I have had this water filtration system for a few years. Over the last year, they did not come to change the filters so my water began to taste like dirt. After 5 or 6 attempts at getting them to fix the problem, I am about to give up and go with another company. Today, I've been waiting for them to come for the last hour when they said they would come. Very frustrating.

The worst product and service ever. The sales team talk nicely to you until you sign a contract. Once you do, they become extremely rude. The service is horrible as it keeps leaking. When you call for issues, they take their sweet time to respond although initially they promise you that they have a representative in your area. The water that comes out from the system is not clean and tastes horrible. Do NOT use them. You will regret it.
