One of the worst clinic in Dubai! The doctor broke my Vineer and he said “it is okay, your vineer doctor will fix it under the insurance” excuse me? ! Why you broke it and then you want other doctor to fix it! I will never recommend your clinic to anyone!

A piece of my tooth suddenly broke off. I confirmed the clinic is on list of approved insurance network. Booked as appointment and asked for someone to call me back on tooth care advise. No one called. They claimed that they were waiting for me to send them a copy of insurance to confirm coverage. Typical UAE. They didn't care about a new patient but ensuring insurance coverage before giving "free" dental advise on a call. Met with Dr Firas for a consultation this morning and he recommended porcelain inlay. No one called me back on next step with a specialist. I called receptionist to follow up. He was clueless and simply could care less. If you're looking for a responsive clinic that genuinely care about their patients, I highly recommend Nicholas & Asp. It's useless to have crabby insurance that covers dental, as the network will only include crabby dental clinics! Disappointing

I had to write a review about this clinic specially for Dr Aesha Alkenge who was extremely compassionate and professional while removing my complicated lower wisdom tooth. I have been rejected from many dental clinics in Dubai & Munich - Germany cause the tooth was so close to the nerve and there was a chance of nerve damage. The doctor explained to me everything and while removing my tooth she was talking to me and making sure that I’m not scared of nervous from the process which too long time. Also she recommended to do PRP which prevented the dry socket that I had from my other teeth last year. Honestly the pain is unbelievable but using the PRP really really helped so much after the surgery I was just on pain killer and after 10 days I feel like new. Thanks all to Dr Aesha Alkenge remarkable work. Honestly I wished I did my other one with her. Thank you so much for such an amazing service

I am going to add to the sentiment, Dr Fady Matta is the real deal. I cannot recommend him enough, helpful and understanding. Explained everything and made feel at ease.

My veneers look fantastic and the support and assurance that if anything happens I can always go back and get things fixed is fantastic.

Just finished the veneers and I am very happy with the result.

I'll update this review if anything changes, but I am happy with the result.

Great experience from the ease of appointment to service! Dr faraz, reema and Judy all were very pleasant and helpful.

They have great costumers care service, the stuff are so friendly, also the Drs, I had a great experience treated my tooth there, it’s bit expensive, but it worths it, easy finding appointment for booking also they work in time they never late for the appointment + they r so flexible in appointment and treatments. Definitely I would recommend them.

It was such a great experience with all the doctors and nurses especially doctor elena.she is really professional with the dignoses, treatment and follow up and she did guide me through to have good healthy teeth. I am really happy with the results and for sure its my favorite clinic.

Perfect experience with Dra Elena and Dr Firas. I’ve put a crown and done cleaning. Very professional and helpful. They explain me every single step while they where fixing my teeth. The staff very kind, organize, and they were always willing to find the most suitable and convenient day for my appointments.

There are always appointment times available that fit my work schedule and when I needed to be seen urgently, they were accommodating.

Dr Firas was great in all aspects. He explained thoroughly all the steps of the treatment-process, rest staff was great, Judy leading on the appointments/reception. One of the best clinics in its field. Highly recommended.

I had my orthodontic treatment in the clinic and was finished after only a year while the plan was 2 years! The clinic is very clean and the people professional! Value for money worth a visit!
