لو اقدر اقيمه اقل عن واحد جان حطيت ، اسوء معامله من الmanager اسمها شرينه ، القياسات كلها غلط ف غلط و ليلة العيد و مستحيل يعترفون ب غلطهم من ناحية القياسات و التأخير و مهتمين بالفلوس اكثر من الcostumer service ادنئ جوده ف التعامل.
اتمنى من صاحبة المحل تتواصل ويا الزباين اكثر و تعرف اللي يستوي ف المحل

ابدا ما انصح في التعامل مع هذا المحل من اسوء الخدمات اللي مرت عليه. خذت المبلغ بالكامل و قعدت اتماطل في تسليم الطلب بعذر ان عندها ضغط كبير. ما افهم اذا الضغط كبير ليش ياخذون اوردرات زياده. محل بهذا المستوى المفروض تتوفر سياره على الاقل لتسليم الطلبات للزباين و خدمة العملاء عندهم سيئه جدا كل نص ساعه الاوردر في مكان. لا انصح ابدا
I really do not encourage on going for this business, one of the very worst customer service that i have ever experience in my life, she took the whole amount of money and she kept on delaying the order by giving me excuses by saying that she has lots of pressure in the store, The worst service ever.

Such a great variety of dresses, abayas and jalabeyas. I ordered a dress from them and wore it to my brothers wedding and got engaged. Everyone commented about my dress at the wedding. At the shop, they altered it and made it fit my body perfectly. I hope to see the shop making bridal wedding dresses in the future!

It's one of the best place for abaya and jalabiya if you are looking to purchase. Not only they have these but also they have ready to wear Gowns and bespoke gowns too. Do visit this place to experience their beautiful designs.

Ordered a dress, went to try it and make amendments and i was supposed to receive it after 2 days ready. Only to call them after 5 days to know they haven't even start with the amendments! I needed the dress the next day so they sent it in a very bad finishing, a lot of mistakes in it, and needs at least 2 days of working.
Very bad customer service! Don't recommend anyone to go there and tailor a dress!

Met the owner at my hotel and checked out her store later. Very nice place and atmosphere will beautiful designs!
