One of the worst clincs ever I saw in UAE the quality isn’t even represents Alfuttaim, I had an appointment for scan with doctor Achita and was confirmed by them and I drive all the way to them and finally they said it’s cancelled.the manager Anand Krishnan even rejected to meet me to explain why I should face all this. Im so disappointed from what I faced as only today I should do this scan or I have to wait another one month to again re do it.
It’s too hurtful to trust such people for your health matters.
I don’t recommend this brach to anyone.

The appointment booked is always not honored because I have to wait to at least 1 hour to see the doctor. Not organized clinic. Management needs to do something about this

Got a sprained ankle and visited Health Hub Tecom yesterday. Besides for their state-of-the-art medical facility, I want to thank and appreciate the amazing staff who went above and beyond in making me feel like I was being treated at my home. I was seen by Dr. Aws Alobaidy who is highly skilled and has an attitude of a big brother. He made sure I was well cared for during the time I waited and met the Orthopedic. My huge THANK and gratitude to Mr Anand and his team of nurses & reception staff who kept checking on me while I was there and made sure I was comfortable. I can’t thank enough the gentleman at security for help and support.

I just completed my teeth cleaning and shining with Doctor Husna Karikuzhi.
She was with such a soft and kind approach and done the job with full satisfaction for me. And gave tips and instructions to maintain good and healthy teeth.
Staff nurse and reception area employers were also so kind and helpful always.
Thanks to Ms. Husna and Health Hub for such an mindful satisfied experience

Dr. Eman is very knowledgeable and professional, but the nurses and the rest of the staff are very slow and unprofessional, even I had an urgent situation coz they did not submit the report I was waiting for insurance approval more than 2 hours. Every time I have the same experience only in Tecom branch! Not acceptable

I was disappointed of the GP he did not examine my eyes that has allergy and infection he just make a ointment and drops and still my eye get worst if i not go to ASter Clinic maybe till not im not ok

I am always afraid of any any dental procedure, but Dr. Husna and her nurse, Angelie always makes every visit comfortable and a breeze for me. Dr. Husna always make sure my teeth are well taken care of. She and her nurse are very accomodating and friendly.

It's been a while I am going to health hub, but this is the first time I am doing dental here. Their services are very good and professional in general. Dr Husna, my dentist was very helpful throughout the procedure. Also, she called me after two days for a follow-up.

Worst experience. The nurse told me that they have only one doctor who can check for sore throat. Kept me waiting for over 2 hours without notifying beforehand.

What a mess of a clinic.

This is the worst healthcare provider I’ve experienced in my whole life (36 years in UAE), after the consultation the doctor requested a approval for blood test from my health insurance, actually it took 12 minutes until its been approved, but unfortunately healthhub made me wait for 2 hours & half waiting for approval, after i double check with my insurance company i found out that there an initial request from health hub to cancel the approval & it has been cancelled, having sever fever, barely can i walk, what an experience, I won’t go to that place again, I don’t recommend anyone to go there neither, once you enter you will be impressed by the decorations but people nurses & doctors sorry were very bad

Today I visited first time at this location. I had an appointment at 3: 20 with Orthopaedic. I finished around 5: 20.very poor and lazy service of supporting staff.reception was over crowded by staff but efficiency was not up to the mark.approval process took more than an hour.my couple of visits at Karama Butina location they did not go for approval process and I fished all check up till medicines around 30 minutes. I highly recommend to improve staff efficiency of Barsh branch. I am so disappointed spent 2 hours for entire process which is too much. However my Vitamin D test also refused even I submitted my earlier repor as well. I never faced such poor performance at Karama location. I highly doubt this location will loose business if continued like this. I will never recommend anyone to visit this location.

Please do not advertise that you have a Paedatric department. We went there and no pedia doctor available and the receptionist, Leslie was not even helpful! Asked at least a family medicine doctor to attend to the child but outright said no. Such a treatment!

