Hill Bake Restaurant

One of the worst service they have. Please don’t order from them. Actually I don’t want to give them even one star they don’t deserve at all.

For an Indian small restaurant, this one won for its tidiness and presentation of dishes.

They even may have been inspired by the Hilton logo. For which Hilton hotel is just beside them.

Ordered zinger wrap and avocado shake. I’d say their zinger wrap is not the best as I tasted a lot that’s better. But I guess I have to try some of their best sellers to rate more.

Nevertheless, their staff are all kind and accommodating.

We ordered.
Emarat Club Sandwich. (came with very hard and hammered down flat crispy chicken that was reheated)

Zinger Wrap. Also contained very hard pieces of crispy chicken.

You can tell this has no authors ntic recipe for anything.

Worst Mutton clear soup ever had in my life. Hill Bake charged me Dhs. 15 which was not even worth of Dhs. 5

Only ethical businesses will have ' Barakah' from GOD and survive in the market. Management should seriously consider in improving Quality instead in only making money.

Good menu, tasty food. Just the quantity of meat is really small in the meat curries. Butter chicken, parathas and the Karak chai is really good! Recommended

I visit here almost everyday, I stopped because there is one guy waiter “wear glass” attitude is disturbing, sometime he talk with so much attitude i feel not to eat, i feel like i am not customer i am waiter he is my customer type, he don’t understand order and i saw once he even dipped his hand in curry he brought, they should fire these people and put someone who is polite towards customers. Owner simply stand there and don’t say anything. Hygiene is equally important with taste just remember customer are the reason restaurant run.

Why there is no option to give 0 or negative stars, why even ons star.
I ordered green tea. The kitchen guy was holding a disposable cup and was rubbing it from inside for joy. I asked him why you are doing that but he keep doing it till he was ready to make tea for me in the same cup after confirming the order. I told him to use another cup. He made faces and argued that his hand is clean.
Later when he served me half cup filled green tea with a tiny mint and on my request he gave me a disposable spoon. But I was literally shocked and disappointed that he charged me extra one Durham.
2 Durham for that small half cup tea saying we add extra ingredient mint and 0.5 for the spoon which generally superstores and restaurants give free.
And he did not negotiate.
They should write this in menu, how much charge for which item.
Whatever I ordered here,
Charcoal: poor quality
Breakfast paratha and egg: poor quality and expensive.
Chapatti: very tiny. Need to eat 10 if you want to stay how you are are.
The reason for this big review is that I don't want people to waste their hard earned money by visiting them.

One one best restaurant in al barsha delicious food and I recommend to those whoever are shawarma lovers and when you go hilbake meet with chef Yaseen he is best Shwarma chef ‍ all the time best thank you Mr Yaseen

Very disappointed services. We went to the restaurant and ordered a chicken charcoal. Order came after long wait and it was not even cooked properly. Hench we ordered a chicken masala curry. No salads provided.
As the foods were no taste nor cooked, we informed the cashier about the same but as expected he was like not my business.
Ordered 3 karak chai and it was not karak. Requested 3 tea bags instead, they charged 0.50 per each tea bag which costs 2 aed per tea.
They didnt know how to communicate.
Never recommend to anyone

Worst karak tea i've ever tasted. Also the paratha sandwiches were extremely bad and dull. Will never order from this place again.

One of the worst restaurant, when we order a food even though dine in, sometime they served a very bad food and when we say this is raw or not good or burnt they always says it cook like that and the recent incident, we order a food and karak tea but they delivered a milk instead of tea with very bad taste and when we called them they make excuses and then don’t pick our phone. How can I complain regarding these things I don’t know but I have decided I’ll not order from this pathetic restaurant from Al barsha 1….

Very affordable, the metal you get is different than picture, but I really liked chicken, which is enormous for me in Dubai
You can sit inside or outside, seafood soup was ok, but the suppoused to be chinese chicken - i font know what was IT actually, but it was fantastic

Absolutely not! The menu is so misleading that I thought I would get the same meal as I see…but it was totally different. I won’t use this resturant ever again. And even more they force you to pay cash even if they accept card. Never!

Myself and a friend had subway burger and dal rice. The was very good and the price was reasonable. The salad they served i liked the most

I would recommend you all shouldn’t miss the charcoal grill chicken while your there. It’s a taste of heaven.

Poor service, uneducated and rude staff. I almost had food-poisoning one day by ordering from them. They need to get their sraff trained on customer service. Manager should be changed immediately for lack of experience!

I ordered Butter Chicken withonion, but they didn't give me. Pure guys lied that it is gonna come after 15 minutes, but 30 minutes left

Poor poor poor place with unfriendly staff that is seemingly untrained on how to be hospitable. Management? No such thing.

Asking a paying customer to leave by bringing the bill when they are not ready to leave is the epitamy of unfriendliness.

For a a business that comes under hospitality, it is far from being hospitable.

Wouldn't recommend this place if you're trying to relax with a friend after a hard day's work.

Fries and zingker is very old plus i saw plastic on my cheese i ate plastic i will upload the video later VERY DIRTY kitchen

A bad place to sit and dine. Cigarette butt's fall into your food platter from building balconies. What you eat is ash or food.not recommended to go and eat. Staff is not sensible.

Tried the beef burger for the first time & l was impressed. Amazing quality value for money.

Must try

Best place to try charcoal (juicy) and burgers near the Mall of Emirates.
I thought it might be expensive looking at the decor, and of course expensive.
But later I found out that you can get the best food here at a reasonable price.
Friendly staff & Good theme
Makha Tea is a must try.

Must try matkha chai, shawarma, dal khichdi, chicken biryani, chicken charcoal:)
Best in taste and quantity.
