staff. Only issue is the waiting time.

Great experience as a first timer Dr. Rajiv who has a great hands on experience more than 3 decades in pediatric. You treat your patients with your heart and make them feel they are your family. Your constant follow up for my child health was really very much appreciated.

Very very bad service I visited first time with my son his age is 3 years. My son is not feeling well I request to all staff but they refuse to give appointment to the child doctor. I went to clinic at 8: 28pm they said doctor is leaving at 9pm.
Specially nurse babita came and said me that doctor is leaving he have 2 patient on waiting. The patient was finished in front of me I wait till 9: 10pm she lie me and saying me to come next day. Really very very bad service.

Karama Branch Customer Care is not responsive at all, i have bad experience, i called for a request and i was promised to receive a call back but nothing happened.

The set up is good but I think they must have good doctors. I visited to a GP there yesterday she just asked me 2 - 3 questions and gave me the prescription. No physical examination was done. I understand due to corona there would be some limitation, but I'm sure there would be some physical examination need to be done in order to diagnose real problem. Also there was a patient's mask was down throughout the time (his nose wasn't covered) and no one from staff told him to wear mask properly. They also need to have some friendly staff. Overall my experience wasn't good.

Clinic is being run by liars. Their site shows they accept all the major insurance but when you approach they Don't even bother to check and would give u false information

They are doing PCR tests in an open area. Me and my kids feel so unsafe going at their area. No proper PPE and spreading the virus. This is a residential area. We want to be covid free. Can police or government take action on this asap.

It’s really nice clinic been here few times all their team are the best, they not only wait for getting approval of insurance but they keep update us while waiting and safety is top notch they were PPE to keep every one safe and it’s the covid test center in Al Karama.
I prefer Dr. Mehnaz fatima (GP) and Dr. Rajiv kovumal child specialist are the best they tell us the issues in details all there nurses are most welcoming.
They response phone calls without wait. Easy to find the location not far from main joint of Burjman center got enough parking.
