Of the Hermès stores that have traveled around the world, this one should be the best, and may even have the most customers.

They have bad customer service, it is possible to wait for someone to help you for more than one and half hour to buy!
I wasted my time while waiting to be served.
I came to pay my money, not to be paid so i was treated like that!

Horrible experience, you need to get your employees trained in LV dubai mall shop to learn the real customer experience, yesterday I visited your shop initially didn't ask for help but later when I needed I had to wait for so long until I lost the hope and left and the lady at the door didn't bother to retain me, I visited LV shop on the same day and it was 100 times busier than ur shop and still I got the question from 6 different employees asking if I was attended and if anyone helping me, I was really impressed with the positive attitude and behaviour of LV employees unlike the inefficiency of your employees! I bought the item I was looking for from LV and very satisfied with it, thanks to you for opening the door for me of buying an item better than the one was displayed in ur shop #louisvuitton

Bad service and we told them to bring that they ignored and lift to someone else. What a horrible service

We had to come here twice because the first time they didn't have the item in stock. On the second day, it arrived, but they couldn't find it in their stock room, even though it said there were three available pieces in stock. It took the staff around 40 minutes in total to find the item because apparently, it was in the wrong pile. They only put in the effort to look for it because we insisted. This attitude is inadequate for such a high-end brand.

I visited Hermes store in Dubai Mall at 7: 00 pm today June 12,2023, and I had the worst experience ever. I had to stand in cue for an hour just to get in the store because they don’t have enough staff. The moment I got in, I finished my order in less than a minute and asked them to wrap it as gift. I have waited 20 minutes and then a lady came with a machine so I would pay. First time got declined and second time worked and I received a message from my bank about the payment. The lady disappeared for another 15 minutes and then she came to inform me that they haven’t received the payment yet. She asked me to call the bank to confirm the payment and I did and they confirmed to me that I have used the card at Hermes. She left for another half an hour and then I had to ask her colleagues about her. She came again with her manager and they both refused to give me my order until the merchant confirms the payment. I called the bank again to confirm the payment and I had to put my phone on speaker to prove to them. Again the manager named Inara refused to do anything even though the problem was from their card machine and I had to pay again after spending two hours and a half in the store and one additional hour waiting in the cue. They literally have given me a hard time and ruined my evening. I will never be back! Bad management trying to convince other people that they have a cue outside their store however it’s a big lie. They don’t have enough staff to handle customer and give them a good experience!

A very pleasant place. There will be a small queue at the entrance. This shouldn't bother you. You will be met by a personal consultant who will be with you only. If you want to buy a handbag, you need to have a good purchase history starting from AED 100,000. Your purchase history in Europe most likely cannot be used in Dubai.because Hermes in Dubai is a franchise

Waiting period is a little longer than you’d think but overall they have a great selection you could pick from and the staff are very helpful and polite. Will definitely purchase again.

Worst service ever!

How can such a brand have such a terrible and unreliable service. Two times I ordered something and two times did they lose my order. After waiting for months I had to call because nothing was happening, and both times I was told that they cannot find my order anywhere. How can this be?

It is a complete joke and insult coming from such a brand.

Huge waiting queue for nothing! I just don’t get the need for these appearances, and when you get inside there is no one to help? Cartier queue got filled and empty 4 times while im still standing outside. This is just ridiculous

If you are Arab/local do not go unless you want to feel humiliated and disrespected.
If you insist on going, dont wear traditional attire and try to look like a foreigner to get the normal and respectful treatment.

Overhead an SA tell a Saudi man if he had “a million in cash to spend here, we wont bring out the bag” and again saw the same SA another day treat a foreigner like royalty and tell him that he has “an amazing bag for him waiting in the private room”.

Im not annoyed at the foreigner getting a bag, its just the different attitudes they have for arabs and non arabs.

This is just 1 of the many things that happened.

Read the reviews and watch all the Arabs complain of bad service while all the non Arabs are extremely happy and satisfied with the service. This proves my point.

I have been a regular client at Hermes Dubai Mall, since Mr. Amer has made my shopping experience quiet exceptional. He has proven to be very attentive and would always help locate our wanted items. It’s always a pleasure for us to revisit the boutique and get assisted by him personally!

I worked for Hermès and I would never treat my clients like that. I understand the exclusivity of the bags obviously i ‘ve worked in Paris but the staff is rude. I didn’t feel like a client more like a parasite. Expensive products but cheap service.

The security person at the door on 17th march at 5PM was disrespectful to the people waiting. Blows my mind how I waited 1 hour, got mistreated by the staff to GIVE YOU MONEY! Also the sales staff are rude and judgemental, they rush you and disrespect you indirectly. I wrote a letter to HERMES headquarters in Paris. This is unacceptable.

