It is located near Marina Malla. It's a museum-style place with exhibits showing ancient lifestyles not so distant past. There is a market inside. There is camel. It has a very beautiful beach that can be visited.

Located on the Marina Mall Island close to the city centre, the traditional oasis village offers a glimpse at Abu Dhabi’s past. Here you can shop, discover artefacts and watch artisans make pottery, blow glass and weave fabric on a loom.
The village is also home to the Emirates Heritage Club, which hosts workshops for traditional crafts. You can watch craftsmen demonstrate traditional skills such as metalwork, pottery, weaving and spinning yarn. They may even let you try your hand at their trade too.
Don’t forget to check out the village’s little spice shop, which offers a range of dried herbs, handmade soaps and plenty of souvenirs to take home to family and friends.
Interesting reconstruction. In principle, given that there are usually no people in it, the atmosphere is unusual (the locals do not advertise it much). But walking between the houses is entertaining. Be sure to visit themed houses.
Very nice place! Located in Shendaghah historical area and by the creek, it is awesome and let you feel old Dubai. So many attractions there, museums of different exhibits. Even, if you come to enjoy the walk by creek and you don't want to check anything else; you will still enjoy the visit. There are lots of paid parking spaces, you may visit by car, cross under the creek or by abrah "traditional boat to move people in the creek".
Excellent place in dubai, a historical historical neighborhood, created to celebrate traditional events and to show a vivid image of traditional life in the United Arab Emirates.
Serene. A quick fix of stillness from the busy city. Best in the afternoon during colder months. I was in awe watching the camel and its baby thought they are bound it seems that they are well taken care of. A nice walk from the heritage village to Al Seef then walk back to metro. It’s soothing.
It was a nice place to visit, but it has been renovated and reconstructed to become a huge Musuem about Dubai Sea Culture which will open soon along with all shindagah museums
Had an awesome experience. My 7 year old enjoyed a lot and learnt more about the heritage of UAE. Unfortunately, we reached late so couldn't visit all 4 museums we were entitled to in our tickets, but will surely visit soon as we were informed that the plan is to add more museums. Special mention to Miss Zainab who gave us a very informative tour of one of the museums. All security guards were very helpful as well. Ticket Prices: Adults: AED 15 each Children: AED 5 each Note: Museums close at sharp 8 pm and tickets can be purchased till 7 pm only.

Authentic place to visit in Dubai, I enjoyed the silence and the view. There are few museums and cultural places which are closed on Friday. So it is better to go during the weekdays.

Off the beaten track! It's possibly because some museums are not yet finished, but still there are already three with (quite surprisingly) outstanding print specimens. Village buildings were in an updated style of an older period, which was nice.
Recommend seeing before the tourist agencies gain sight of this lovely area,
