Worst customer service ever! 2 hours of waiting to get the reply from “insurance”. Lying to the patient, refusing to provide medical reports or reason for rejection. If you value your time and peace, avoid this clinic.

I have visited Karama clinic and pharmacy, that's the best ever customer experience I have received, especially from pharmacy.

I just want to share a very exeptional customer service from your Pharmacist named" Krystel" of Healthhub Pharmacy, Karama branch. When I got my son's medicines from your pharmacy, we went to Centro Shopping center. And when we reached home in Rashidiya, i realized, I forgot the bag of medicines at Centro baggage counter. I calling your branch to see if they can help me get my medicine from there though I know, they might not do it, as they might be busy and its not there mistake, its obviously mine. When I spoke to Ms. Krystel, and explained everything. She immediately offered to help.me, she went to Centro and took my bag of medicines though ahe is not sure of they will give it to her. And she got it, then I arrange careem to get it from there and bring it to my house here in Rashidiya. This is the best clinic i visited in dubai for almost 9 month of living here. Staff Ms Marcy /nurses Jumana are very helpfull, best staff in clinic waiting queu is very fast. Doctor Ramika is the best.

Did my physiotherapy with Dr. Riticke DSilva at HealthHub karama. Doctor is nice and friendly, always explains clearly to me what to do with sprained wrist. Highly recommended clinic and good facilities as well