Hermes boutique, the branch in dubai mall has professional, polite and amazing staff. I had a great experience shopping there. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Amer, who was very patient and helpful.

Wide range of luxury items, bags, belts, wallets, scarves and more.
Super friendly staff, presentable and knowledgeable. Everything is organized and the only downside is the waiting time.
I went to explore, and couldn’t resist. I added to my collection a beautiful belt with the famous H sign.

Lovely store with nice items. Their staff there are so courteous and always willing to help. I was taking around by one of the store attendant and she helped me picking an item for myself. It’s really a cool place to shop and I love the durability of their products. I’ll definitely stop by there anytime I’m in Dubai again

It is very interesting when the sales person underestimates the clients - he kept on repeating the sentence (you maybe dont know hermes) although i have purchases that he might not imagine. And as well the system is not globally connected with my account in the UK and the US and i have reinitiate my history just for dubai:) very bad from a global brand. - more customer services hermes like your branches in london and paris which i have great relationship:).

I had the great pleasure of meeting Monti, and he is a gem! Monti is very professional with deep knowledge of the brand and products and went above and beyond to deliver an outstanding and seamless shopping experience.

Monti is one of the most lovely and down to earth people that I know now, and I really enjoyed the conversation with him:)

Unfortunately the person who was assisting us was not polite at all and was rushing us with no professionalism, i would like the store manger to make sure that all employees are assisting all guests in a professional and a very friendly way.

They also have the largest Hermes furniture department in the world.

Not good they let me wait out side and the shope was not full capacity! And it was morning i dont think will visit again #change

I always like coming to this Hermes location. It’s big and beautiful. I love that they have a floor for fashionable apparel and another one for home decor.

This time I came to check out new collection of the Izmir sandals and I wasn’t disappointed. They had very beautiful colors! I ended up getting some red ones. As everything Hermes, it’s pricey, but as everything Hermes it’s high quality.

They didn’t have my size for another pair of Izmir sandals in a different color so they offered up to get me the right size in a few days.

The staff is always nice, helpful, and patient. Even as you exit you get the manager greeting you out and making you feel nice about visiting the shop.

I enjoyed choosing from a wide variety of birkins. There were so many gorgeous ones, I had only planned on buying one, but ended up purchasing 3. Thank you to the kind staff.

HERMES is world renowned brand, that you can find at Dubai Mall near Fashion avenue. Its good but verrrryyyy expensive. I buy a simple leather bag for laptop and you will surprised about the cost I.e 10K AED.pretty amazing

Hermes is a very luxurious brand, and in many other countries the staffs were very polite and polished. In Dubai Mall branch i praised M. Sumais, he is a very good SA with positive attitude and always been very helpful, also in making suggestion for you. However whenever I visited the Dubai Mall shop without making any appointment with him, most time the service's horrid. They don't come and ask if you need assistance or it takes ages for one to come and assisting.
And another experience tainted my Hermes experience here in Dubai was during the recent sale at Address Sky View. The Lady who was in charge in the entrance was not refined, having lack of positive attitude to deal with customers. She made all remarks that was condescending at a welcome. And to add to that, as i passed by the shoes display on discounts during the sales, I asked a lady assistant to show me a sandal on the display, that looked like ones I just bought 2 weeks ago, and now seems to be on 60% discount, I told her along the case when she took it from the rack. And she ended up snapping at me and giving unsought lecture about how Hermes is doing sales only 2x in a year etc. What a warm attitude from a shop assistant, indeed.
I believe when we buy luxurious branded goods, one shall expect to have a positive shopping experience come along with the purchase. If the staff in such a branded shops doesn't know how to be courteous, well its like carrying a wet market experience to luxurious shops. Which is very shameful.

Thought here’s much better than one in MOE, however, it may be the same. Instead of saying hi or assisting customers, they keep chatting with colleagues.
Go to supermarket, and you may have better experience.

The staff in the shop was great but in the cashier counter it took me over 20 mins waiting to pay for my item. And there was over 5 staffs, I could find better server on some other shops.

Went to hermes home upstairs in Dubai mall today to buy a present at around 833 pm. Walked around til 840 and waited. None of the staff even acknowledged us let alone assisted us. My wife and I have never had bad service in hermes downstairs but that was really disappointing. We ended up leaving and still no one spoke to us. Embarrassing

Beautiful 3 floors store with the right ambience and scent, the boutique was pretty much empty and there were a lot of sales associate around. Having said that, after making my purchase I’ve asked if a picotin is available; and after checking my account that is not linked to my international purchases apparently am below target in the UAE but a VIP internationally as they show me any bag I want outside the UAE. Having to state that, the SA then showed me the bag that I want, honestly I don’t go through such a hustle abroad to get a Hermes bag it’s only in Dubai Mall branch. I agree that if you found the right SA at the branch it would be amazing experience but mine was very average.