I like coming back to this clinic because the doctors and staff are nice specially to Dr. Abdellatif for helping me and explaining very well during my hard situation when i am in pain and always follow up.
To my physiotherapist Dr. Natasha, she help me a lot to recover fast and explain me every steps of my therapy. Thank you and i appreciate all the help and efficiency of the reports of my test.

This is the worst clinic ever in tecom! I will not recommend this clinic, not EVEN TO MY WORST ENEMY! You will wait forever to get an appointment. A waste of time!

Worst Service of this clinic and it’s not who come first they won’t serve. We waited almost 2 hours to consult the doctor we had got the insurance approval before.apart doctor is also very RUDE.if u need good service kindly check for good clinics

Radiology booking precedure (MRI) takes very long time. Approved already by insurance since december 7 but until now nobody called for booking. We have been calling everyday for follow-up but no action was taken.

Last time, I consulted Dr. Husna Mehaboob with severe toothache. She examined the affected tooth and explained very well conveying the cause and the treatment plan

What a horrible service from the receptionist. She should knw service starts right from the entrance regardless if I an a walk-inn or not.

Aaarrrgghhh it doesn't better.
Lab results apparently I can only get them aftr 8+ hrs or so whereby the clinic will be closed, but they will be sent to my email and a follow up will be done either via a call or video (saving time right) to discuss the results. Day 2 comes and around 10am results are in my email, I hold on patiently waiting for the call to get to knw about the results. 1,2,3pm none, anyway I am the one in need, customer service not helping either blames they have technical issues and will call back shortly, I wait 5.30 I call again, this time someone from CS promises to get my request put across or I walk back to the clinic for the results discussion. What a bogus way offering services. Bottom line "It's all about the money they care about".

Excellent clinic with friendly staff, and the place is very hygienic (they even sanitize the artificial plants). Waiting times are minimum, and ample parking is available in the basement. I also love the pleasant smell found in all Health Hub clinics.

I would like to thank Dr. Aws Al Obaidy (GP) for his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and excellent care. Dr. Aws is the perfect example of how doctors should support their patients, and I highly recommend him for the following reasons:
- A good listener and communicator (you will always hear words of encouragement that will make you smile)
- Cares about his patients and answers any questions or concerns
- Competent in several areas, including respiratory infections, critical and chronic conditions, cardiology-related conditions, and others. He will also give you factual information with complete transparency.

I would also like to thank Dr. Asma Zeggada (pediatrician) for her excellent care, competence, follow-ups, and friendly attitude. She has been treating my kids, and I highly recommend her. Dr. Asma is fantastic with kids, and they will love her great demeanor. My son loves the stickers she gives for being brave doing the consultation.

Do not recommend. Came here few times and always had an issue with timings. This time I was waiting for appointment for 35 minutes. It’s not acceptable and not really professional. At the end they called me after 50 minutes that doctor was waiting for me, but I already left. Big disappointment.

Most unorganized appointment system! Always have to wait for an hour even after taking appointment. Reception, call centre, assistant nurses are always blaming each other for goof ups!

Customer service is excellent! Dr. Eman called me personally for the result of my lab test. That was the first time a doctor called me personally. Also for the pharmacy, even though I told them that I will just pick up my medicine, they insist to deliver it to me. Very accommodating staff, and they will take care of you even after your visit. Highly appreciated and recommended.

I consulted Dr. Husna for my wisdom tooth extraction and i must say it was just painless and easy.
I was super stressed but she made me absolutely comfortable during the process.
I am definetly getting all my checkups done from her because i can completely trust her.

The clinic is either understaffed or staff/doctor is really slow. Hardly any patient in clinic and still we are waiting for more than 40 mins for our AR turn.
It feels like the clinic is moving in super slow motion. This is my second visit here and same experience.

I was having low back problem for years, in and out of physio therapies in different health centers, but only with Ms. Natasha D Souza was I able to fix my back and manage it for a long term. Her treatment is not for a quick fix, but a total rehabilitation that will really help in the long run. Really grateful for her precise treatment, support and expertise.
