Had a great time thanks to the help of the lovely staff at Hello Bike! Great service and they give you things for your bike and journey that you might not have thought of.

Tried cycles for the first time today. Excellent service from the guy from southern Philippines and also his colleague Rex. Quick service, great bike which was lightweight and fun to try on the cycle tracks

I like the non-greedy people. The fact that they give you small bottle of water for free is priceless.

Very good rental! I rented a carbon racing bike, actually with disc brakes. I got a bike that was about 6 years old with rim brakes, the gears (Shimano 105) were relatively well adjusted, unfortunately the shift cable for the rear derailleur broke.
Very very friendly employee!

Excellent mechanic (Rex) and strategic location at BOTS! Not a pretentious store, simple with a lot to offer with friendly service, love the concept. It carries some local brand unique jerseys with plenty of options for nutritions. They do group rides too.

I went in to have my rear cassette changed from one set of wheels to the other. They changed it for me there and then. Super helpful and super quick. Also both people in the shop were very friendly. Thank you so much.

My experience with this rental service has been quite negative. Bad luck I guess. During the reservation process, the site asked for my heigth, and I indicated 182 cm. This resulted in a size M, which was definetly too small for me. I trusted their judgement when I booked but it was not a good idea. I have not found any size chart in which my height suggested an M size, instead of the L that is indicated in all of the charts I have looked at. I had expressly asked for Shimano pedals, The bike I received had Look pedals instead. Since I did not start my ride directly from the pick up location, and the person that handed me the bike confirmed that my request for shimano pedals had been confirmed, I did not realize the mistake right away. The result was that I had to ride with the sneakers I was wearing. It was not pleasant.
When I returned the bike the mechanic was blamed for the mistake. The manners of the person that helped me were polite, nevertheless my overall experience was poor.

I have been using Hello Bike services for the last 6 months. Very few places open up their shops at 6am. I can have a quick cycling session before heading to work. The prices are good.

Great place to rent a bike. The website works well and allows you to check availability and book in advance (99 AED for 2 hours of a road bike). The staff is friendly too.

I was about to start my ride this morning and noticed that my electronic shifter cable was disconnected inside the handle bars. It meant that the ride had to be canceled. Then I noticed the Hello Bike shop and walked in, they were so welcoming, fixed my problem on the spot and sent me off on my ride. They really made my day.

Didn’t use the services, but they were very helpful guiding me to the nearest EV charger ️

Rented a carbon bike on Dec 25th. Received a nice welcome by Michelle, she also gave some tips regarding clothes and wind directions. The rental Canyon bike was in a good shape. During the ride the shifting, braking went very well. To be short: compliments for the bike plus all the communications prior to the pick-up.

First time customer, three of us rented road bikes for the day on 23rd Nov to attempt the routes of Al Qudra Cycle Track - which the main loop starts about 15 min ride down from HelloBike shop - all on dedicated cycling route and track. Met by Suzanne at a brisk 5: 30am, the Cannondale bikes all setup and ready to go, pedals fitted with footware we came with. Helmets, lights and phone holder provided. Suzanne was kind enough to allow us to get changed and leave our stuff in the back of the shop, as the main public changing rooms were not open at the time - was early mind! Great days cycling, and got back before the real heat of the day kicked in - bikes were super, no issues. Always want to support young and startup businesses - and will recommend Suzanne and her team at HelloBike Dubai.

Great experience renting a road bike for my visiting friend. Super smooth service nike was prepared ready for action with pedals fitted to rider specification. Very good carbon bikes used all in good condition and safe. Friendly and helpful staff.

This bike shop is absolutely wonderful. The location is superb, the price is good, and the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Unlike many places here in dubai where you feel like they are pushing things on you (or act like you have no idea about anything…) this team has good customer service skills.

I’ve recommended the shop to many of my friends visiting from the USA as the shop is right at the start of the Al Qudra Cycling track. I can’t think of anything more convenient. They’ve recently upgraded their container shop as well, congratulations! So if you’re looking for a bike rental, nutrition, cycling kit or a bike service I would highly recommend this women owned business

Brought my bike in for checking on a persistent noise and had the best service ever from Suzanne and Jamie.
Very knowledgeable, Jamie was quick to assess the issue and fix it, while always keeping me updated and being transparent on the work.
I definitely recommend, won’t hesitate to bring my bike again to them. Find it difficult to get people who know their stuff, are reliable and super good at it, Hello Bike has just done that for me

I asked the guys to tune my gears and found out that I needed to replace my cassette! No hard sell - allowed me to order from the UK and it was fitted very quickly and cheaply along with a wash! Highly recommend!

Nice place to do cycling.the staff is too much friendly.i enjoyed working with them.they have all types of cycles.they have all the tool to fix our cycles so we can enjoy our cycling.you can also book your journey through their online media links.this place have very big parking place.so no need to worry about parking of your car.they have cycles for adults as well as for children also.they also help you if you are not

I gave my bike for a gear adjustment to the team and they’ve done fantastic job. What i like is they they don’t rip you off for the service while keeping high level of quality.

Another thing I like is that they have a pressure washer where I can clean my bike after the ride. Very good idea.

We had a great time riding the track. Suzanne was very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely do this on our next trip to Dubai as well.

Very nice team which were very flexible in terms of timing and material. I received a perfect setted up carbon road bike. I did not need to change anything, saddle height fitted me perfect. Pick up and return was really quick and uncomplicated. Rental shop is at entry of al qudra cycle track.

Great bike rental service in dubai. I booked over the website but something went wrong with my credit card. They helped me over the whatsapp chat straight away. Also the service at the spot was great. I requested other padels and shoes and it was not a problem to get them. We will come back soon!

A great bike hire service. I rented a bike to cycle the Al Qudra loop, and the team here couldn't have been more helpful. They gave me advice ahead of the booking, and at the last minute when I realised there was an event on in the area offered to change my booking at no cost. The bike itself was excellent, a great carbon Basso with deep section wheels which had obviously been really well maintained. The inclusion of the helmet, spares etc was a great bonus, and I was offered water and free energy bars too! The team running this shop are great, and I would love to book with them again.

Not only one of the most expensive bike rental in Dubai but probably one of the worst customer service.

These guys are just great. The bikes are very good the service was excellent. This was our first time on road bikes and me and my friends were out for 100km. Very late in returning the bikes and they still smiled and chatted with us.thanks hellobikes for giving us a great experience.

I was impressed by the service provided by Team HelloBike, we booked 3 road bikes. Suzzane and Anne immediately pickedup our booking as soon as online formalities were completed. They contacted us to plan the next day program and make sure everything from us and them was ready. Since it was our 1st attempt to road bikes, we were overjoyed as they allowed us to come and test the bikes the night before our ride. Keep up with the good work!

I rented a carbon road bike (Canyon Ultimate CF SL7) from Hello Bike. The booking was smooth through the website and I received instant confirmation. The bike was ready for the ride at the booked time slot and Suzanne was kind enough to also offer me 2 packs of energy gels complimentary.
The bike was in top condition and came spare tube and multitool in case of any puncture. I enjoyed my ride. I was also offered a bottle of water on my return.
Suzanne and Anne the founders of Hello Bike are very helpful and cheerfully answer all the queries.
I will surely rent with them again.