Rude sales associates. I walked into the store ready to buy 2 Hermes blankets and a 4 pillows that my partner had asked for, the staff completely ignored me and wouldn’t even say hello or ask if they can help. I’ve been to Hermes all around the world in Europe and North America and was never treated this way. Walked out without buy anything and won’t be shopping there again. Horrible.

Though the brand has a good name, the staff at the Hermes Dubai mall have an elitist attitude. Usually someone assists a buyer the moment they enter the store. However since I'm south asian, no one assisted me or was not even informed to wait in case all the sales staff was busy. We may make a small purchase, and we spend our hard earned money and usually save up for purchases as such. And we're still customers. I'm disappointed at the treatment given to me while at the store.

Very poor service, went to look at sandals. Took forever for the assistant to bring the right size. We asked if there was any other style and she said no, only for us to find a different style sandal displayed 3 meters away. Again had to wait a very long time for the right size.decided to just leave at that point. Hermes is a great brand but this experience will leave a sour feeling in out heart when we think about buying from then again

So rude! I have a profile over 200k in this hermes store and always buy from them, they told me that they had a kelly but that i had to buy jewelry and only jewelry in order to take it, i will never buy from them again they use people and are so conceited.

It’s the Worst Hermès boutique in the world especially in Dubai Mall! We spend 78,000AED. And the tax refund around 3200AED.when we arrive airport to do tax refund they told us the shop cancelled it in the system. We called Hermès shop they said we need to go back to make a new invoice. Our fight is after 2 hours. So how can we go back to the shop? I try to ask the manager there send someone bring the invoice to airport. But he told me he can’t And he said that’s not their mistake. So who’s mistake? 3200AED just like lost on the road. Even it’s their mistake and even I said I will pay for the taxi. He can’t send any one to bring the new invoice to help us. Very disappointed and Very disgusting

But The best SA there Hassan and Abdullah also hes a nice they get a Commission for each bag if u gave them 5000 dirham they will get u a birkin or kelly thank you Hassan you are the best and also Abdullah he helps my cousin but not me he’s nice and if u want a Crocodile Birkin they accept 25000 dirham for a bag

This is the worst branch of Hermes I've ever been to, whether its the customer service or the store itself!

Customer service in this place is shambles. The staff may be well meaning but not organized or trained to deal with problems. The replacement of the battery in Hermes' watch did out turnout as a simple operation it should be. Instead, the watch was still not working after I came to pick it up. The service agent did not checked if it works before handing it to me. She probably is not trained to deal with watches. Then after I noticed that it does not work, they did not explained clearly what are the next steps. The manager was on lunch. I left the watch in the store and asked so they call me back to explain what to expect. No-one called back. One would expected better from Hermes brand but after this experience Hermes feels cheap.

Dubai is a wonderful place, you will receive excellent customer services on 99% occasions. Unfortunately, I met a guy inside the shop who from my own country, sadly, I have to give 1 star for his attitude. But 4.5 stars for the Brand and shop itself

محل اغراضهم روعه بمنطقة الماركات الجديدة بدبي مول. صحيح قد اتكون غالية اشويه.
بس الخدمه اقل من الصفر.
دخلنا منزالطابق الاول. سألنا علي الاكسسوارات طبعا من الحارس لانه الموظفين كل حد مشغول مع زميله او زميلته. الخارس خبرنا انه بالطابق الميزانين.
وصلنا طابق الميزانين. اتفاجأنا انه لا بالطابق الارضي.

طلعنا الطابق الارضي طبعا كل حد مشغول مع زميله وحصلنا بايع او يمكن مسوول من الجنسية العربية. ماله نفس يبيع او يشرح او يطلع الاغراض. شي جدا غريب انه محل راقي اب هل مستوي لكن الخدمه جدا ضعيفة.

المهم انه غيرنا راينا من اشياء كبيرة قلنا بناخذ شي بسيط لانه الخدمه ما اتشجع. بنص الموضوع تفاجانا انه الشخص طلب من وحدة ثانية تخدمنا من غير ما يخبرنا وهاي بعد خيبتين. خذت الاغراض واختفت. بعد ما دورت عليها حصلتها ورا المحل عند الكاشير هههههههه تتريا.

شي عجيب واول مرة اتفاجا به. مع انه محلهم القديم الخدمه كانت اكثر من روعة.
