Good food. They have calorie amounts for the food but not the macro breakdown. For a place that advertises so much as being healthy and calorie counted, macro breakdown would be helpful.

Service was fine
The waitress was polite
The atmosphere was nice and quiet
I ordered a Mocha Latte what i got was Hot Chocolate
I didnt try anything else so i cant judge

Tried their asian beef bowl, i really liked the meat texture its so fresh and tasty, i recommend it.

The chicken tastes funny like wasnt fresh and i got food delivered with no forks or spoons or anything, please make sure to have a talk with your chef so u wont lose a loyal costumer who eats every once a week there, but once a bad experience always a bad one, thankyou:)

In the 6 years I’ve lived in DXB, this is by far the worst service we have received. We waited 40min to get our coffees to arrive and then another 30min for food. The food order was wrong and ice cold and the waiter argued about the order we placed and charged me for the incorrect order. Would not recommend this place to eat.

If i could put a - star i would just because their customer service is so horrible and not helpful. Never ordering from here and going to make sure my friends don't either

Lots of gluten-free selection but the mint lemonade was awful otherwise 5 they should have warned me how sour the lemonade is.

This place is great. I was excited that they had choices for a keto eater. Great atmosphere and the food was amazing!

I do not recommend this restaurant. The food tasted strange and my child got food poisoning. Staff were nice but they took to long preparing food. Don’t come here

I like this place as portions are a good size, food is guilt free and so many low carbs, high protein options available.

Unhappy to visit and spend time and money in this restaurant. It is totally different from the written comments. The food wasn’t healthy at all and like any casual restaurant. Poor quality! Not tasty! Very salty and oily! Not cooked well! No nutrition facts! Nothing healthy. Even the environment! The staff are very noisy everywhere at the restaurant. No parking available around.
I been with friends and it wasn’t good for any of us.

Oh my god I love this place it’s best healthy eatery in town n their prices are amazing. Especially if you are on a ketogenic diet like myself this is the place to go to! You will be torn for choice between Breakfast, lunch and dinner choices! Gluten free items and cauliflower pizza are my two favorites. Not to mention the coffee! It’s amaaaaazing I would recommend the cold brew. Enjoy.

I’ve been to heat many times and tried almost everything in the menu as person who eat healthy and also cock healthy food at home I can say the food are good but still can be better. And For several reasons the price are little bit high if you’re athlete and have to eat 5-7 times a day you know what is my point.

Good and inexpensive healthy food with good sized portions. Weekends are quite busy so expect a longer wait for food or even a table if you are unlucky with timing. Staff are very friendly. And you are able to customise your order to your liking with ease, which is a bonus. Parking is available outside the front of the building. Fish tacos are good as well as the protein style pizza!

As a fan of healthy food heat was a first priority restaurant to visit when I had heard about it.

First of all the restaurant space is too small relatively speaking, second the place wasn't cooled in the right way it felt a bit hot at afternoon, third the place had gotten crowded after we had arrived so the places for people more than 4 to sit were occupied "2 or 3 spots for 4 people sitting to gather.

Now on the other hand talking about the food, I had ordered at first the chicken and brown rice, the food was taste less, the sauce which came with the food tasted as some molasses-like syrup. But on the bright side the portion was big that had filled my appetite.

Recommend for people whom are really interested in healthy food, who are welling to pay a bit more on their healthy food.
