Healthy Little Secrets - Meal Plans Delivery

Been using HLS for over 2 years now and always been great. Amazing tasting food and never get bored. Delivered on time and good quality. Love the convenience and makes easy to stick to routine. Love it

Have tried a few different meal plans in Dubai but this is definitely been my favourite. All of the dishes are so very tasty and their are a wide range to choose from. They deliver on time and it's easy to reach out for support if you need it.

We have been on this meal plan for 5 weeks and we are very happy with the service. The meals are fresh and very good quality. The meals have been different every day and are always delivered on time. The communication has been great and they are very accommodating to meal choices.

I have been using their meal plans for several months now with amazing service and very tasty food! My meal plans always arrive on time and Ingrid is always quick to make sure I am enjoying the food and my dietary requirements are adhered to.

Great meal plans that are tailored to your calorie requirements which really helps you keep on top of what you're eating. Food is delicious and healthy. If you have a busy lifestyle, then this is a great option as all 3 meals come freshly prepared for the day. I've been really impressed so far and I'd definitely recommend Healthy Little Secrets.

This meal plan is superb. Having tried many, I got a bit tired with deadlines for menu selections etc.with healthy little secrets, you just makes your likes, dislikes and allergies clear on your sigh up form and then you are good to go! The food arrives with calorie / dietary info and every now and again includes an extra treat! Meals are not repetitive and I have found lots of surprise favorites - soy eggs for breakfast is a winner! Ingrid is super helpful, personable and is very flexible if you need to make amendments or adjustments. Many of my friends have seen how great the service is and signed up too. Totally recommend.

My wife and I have tried 5/6 different meal delivery plans but, none have been as good as Healthy Little Secrets. The food is varied and the owner is superb on whatsapp. We were vegan for a time and they catered for that and they have never let us down. As teachers, there isn’t a single meal plan that can compete for cost or quality. Keep it up!

Really impressed with the meals from Healthy Little Secrets! The convenience is amazing and it’s so nice to have some variety with food and enables me to eat differently each day. I look forward to seeing what I have to eat each day sometimes, I could just do with a few more fruits and vegetables.
Initially, there were some delays with delivery that were soon sorted quickly enough.

Fantastic meal plans delivered right to your door. Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfasts, including acai bowls and chocolate granola pots! The lunch and dinners have been so tasty and healthy too, lasagne and pan seared gyoza dumplings are two of my favorites! Thank you for a wonderful experience! 5 stars!

I definitely recommend this meal service, it's so much easier, they made my food life stress-free. No need to think about grocery shopping, "what to eat", cooking etc, portion are good and it's taste delicious. We did 3 months already and we are keep going.

I work at DIFC and when this cafe first opened was curious to see how they’d progress. Very clean, indeed very healthy high quality ingredients, coffee/tea (the biggest mug I’ve ever seen) complimentary with breakfast and reasonable prices. Nice, cozy and healthy cafe at the heart of DIFC. Will put another review for mains too.

Right in the middle of DIFC, the busiest area in Dubai, you can find this food stand. It is in the open space without roof but within all those skyscrapers. The environment itself is already something unique. Customizable healthy bawl was my favorite especially with cauliflower!

My first time here and what a great experience! Food is delicious, and staff are super friendly. Will be my new favorite spot coz there’s so much more I want to try on the menu. Lots of Insta worthy dishes too!

A great spot for tasty, healthy, quality lunch. This well thought-out concept ticks all the boxes. The baristas know their stuff too, with a perfect Flat white. Especially loved the small touches of originality like their handled-jars serving filtered water. Two thumbs up!

‎الخدمة كانت سريعة، وقائمة الطعام متنوعة لكنها باللغة الانجليزية فقط. وبعد الطلب تم تجهيزه بسرعة معقولة، وكان الطعام لذيذاً.

It is such a lovely place? I really enjoy the food: a lot of options to choose from. Personally, my favorite is Vegan Breakfast Bowl with the jackfruit (see one of the photos). What is awesome about it is that one can change the ingredients (from the given list) and create a new taste to the bowl every time. Also, the breakfast bowls/options come with the hot beverage of choice by default, which is so perfect for me (Coffee lovers raise your hands ‍️). I’m giving this place a well-deserved five stars

This place is a joke! I have never seen such small portions anywhere else! I had the overnight oats and the portion size is basically two spoons. However, the price for this is as much as a main in an average place. My partner had some banana on toast and he received half a slice of bread! The size of the dishes is ridiculously small. Moreover, they say that these dishes include coffee or tea on your choice. However, when we had to pay, we actually paid the full price for both the coffee and the tea. I would never go back to this is place.

This is my absolute favorite place to eat. The bowls they make are a healthy treat that actually make you full! I have such a hard time finding healthy food that doesn’t leave me wanting more. Please Please Please try one of their bowls, you’ll be so happy that you did

What a hidden gem right in the heart of DIFC! This healthy restaurant offers a great selection of sweet and savoury dishes for every taste and dietary requirements. Whether you're doing keto, you're vegan, opt in for gluten-free or simply fancy something healthy yet filling, this place has it all. And it is very reasonably priced. Definitely worth checking out!

It’s impossible to count how many times I have eaten at this cosy cafe since its opening in 2019. What can I say? Great food, friendly people, beautiful location, wide range of healthy options for every diet out there. Really tasty tea (if you know Avantcha tea, you know what I mean). Soo many colorful and delicious bowls (really, soo many, I was surprised at first). I can go on and on!
