The movers were very good and calm during the movement. They had ample patience to listen to the instruction and do accordingly. Unlike most of the movers found they would not just dump the stuffs in the house which later on becomes an hassel. I highly recommend the movers.

Our family's previous experience of a local move inside UAE was 11 years ago, moving from an apartment to a villa. That went quite smoothly, but there was no reason for us to feel the Wow factor then. But last month we moved from our large two-storey 4-bed villa to an apartment. We were stressed as we'd decided to keep most of our furniture and belongings and weren't sure how they'd fit.

The Hi Fi Movers team, with Santosh as supervisor, did not just handle the packing, transport and unpacking. For two days (plus a third day of handyman services) they stepped into our shoes, thinking, planning, recommending the best outcomes. Everything arrived and was put up in perfect condition. Writing this review some weeks later, we're still struck by the team's complete commitment. Not easy to find such commitment nowadays.

We happened to entertain some guests at our new residence the same week that we moved and their reaction on looking around the house was- "What! You guys say you've just moved? ! "

We had a local move after 11 years so we expected it to be a difficult one. The fact that we were moving from a very large villa to an apartment made it more complicated. But Hi Fi gave us a team that was so dedicated and compassionate that we felt they were sharing our worries and aspirations.

The move was divided into two days, always keeping in mind our specific needs. Everything was packed and unpacked smoothly. The touching part was how involved they got with furniture placement and other decisions. The cheerfulness, positive attitude and efficiency exceeded all expectations.

The supervisor Santosh has a great memory and organisation skills. The handymen services by Santosh and Ashwin were close to perfect. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Three days on we have an impeccably set up house and we feel huge relief and gratitude.

So Santosh, Ashwin, Anil, prakash, Rajesh, Ahmed, Sandeep thank you for a job wonderfully done! And thank you Hi FI and manager Nidhun for providing a personal and human touch to your services. It makes a world of difference.

Excellent experience moving houses within Dubai with Hi Fi Movers. Their team is well mannered, efficient and quick. Nothing broken They packed and unpacked quite quickly, with clearly labelled boxes so they knew exactly which items to place in which part of the house. They also had the best quote of all the 5 movers that I contacted. They hung up pictures and curtains as well. On their own, they noticed that my dishwasher was not fitted properly (was already at the new location before the move so I didn’t even know) and they fixed it right then. High recommended!

Excellent service with professional and responsive Hi Fi movers staff. Entire residence movement was done without any damage in agreed time with good quality of work. They take care of disassembling and assembling of furniture, fixtures and electrical fittings too. Moreover, they also provide complementary services with regards to any left over work.

Honestly very happy with the service, the staffs were very professional, friendly and service oriented. They handled the packaging very well and there work were very clean. I will recommend this to everyone. They are really really kind and good.

There are 3 key behaviors of the team that I wish to mention:

1. Excellent personal hygiene by all team members. This is particularly relevant in this COVID era. They systematically remembered to hand wash at various stages of the 12 hour interaction.

2. Understanding instructions at the first instance. No follow-up was required

3. Extremely careful to ensure that there was no damage to walls etc at both exit and entry

I tried them and they were really professional in the way the move was done and completed. Firstly, i loved the fact that they were punctual. They finished everything from dismantling to assembling the furniture and emptying most of the boxes in 8 hours. They were quick and efficient and very professional.

The movers were punctual and started their packing work right on time. They were all very courteous and nice to deal with. They worked from 9: 30 am to almost 9 pm. Even then when the unpacking was not finished they came back the next day and finished the job satisfactorily.
I am very impressed with their professional work and would recommend them to all my friends and relatives.
