HEAT - DIFC (Healthy Eats & treats)

They had a coffee machine training session and seamed more interested in this. Food was not cooked properly and the burger was extremely plain and pathetic looking. Then to top it off didn't explain properly about the validation for parking which caused a big delay when we tried to leave.

Ginger shot and kokos muffin are delicious and team is nice and customer support reactive which is a thumbs up

Consistent in Quality and Taste. Amazing service for years and since day 1 till now Rowel is the man.

Great restaurant, excellent food. I go for lunch most days. The staff are awesome, especially Renz who always greets us with a smile)

I’ve been a regular visitor to HEAT over the past few months. High quality food, big fan of grilled salmon and chicken which are perfect meals after a workout. Nice variety of healthy salads and proteins. Tried breakfast once and did not like avocado toast, but other than that food is really good

Staff is very welcoming. Special thanks to Tendai who is always there in the evening and has a perfect taste for sauces

I came here for lunch with some friends, the place setup is bit weird and requires someone to be available on the other side constantly, which was not the case at this time.

We ordered the smashed burgers. Well they were delish but were also not healthy at all. The fries were fried in a kind of oil that reflected a weird and not so good taste in my mouth. I dont know if I wana come back here again but atleast I tried it.

Please improve your service and food. The waitress was really arrogant to us and no empathy especially my friend was pregnant. We had to stand up to ask for water glasses, we were not informed the pizza had a cauliflower dough so we had to give it back. My avocado toast was normal and fresh but the ceasar salad was not tasty at all. Is really bad that we had to face this kind of service despite that the food was average. Will never be again and I hope the management pays attention to the service.

Used to be a great restaurant with amazing food but as time has gone on the food quality has decreased immensely. I don’t know why they did it but everything is now cheaper quality or worse. The acai bowl was made with granola they made at the restaurant and it’s declined to serving cheap cornflakes. Even other food items such as the pasta they changed it from konjac noodles to wheat and portion sizes smell less. Packaging quality is also decreasing. Wish they would go back to the original as it’s something we often ordered and enjoyed.

Staff is desperately in need of training. They aren't rude but need to understand the basics of restaurant service. Food isn't bad.
